Nice to see someone using basic tools...instead of a 2 x 72 belt grinder that hardly anyone can afford to own. My idea is to make a friction version of the Artisan Cutlery Osprey cleaver using 5/32 inch (4 mm) O-1,as an experimental survival folder.

when peening, after a few whacks give it a file, some materials work harden. making it more difficult to peen over.
