Oh Heidi PLEASE ... I just had ACL & meniscus surgery and the subscription would be amazing for the workouts after physical therapy sessions are complete. My favorite part is your generosity and kindness towards your team. You make your team feel like their opinions /input matters. You lead with care. Work can already be exhausting. It's nice to have a boss who cares about your wellbeing..

My favorite part(s) of this video is how you showed gratitude towards each and everyone on your team . You showed how much they matter to you and how much you value them . If I remember correctly , you passed out cookies to your warehouse employees during one of the holiday sales back in the day. The fact that you show up and make them feel equal is so beautiful to me and it shows just how big your heart is. On my very 1st night in Houston, I ran into Heidi having dinner with Christian and their friends. I always manifested meeting my most favorite fitness person on this planet. What are the chances that it would happen on the very first night in Texas ?!?! I have been following Heidi since the beginning of her 1up and Livfit days. I was so embarrassed at how hard I was fan girling. I was talking all over the place but I made sure to tell Heidi how much she has impacted my life and how incredibly proud I was of her and her accomplishments . I made sure to tell her that she matters and that she is makes a difference in this world. She had a spread in Iron Magazine back in the days and she took the time out to personally sign and send it to me. Thanks to my husband for the constant Dms and emails 😅. It was a wedding anniversary gift from him to me. I also told her that I STILL to this day have her sports bra from her 2nd launch. I really wanted to be respectful and not interrupt her while she was having personal time but I knew that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to remind her that she is an amazing human being with an incredibly huge heart. The fact that she opened up and took a few mins out of her day to talk to me was everything to me. I am and will forever be grateful for this moment. I’m going to manifest that someday I will get to be a part of the Buffbunny crew and get that chance to speak to Heidi again ❤

Your thumbnail reminded me of something I learned recently. It said not to eat blueberries and bananas at the same because you won't get the full antioxidant benefits from the blueberries. No big deal if you don't mind but I'm not a big blueberry person so I only eat for the health benefits. Just passing it along, toodles!
