So glad to find your videos, I'm inheriting one of these in pristine condition from my Mother - haven't used it since I was a kid in the 60's. One suggestion in making videos. If you turn off the auto focus and close down the lens (like f22 or f16) and use a good light, you will have several feet of depth so everything will be in focus - no more hunting for exact focus. A tripod would help too ;)
Thanks for the videos on the Supermatic, I've been working on mine for days, and I starting to get the hang of it. I't newly acquired. I'm reupholsering a chair that needes a few seams and insitions here and there in the fabric.

You dont have a zipper foot
