Pigs really really like milk. My friend in 4-H found out the hard way when he was dumping my other 4-H friend's extra goat milk in for his sales pen of 3 pigs and he fell over the gate and ended up one arm and a bucket in the bin. The pigs through he was trying to scoop it out and tore into him. 183 stitches later, he was never so glad to see three pigs go to market. Be a little careful with Pepper when feeding milk. She looked like she yawned at you Daniel, but that was actually a display of her teeth to keep away from her milk! I hope you do keep trying to pet her and make her realize that you really don't want to hurt her, but just watch it when it comes around "serious food!" like milk.
How long would you remain in a profession if every day you went to work with a target on your back? My brother retired from the Sheriff's dept after 30 years. I don't know which of us sleeps better, his wife, or me, knowing he's not on a 2way rifle range with civilians every day.

Fencing off an area for a dry lot would be very beneficial for the pasture health. You can keep the animals off the pasture during the winter so it can recover. Goats are very entertaining and can help revive the spirit. ❤ Daniel you have a loving heart towards all of your animals. That is a very good trait. Sweet pepper. Hi Bear!! ❤
When we built our house in a forested area, we had just plain dirt , poor clayish soil surrounding us. It turned into a muddy nightmare when it rained. We bought some turf to create a front lawn, but turf is very $$. We got a pony for the kids and built little barn and fenced off an area for them Wherever any alfalfa hay got scattered, beautiful lush alfalfa grass sprouted.up And we put down straw along the pathways and in the driveway to keep the mud down. That first year the dirt front, back, and side yards turned into green grass and as long as we kept it mowed to keep the weeds down, it just kept spreading without any seeding or any more alfalfa, or timothy hay on its own. it covered all bare spots up to the eaves of the woods. It was not perfect, like manicured turf, but it was green. During the years when we had little or no rain, it “burned out” where we could not water it, but it comes back quickly with cooler temps and some rain. I know that country folks know this, but I wanted to share this “tip’ To get almost instant green cover on bare areas, spread out a bale of preferably hay, but straw will work too.because it is the stubble cut after the hay is harvested. and contains seeds. As it breaks down, it fertilises the soil, too. You all in OK were sure hard hit by the drought last year. Hopefully this spring will bring back the rains. for your pastures. 🙏💕

Living in a place like this is heavenly. My sister has a gorgeous farm with a pine forrest on one side and pastures on the other sides, yet they are only 10 minutes from the city. We have an RV parked there and we spend our weekends there. The animals complete the perfect life on that farm. A large river is passing by as well near their farm, so we go swim there, no pool needed. We are very greateful that we have this place. I keep telling her to make youbtube videos, but they are not interested, I think it would be great for them to share this beautiful place with others. It is so beautiful that drivers on the road in front of the farm constantly pull over and park just to watch that beautiful place.
You know all those things we all call wild onions is actually wild garlic? Yup. And you can use them like garlic. If you let them mature and "flower" out, they look like purple blooms, but with close inspection, you find they are actually the new wild garlic sets and each one will produce a new wild garlic set. Wild garlic are usually just one clove instead of a set of multiple.
Well Daniel sold some of the goats it is bitter sweet, but that's life. I was thinking how animals get along better, than human beings proven by the roosters that couldn't even fight. My best wishes for the Arms family God bless and protect y'all.

What are your plans for the kid bucks? Living in a small town, I've learned to check expiration dates on everything at the grocery store. Pepper sure didn't mind it being old and kudos for getting a chance to pet her...finally!
I'd love to get a new mattress myself, but I can barely flip mine over by myself. There's no way I could get it out of the house by myself and probably couldn't get a new one in either!
I'm happy to see the Eddy family come on your well established family to help them grow. So fun to watch all of the babies. Still waiting for Fancy to give birth.
Here in the UK we have ice winds rain and snow and freezing cold winds. But hay in a few months the sun will be out and we can start to wear shorts and tea shirts. Another great vlog and nice to see the Eddy fam with you. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Good to see that your goats went to a good home ! Pepper is getting friendlier with you ! God Bless❤
What a great video. Like the way you both released at the same time. The donkeys all lined up at the gate a feed time think there were seven in a row. Must admit I do love the donkeys. The goats are fun too like you say there is something about them. Like there big characters and rumbustious of them too. Have a great day take care and God Bless. 💕🙏🐐
Round up time.🐐.
Looked like Lambert was limping at that time.
Ralph has such big eyes.
I see that duck with the broken wing is doing good.
Pepper is in to that milk.
🙏😊👍🇨🇦
I love it when you show your animals and talk to them ❗️
Hi Darlene where are you from?

@@DarleneESmith Okay nice I live in Oklahoma city but I'm currently working here in Syria,
Are you originally from North Florida?
Glad you sold some of the goats - they’re going to another great family.
Love seeing Pepper too.
I did hear that boom. Peppers tail was wagging. She was happy. I will keep an eye on your goats because I watch the Eddy's too.
How is Bella doing? Continuing prayers! It's awesome you got to pet Pepper!
Reba is so pretty. Love the way you are so affectionate to all your animals. It's great to watch. Take care and blessings!
We need to see Bella and more of Houston and his eggs
As time goes by, don't forget a lot of us started watching you because of your animal and family content. Lately we've seen a lot of machinery stuff, the new merch, the new merch property etc. Your merch sells because of your content. Today was the first time in ages that I heard you calling "c'mon goats." We want to get our animal fix every time you film.
That was awesome that you was able to sell some goats to Brandon n Stephie I wats h theirs channels also n I will to watch your goats often ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It was so much fun to watch you guys catching the 🐐. Next time, the wives need to get in on the catching of the goats. Daniel, since you are home more and your spending more time with the animals it allows you to get close to them. See, even PEPPER has come to trust you just a little.
Do ya think you'll be doing a garden this year? Donkeys love the carrots
Our steer Hamburger has a date with the processor in May. He's such a good boy and very friendly. My husband is going to take it real hard. I've emotionally started the separation process. We love our animals too
Bear is my favorite. I love big dogs! I have Akitas, and they are great family guard dogs.
Goat is delicious!!
Love the 2 roosters trying fight thru the fence.
So funny when you were trying to bring in the goats in fast forward. The goats will be going to another great farm. 😍
I loved that you sold the goats to the Eddy Family ❤ they are such a sweet couple.
Hey… veteran wife and law enforcement mom so 😘 got to stick together
Always interesting. I love tuning in to see what yawl are doing. 😊😊
Hi Janice where are you from?
I haven’t seen carpet in a house in a lonnnnnng time! Just brought back some memories from when I was a kid! We had brown carpet in ours too.
I heard the boom sounds. Hope everyone is OK what ever it was. That was also the most motley looking crew of donkeys waiting at the gate for there food.
yum chives! you should chop those up for cooking. we used to. my family has a freeze dried food company and makes lots of money selling the dried chives and onions to companies.
Hi Jenny where are you from?
I love the stew or hay Reba always has in her mouth. She's a real farm girl. Thought the rosters were telling you the fence made it safer for their posturing.
Brandon and Stephanie of Eddy Family Farm will give the goats a good new home. It sure was fun to see Pepper letting you pet her!
Way to go Pepper, thanks Daniel for sharing! 👍👍👍💯💯💯🤩🤩🤩☺️☺️☺️
I would find it so hard to do what your doing, but I understand the process, and need to let your pasture rest🥰
