When Johnny asked for buddies sword. Somewhere deep down. I had a very small INKLING that he would give him Sento.
But Johnny is so well.written here. It tricked me.
I assumed that he was just gonna take his sword and go dual wielding but NOPE. Gave his sento
What a homie
I absolutely love their bromance.
Next request. How Bi-Han (Sub-Zero) & Kuai Liang (Scorpion) turn from Brotherhoods to enemies.
Nice video but honestly wouldn’t be as good. Lin kuei stories were kind of weak compared to most of the other characters.
Funny how Johnny is so knowledgeable of Japanese lineage.
3:47 me arriving at my homies house uninvited
I love the voice acting 🎭, I love the voice actors
Liu Kang must feel weird whenever he meets his old friends in the new timeline as they do not him in this lifetime.
The best way to defeat your enemy is to make them your friend-Sensei Wu
Seeing johnny wise up is honestly wholesome
Johnny and Kenshi's friendship is one wholesome part of MK1
37:24 Me when my best friend got me MK1 for my birthday
The bromance... I S T O O B E A U T I F U L
First time in my life finally heard his real name
Reminds me of Ken and Ryu, how Ryu got his red head band from ken.
Wow that's actually a perfect description
Ashrah's voice was familiar then searched and she's Wonder Woman
Wonder woman from Injustice 2? Damn, I knew her voice sounded familiar!
@@furballrage595One of ashrah and Jonny intro meme on that
@@furballrage595 yeah I guess, but for me it was for the Justice League OG animated series 💪
While I liked playing the “old” games, I never cared much for the storylines, this is the first one I actually enjoyed
not even 11?
Their relationship is much like how Johnny and Jax were, Kenshi is easily annoyed at Johnnys antics, is a no nonsense warrior and was wounded in battle.
You know, I kinda expected him to be married to that one lady he talked about with his older self in MK11.
Johnny Cage are bastard but when serious he's a chad
The bromance is strong
Is it me, or was the story this time around one of the best, and the Cage + Kenshi arc THE best?
Thanks for uploading spoilers of the story you sr saved me 70 bucks
11:46 Huh, this talisman is like a compass and a metal detector in the mix. Definitely calling it the "chi detector".
Not going to lie this would make a good set up to the start of a live action movie.
34:46
Reptile: 🦎👅
Asrah: 😳😩
why the story is so wholesome.. i love it
I prefer Johnny and Kenshi bromance to this NPC woman.
11:20:woah johnny you sound like dvorah
So Kenshi can see again?
It's a new retelling of how Kenshi ends up blind...
I wish Kenshi had a perfect vision sights and a perfect vision seeing
His MK's Daredevil
@@davidbacon6468 In multiple interviews, Kenshi was conceptually blind from the start. They "wanted to make a character that had a disability".
@B_H____He can't see physically but through Sento's magic it has given him the abilities to see again as well as his old telepath abilities, as it has been said, Sento guides him
So far the only problem I see in this game is the fact that someone thought having Megan Fox as a voice actor would be a good idea…
little tidbit I love is that Johnny knows the history behind Sento instead of him being "cool sword I keep because its cool"
He is talking about steven Spielberg lol
Make me laugh when Johnny Cage acting like George Mcfly tells sub zero hey you get your hands of him ..
8:49 Johnny: “Oh please, Tattoo. You’re just here to get your sword back.”
6:19 ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
36:31 i died when i heard quan chi saying garam masala 💀
4:55 i apricate this call back to MK9
Curiously. These two remind me of the United States and Japan. At first they were great enemies and rivals and in the end they are such friends that they are almost brothers.
I love Japan 🇯🇵
I love The Japanese
Well I wouldn’t call the US and Japan brothers, more like a dog and its master.
@@RedCommunistDragonof course a commie says that...
After the Second World War, they are friends now.
6:15
If Bi-Han was saying this? How come did he and Scorpion get defeated by a struggling movie actor?
5:51 That is super expensive. 😅
from enemies to lover frfr
Subtle touch with Liu Kang as he introduces himself as simple "Liu Kang". Then as Johnny starts picking a fight over his Hichuli sculpture, he asserts himself as "Lord Liu Kang" with more authority.
Let's just say Liu Kang did a great job on creating new Johnny
25:31 See how wide some of the bars is between each other, they could just walk between them
Not sure if you guys noticed, but when Kung Lao does his iconic hat pose at 8:19, he slide his fingers on the edge of the hat the wrong side. He would've been cutting his fingers 💀
I Hope Enemy to Lover ❤
Johnny & Kenshi Ship 😭
Johnny Cage
Kuia Liang
Kung Lao
Still has the same face model 😂
-Kuia- Kuai Liang
Kula Liang? 🤨
The story may have its flaws (and tons of them). But I love the new characterizations. Johnny is still the arrogant prick we all love but he knows when to be humble and will be there for his bros just like Steve Stifler. Baraka and Reptile now have more character to them.
Johnny Cage & Kenshi have one of the best from enemies to bros arc since Salim and Jason in house of ashes
It’s weird seeing baraka and reptile as good guys
36:58 that is when the music gets so good, when Johnny is no longer a dick, and finally realizes that he can do so much without the use of money, this includes being a friend to Kenshi, and Sento, while I am at it!
Im sure in the second part of this game Christina and Johnny will be back
I can smell shippers from miles away.
38:25 - 38:35 The meme potential behind this is massive 💀
Sense they mentioned the orders realm i hope hotaru well come back
You know, they could make MK1 with rpg mode
It's already like an rpg game, except we skip most of the walking parts.
