Was absolutely time for some more Megadeth, this is the one all you guys said we had to do! What’s the next one we gotta check out?! 🤟🏻🔥
Megadeth-sleepwalker or fatal illusion
React to David Bowie Rebel Rebel it’s a classic rocker
I’m a big fan keep on doing all music THANKS
Ashes in your mouth
Peace Sells
"Peace sells, but whos buying" must listen
You definitely would have to check out Megadeth - Sweating Bullets
Most definitely
+1 on Sweating Bullets
This would have been my comment. Excellent song. You beat me to it.
@@TheRealAstroChicken Same. Such a great track.
Yes!!
This is my second favorite Megadeth song behind Sweating Bullets
A couple other Megadeth tracks I'd recommend:
•Tornado of Souls
•Rust In Peace...Polaris
•Peace Sells
There is not a single megadeth song I wouldn’t recommend.
@@MonicaDBrini I like a great deal of their music myself but I'm sure there are a few tracks that aren't so fresh, Even the best bands always have a set of songs that are weak in comparison to the others.
Trippin_n_sippin28 True. There are quite a few artists who have 1 or 2 tracks that I like and the rest not so much. But Megadeth is one of the few who I have trouble thinking of a song I don’t care for.
@@MonicaDBrini most of the Risk album apart from a couple gems?
Wake up dead
In my darkest hour
Foreclosure of a dream
megadeth peace sells whos buying
Fully 2nd this!
@Will Herman Yes MTV News used David Ellefson's bass intro on "Peace Sells" as their theme music.
In MY opinion, their greatest song.
Peace Sells gets a 10 for the bass opening alone.
This is a must listen.
This album is deceptively artistic despite is simplicity compared to their previous work. It's great. Check out Sweating Bullets.
I personally think the album sucks. It's more pop than anything, really. Or I suppose you could call it "relaxed metal"...
Hah. The whole time I was thinking they gotta do Sweating Bullets. About as weird as metal gets but in a good way. Just a fun song.
teppolundgren Ashes in your mouth has a crazy guitar solo you’re talking crap
@@rustinpeace770 But you're listening to my crap, so that makes it worth it.
Jesus, your ears smell!
High Speed Dirt also
“PEACE SELLS”!
The new measurement of a great metal song “You can drive though a Chick-fil-a with this playing... and no one is going to hate on it.”
We are here to give the true benchmarks
You take a mortal man
And put him in control
Watch him become a god
Watch people's heads roll.
@@wiz9496 a' roll
Gotta be “Peace Sells”.
Dave wrote “My Darkest Hour” while mourning the loss of his friend and Metallica bassist Cliff Burton. That is your rock history lesson for today young audiophiles.
Peace Sells
Great, thoughtful review. Sometimes a vocalist who is not technically sound marries well with their music - especially in rock. And as always, there can be beautify in imperfection.
not to be that guy but megadetth are thrash metal not rock
I noticed you never mentioned Megadeth - Peace Sells. I suggest you take a try on this earlier song. Thanks guys!
Hey guys. Same album, listen to FORECLOSURE OF A DREAM and SKIN O' MY TEETH. Also if you haven't done it yet, PEACE SELLS. Fire! 🔥🔥🔥
Kevin Mclaughlin Foreclosure of a dream rocks!
When I think Megadeth, I think “Peace Sells (But Who’s Buying?)”. It’s their signature song for me. Rock on guys! 🤘😝🤘
The Drummer was Nick Menza.. He passed away in 2016.
You need more Megadeth in your lives.
An overlooked Megadeth tune is “Hook In Mouth” - love that one!
Peace Sells...(the song)
"In my Darkest Hour."🎶..from killing.. is my business and business is good Album.❇️❇️🎤🎤🎶
"In my Darkest Hour" IMO a much better song.
In My Darkest Hour is on So Far... So Good... So What...
Yup!
Great Song! I like 502 on So Far So Good So What as well. .
Absolutely!!!
Tornado of Souls, Peace Sells, Lucretia, Take No Prisoners
Dave has a snarl and attitude with his vocal style.
Drummer is Nick Menza, R.I.P. 🙏
Dave Mustaine!! Huge Megadeath fan here! Glad you guys were into it!! One of my all time favs is Angry Again. Check it out if you get a chance!
Angry Again is the tightest metal song ever! Pure precision. Great song.
Whiskey sip? Heh-heh- try “angry again”, it’s good too!
Surprised I'm not seeing more requests for Tornado of Souls. Classic Megadeth and the guitar solo in it is legendary, probably the best solo in any Megadeth song.
I'm as surprised as you!
Use The Man is a must for Megadeth.
Your next *live* reaction NEEDS to be this love song by Ted Nugent.
Song: Wang Dang Sweet Poontang
Album: Double Live Gonzo
110% guaranteed BANGER
Never was a big Megadeath fan, but love their track "Almost Honest". Great guitar hook!
great stuff young'ns ..really should be hitting up Peace Sells or Sweating Bullets..holla!
You’re driving song will always be Iron Maidens “hallowed be thy name”. Makes you want to go speeding down the freeway for miles on in
"I'm Dave Mustain and you're not." - Dave Mustaine.
The lyrics of this song seem to become more and more relevant as time goes on.
I always like when you talk about the instruments and production. Today you taught me things I never knew about drumming. Thanks for helping me appreciate my favorite music more!
“Sweating Bullits” is THE track that you will want to try next.
Love this one! I always imagined this being my theme song blasting from the speakers at the stadium as I trotted out to the pitcher's mound to close out the 9th inning of a baseball game! Epic!
Thank you for another great reaction guys!
You will not be let down by listening to megadeth "high speed dirt". Picks up the pace a notch, has very skilled guitar work and it's all about sky diving too. When you're done listening you'll feel like you just went skydiving
"Tasty as . . ." sums it up! I've loved this song since it first came out.
This entire album is excellent.
"Architecture of Aggression" is my favorite
So it's been a year, you guys should really check out the live video of this song, not sure what year but it's a concert in Argentina..it is just incredible !!
next Megadeth: it's a little different than their usual style, but "A Tout Le Monde."
Have you heard his daughter and her friend's acoustic cover of this?
Morning guy's! YOU MUST DO ANGRY AGAIN by them.
AMAZING SONG AND MUSIC!
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Saw them in the 80s, but always thought that ‘Symphony’ was their best song.
Suicidal tendencies "Alone" and "Give it Revolution"
Pantera "5 minutes alone" and "I'm Broken"
They need to hear "institutionalized" too! Blew me away 30 something years ago!
@@marcreed4031 I still like that song, but I've heard it like a million times lol. I recommend it, but I am fine never hearing it again.
@@hitmixhyepock9405 I hear ya. But it's a great starting point for newbies
@@marcreed4031 a classic for sure....I like "I saw your mommy", that's a good on for newbies too lol.
and, I hear Voices, How Will I Laugh Tomorrow, You Cant Bring me Down, Send me Your Money.... so many good ones
Bravo! Back to business 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey guys, great reaction. was never a big megadeath fan but i grew up with them and had a couple buddys who loved them lol. this one was always my fav
Not sure how I missed this reaction, but glad I found it. This is one of the few Megadeath songs I actually love. Thanks for doing this one guys!
Sweating bullets from this same album, count down to extinction, great bass and drum work on it.
Also, peace sells, is great with a bad ass bass intro!!!
Great reaction guys🤘
Yes, I've been waiting for this one! Hitting the like button before the video starts :D
You guys need to check out the live version from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Amazing!
Man, this song was huge when it came out. I don't think I've heard it in 25 years. I'm not much of a metal guy these days, but Megadeth has a kind of "black comedy" element to them that I've always appreciated. This feels kind of like the metal equivalent of the movie Falling Down.
It is a work of art he can play complex guitar and sing at the same time this is perfection :-)
This is the song I used to pump me up for my hockey games.
My fave Megadeth! The lyrics just slay it!
Halloween helloween 13 mins version! Its a must!
Also "Keeper of the Seven Keys"
Such a Great rock & roll song
YOU gotta Luv that Riff
I'm psyched this has30,000 views, plus 700 + comments...THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST SONG, I ever heard from m
Megadeth all them years ago!! Dope song!!
What a freaking great song. I recommend you to watch the performance of this song Live in Buenos Aires, Argentina , 2005.
That guitar solo "hits the sweet spot" a fun, rocking song.
It was Megadeths attempt at a radio friendly track in the hope they would get more air time, you can only really appreciate this song to it's fullest by watching this being played live in Argentina. The crowd sing the guitar parts and it takes the track to a whole new dimension.
The best technical reaction to Megadeth on YT! Bravo guys!
KILLER metal tune! One of the best EVER!
If you guys want to see Mustaine in his prime, when it comes to vocals, then I suggest reacting to anything from their album “Youthanasia”. Ya’ll won’t regret!
I was 16 in 92 when this was released. I remember my parents buying me a ton of great music including this Cd. I have them to thank for my music influence throughout my lifetime. Megadeth, Metallica, Tool , Soundgarden, were my Top favorites. Now I give credit to just about every piece of music that has ever graced my ears. Music can touch the soul in so many ways. It's heavenly.
This is one of the very few Megadeath songs I will actually listen to often. Thanks for doing this one guys!
Listen (and watch!) the live version at Buenos Aires, mindblowing!!
Please do Megadeth “Wake up Dead”
Love mustane growling on this track. Haven't listened to this album in over ten years. May be time to dig it out. Cheers boys
In My Darkest Hour or Almost Honest serious bangers💓🎵Love how they transition from the 1/2 time back into the groove.😜
Hey guys, nice vid...this is definitely one of my favourite Megadeth songs. You mentioned it sounded like a good "gateway" song into metal and I agree. In fact, I think the entire album this song is from has a similar gateway vibe. My suggestion for your next Megadeth vid is from the same album -- the song is 'Sweating Bullets'. Hope to see your reaction. Cheers.
When this was a new song, I saw them on this tour in Philadelphia with the Suicidal Tendencies. Awesome show!
Great song, great pick guys!!!
The best part about a Megadeth Concert: When the opening riff of this song starts, and the Crowd sings "Me-Ga-Deth"
Megadeth, Megadeth, aguante Megadeth!!
Hyped
Go for the live version of Peace Sells called That One Night. It's in Brazil and the crowd makes the song that much better. You have to see the live version!
Tornado of Souls. One of my all time favorite riffs and solos.
And strangely, there aren't many requests of it in the comments
Megadeth have so many great songs that I dare to recommend not the usual ones that are mentioned here in other comments already (Peace Sells, Sweating Bullets), but some often overseen gems that they wrote which are:
- Trust (from 'Cryptic Writings')
- Dread and a Fugitive Mind (from "The World needs a Hero")
- Train of Consequences (from 'Youthanasia')
Ohhhhhh my gawd yesssss!! I'm flashing back to my youth 😍💖💯
You guys get it!! Lol
This was the song that got me into Megadeth and heavier metal, it felt harder than Metallica at that time. The rest of this album is amazing.
You should react to "foreclosure of a dream" and "high speed dirt"
Nick Menza was the drummer.....LEGENDARY SKILLS. His Dad, Don Menza was a big band/Jazz sax player....who, also had LEGENDARY SKILLS. RIP Nick Menza 2016. The thing you will notice about Megadeth and their choices for drummers is that all of the early ones were jazz/fusion guys who knew how to swing a beat. Some dudes can swing....some cant....Menza swung like a stallion. The same could be said about the lead guitarist and it would be equally as true. Great channel guys! Love it!
super underrated megadeth song is Take No Prisoners, such a great thrashy song, you guys would go crazy over it
How the Fuck did I miss this??????????????????? This is one of my favorite HM songs of all time. Not just because the groove is so TASTY but as you say, the lyrics describe what happens when a single human gains "Absolute Power, It Corrupts Absolutely!" SSSSS!!
I love this song. Love Megadeath
Love THIS song!!❤️❤️❤️
Guys - Been waiting for a reaction to this. Metal Perfection.
Dude! You did metal! Thank you!
Some of my favorites, in no particular order,
Train of Consequences
Sweating Bullets
A Tout le Monde
Foreclosure Of A Dream
Peace Sells
That one album they did with Al pitrelli as second guitarist is pretty awesome
sweating bullets and foreclosure are the other really big songs from this album.. clearly the best album in the discography. and there biggest album as well.
the whole bouquet of masterpieces from last their '16 album Dystopia - The Threat is Real / Fatal Illusion / Lying in State
I would say Megadeth is just one of those groups that when you listen to them you get hooked into the music and can't stop listening to it. Any song that you react to buy them is going to be good.
Great review! Awesome Megadeth tune and give Sweating Bullets a try next time!
Check out Corrosion of Conformity (COC ) "Mine are the eyes of God", Also Orange 9mm "Thickest Glass", " Glistening".... as well as Fishbone "Servitude" "Sunless Saturday".......
😂I drove from Ohio to NJ in like 6 hours with this blasted the whole CD. 10.
SWEET MOTHER!! I haven't heard much from this band, I freakin love this!!!
off the topic from tonight, another couple of great groups, artists, George Thourogood and the Destroyers, Who Do You Love, ZZ Top (Waitin on the Bus, La Grange), so many great tunes. Thanks, I enjoy listening
A good song. Peace Sells...But Who's Buying is a good song to rate also.
I'm not much into heavy metal like this, while I can appreciate a lot of the elements and their musicianship. I'm always open to listening to recommendations, I'm right there with you as this being the first time I've ever heard this. This kind of stuff always reminds me of the cartoon Metalocalypse. :D
I am 44 retired musician, I enjoy you guys discovering these songs for the first time, you guys rock! Down with and lost in the sauce!!
EXCELLENT!! One of My Favorite Megadeth songs that my 58year old ass Loves by this band and understand why it had so many requests!! Thanks for the coverage!! Really Surprised that their song "Sweating Bullets " wasn't requested more! Check it Out, Can't go Wrong!!
You guys are about the same age I was when I bought this album. I can't believe it!
