i would advise that you dont craft by batches. For example, a batch of plaster will gain you 280XP. But for the same amount of energy, you craft 12 plasters individually, and you gain 420XP. Thats 140 XP more than the batch. I say, if you want to grind then grind. And this is true not only for plasters but for other batch crafting as well.
