The best way would be to use a plastic trim removal tool to get the red clip to unlock. Or a flat head screw driver. Then you just press on the tab and pull out. Other way if it’s stuck on there you can use either of the 2 tools I mentioned and pry/ push out and help you give you some leverage on that connector. I have a new set of headlights coming in soon and if you’re still looking for that short I can make it when I swap out the headlights out.
Triple_Threat_Mopars thank you, also the bottom bolt! How much do you crank it down ? I feel like it spins forever till it gets snug, is that correct ?
Sal Gonzalez once you get the screw to catch on the threads first push hard as you are screwing it back in and it will catch on the second set of threads and then just get it tightened enough but don’t over do it cuz then you can break the mounting tab of the light and if you do you’ll have to fix the mounting tab later.
Depends on the year of your truck specially on the 4th gen rebels, these are the info I have for the 4th gen Ram Rebels. - Low beam 2015 - 9012 bulb 2016+ - 9005 bulb High beam 2015-17 - 9005 bulb
I have a 2018 Rebel and last year I replaced both high and low beams. About 2 weeks ago, my driver's side low beam lost aim. It looks like it's aimed upwards (beams points directly in front of the bumper. Anyone know how to fix this?
If using the screw to go up/down on the aim doesn’t work could be it fell of inside only way to fix that is by opening the headlight and fix it from inside.
Is the projector in place like it should if so, check the bulb could be it’s messed up try swapping bulbs from the other light over n if still does it something is wrong with that assembly, I have a few in stock from my side business links are on this channel to it.
Nice . Going to try that on my 2021 Warlock that looks very similar to the older Rebels
Same truck as mine and i love it 🔥😎 that blue streak is sexy! You still have it brotha?
Yes, still do. I’ll be doing a 6yr review soon and have new headlamps I got for Xmas soon to be on the truck.
What’s the easiest way to remove the big harness connector that connects to the headlight? I can get the other two out but not the big one
A close up short would be very appreciated too!

Whats the difference being regular and yours
Regular? WYM?
@triple_threat_lightz more light with protector
I’m still not understanding your question with being regular and mine. Are you referring to the light output vs regular bulb and the HID kit?
@triple_threat_lightz yes it's me sorry
Got you no worries 😉, regular bulbs are just not enough to see at night that’s why i changed them with HIDs
Did you pull headlight tab down or up ? I can’t get it to release the headlight at all
I believe it’s up
Down to lock it.

@triple_threat_lighz I took it apart, and it was screwed in correctly/hadnt fallen or loosened. It's the weirdest thing ever.
