Thank you guys so much for sticking with us this past year! We are officially back now 😊. I can't even begin to express how awesome this day felt. The past two months have been such a great experience after starting my Hyperbaric therapy. It pulled my body out of the chronic inflammation cycle I was in and I feel like I am totally on the way to being normal again. The day after this ride my body still felt really good and we actually got in a second ride with no cameras a few days later! I am so grateful for everyone who reached out in support on this journey. All the kind words and messages were felt and taken to heart ❤️. Now I am just hoping I can help inspire other to get through their own health battles as well!

You and us both Dale! That is a great idea. I (April) honestly felt not very advanced on this ride and honestly a little embarrassing on how much I went nose heavy haha. But it's ok, since we are coming out of winter and it being my first time on that trail as well as on that bike.

HONESTLY...I like you showing some ebike stuff. Ebikes are a great way to transition into biking. you get a workout without really knowing your working hard. Little by little you can get back on to regular pedals.
Great to see you guys out again and I’m especially interested in seeing you guys with your EBikes. Disappoints me to see how many trails don’t allow class 1 ebikes which prohibits many people with either injuries or disabilities from getting out on a trail. I’d be really interested in hearing your prospective on this topic. Due to your personal experience this might be something you start to advocate for as change needs to start somewhere.
I'm all for people with disabilities/underlying health conditions using ebikes via some special permit a la handicap parking spaces but not for the general population. Trails are too crowded as it is and giving everyone an easy button w a motor is a recipe for growing the sport with the laziest kind of people. No more able bodied people crowding trails on ebikes. Earn your turns able bodied people.

I have a friend who was wounded in Iraq and people like you yell at him on the trail for riding an ebike without any consideration for the chunk of his body missing protecting people’s freedom. Don’t use crowded trails as the excuse because it’s a poor one.
@@MWILSON7 I support your wounded friends use of an ebike, but not your use of your friend's situation to sneak ebikes in for the general population. Don't use your friend's situation as an excuse to justify ebikes for all, because it's a poor one.
@@FreestylAM what are your thoughts with Europe going all in on ebikes? They are allowed all over Europe. Europe usually has more regulations than the states do, so if they made ebikes accessible there I wonder why so many are anti here. Thoughts?

This is a great point. I think advocating for e-bike accessibility with this as the key point is a great pathway forward.
