Arsenal’s biggest problem is that somehow Arteta thinks playing 4 CBs and having no creative player in midfield would somehow keep working. so a team that wants to win things has only ONE player who is a creative catalyst? amazing

He’s scared to attack teams and the best example is the Bournemouth match were we had 3 CBs still on the pitch when Saliba got sent off but he sticks on another CB abd he wonders why we are losing and barely scoring goals
No the striker is necessary because at the end of the day you can just cross the ball and hope your striker gets a goal when you main playmaker is out they don’t have any other game plan with other odegard
Sesko will not give a trophy like Sanchez and Abu. They are just wasting money on someone who occupy space n waiting for him to get a year old in the role.

Tbf the two best managers of the last decade, Pep and Mourinho, have won their fair share of trophies with either style of play. None is more correct than the other.
Having a striker is a need to address but Arsenal were fine when Odegaard was healthy. Not having another midfielder step up is Arsenals biggest issue. If 1 player injury cripples the entire team creatively then that’s the problem.
City have a striker. They have issues, too. We had few shots on target in our last 2 games. If you don't create enough chances for the striker, it won't matter how good that striker is. There's no guarantee that striker won't have missed the same chances as Arsenal's attackers when we've seen Haaland miss "easy" chances on multiple occasions. Our problem is our attacking tactic is weak or predictable & we have few who are as creative as Odegaard. We scored 91 EPL goals last season. Only City scored (5) more. The season before it was 88. City's goal tally hasn't increased since they signed Haaland (94 & 96, they scored more than that without him).
For someone that always tells us Hojlund doesn't get enough service/is on the graveyard shift, I'm surprised about Mark's comments about Havertz here. We've barely played any balls through the centre to our attack against Newcastle and Inter. Forwards can't score without the service

Arteta wanted to build a team that could spread the goals so arsenal isn't relying on one out of form striker when they need a goal. Odegaard is the only player arsenal have that can create and without him in the side, they are struggling to create big chances. A world class striker certainly helps but really they need to learn how to be clinical. Imo the mark of a world class manager that he can make the best of the current resources he has, and doesn't sit around and wait for a certain player for his system to work.
Gotta see how Arteta wants to play. He prefers Havertz and Jesus for a reason. Why is the striker the main issue now and not last season? Ødegaard has been out with an injury that reconstruct the entire balance of the team, that's where the problem is.
Those are not easy to sub. Problem is that arsenal can't adapt without him. Look at coutinho and jurgen. He was a playmaker and was brilliant for liverpool and when he left everybody thought it's over for lfc. Granted, liverpool bought quality players from selling him, however jurgen adapted really well and liverpool didn't really suffer from him leaving, reaching the cl final thst same year. Arteta however put all his eggs into odegaard and when he isn't playing arsenal looks lost because arteta has no idea what to do

Spurs fans knew we wanted Victor… I love Arteta but my man is stuck to havertz, i really like him but he is not a striker, he can be a really good back up… but he is not our first choice striker
Havertz has not been great for Arsenal. He’s been bad and good so basically he’s been about average although when you consider what it cost to sign him, Chelsea extremely got the better of that deal.

Arsenal downfall this season will be pointed to their requirements, we all know what they were missing in as a Striker. I have always said this as a LFC fan, you need a pure goal scorer. As a LFC fan we managed to have the best wingers who can score, but in case of Arsenal they needed a striker given their buildup.
Tony was available. Give his wages, you can get him on 2 years contract rather than spending on useless defenders. This is the reality we all live in to challenge ManCity.
Arsenals problem is arteta, all other fans can c but arsenal fans can’t. Coming onto the pitch and handling the ball by arteta has been coming tho, should have been red, delineate handball and not even a player
Arsenal didn't win league for last 2 years when they came runups because of ONLY 1 reason. They lacked a good finisher, striker. The world has 8 billion human beings, we have better strikers than haaland, gykores, but no one scouting across the world to look for best, cheap midfielders, strikers. Arteta has a problem of ignoring views of 8b human beings. He can get best players from South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America but they don't have a talent searching manager to do that.

Falling?? When were you up? 😂
I agree. Its a blip. City had it ages ago. Liverpool had it recently. We will pull through, the media and mark make it worse
@@XWFrost But this season Arsenal is supposed to finally nail down the last coffin for the title after what happened last season. Honestly they're lucky city is slipping cause they would've been out of the race early
Inter showed Netflix FC how world class defending looks like..Classic Italian Catenacio ..Farteta should go for lessons from Inzaghi
how do u praise a team who won agame with penalty, wot if the penalty dint come, wot wud they do to win the game,🫣🫣anyways arsenal fans shud get use to loosing games like man u who doesnt win games but stil there lifes continues

In English its called Park the Bus but in Italian its Catenaccio mastered by our great manager Helenio Herrara 🖤
Arsenal will climb up.. They'll shock the whole world by climbing the coconut trees on their island of bottles 🥲👏
Arsenal needs Mbappe. He will fit in . Mbappe, Kai , Saka
Mbappe is garbage 😂😂😂 behave
@@madness8053 alright kid..off to bed and take your me ds 👍
@@Triple_X_X He is garbage, bro doesnt even understand the offside rule
@@hrodebrt oh so being played out of position and not acclimatized to things you don't know means you're garbage ?? He's one of the best players in the world and i hate Madrid ASF
😂😂😂
Doesn't matter who they buy if the manager doesnt change the way he wanna play and allow the players to express themself then it doesnt matter its down to thw manager...he's to pragmatic and safe
Arteta is stubborn for no reason, everyone knew we needed a striker but we got a defender and a DM
Bad start is better than bottling
It's already bottling if you weren't supposed to have a bad start. If Usain Bolt has a false start he bottled it.
No it isn’t
can't bottle if you weren't in the title race in the first place. arteta masterclass
@@Wavy612 very well said
@@gaara6292 very tactical 😂 nice
I still remember the it crowd joke, they want to walk it in
the problem is Arteta left pep when pep city team played with no striker. I think he just doesnt know how to build a system with a structure because this current system is pep's 2021 system. He needs to learn how to fit in a striker in the system. i think that is why he isnt buying a striker .
Arteta's arrogance and neglect of the attacking position is criminal
Arsenal have the most DELUSIONAL fans now
A world class striker certainly helps but really they need to learn how to be clinical.
Mentality, esp against the big European teams.
Biggest problem is that they have no back up to Ødegaard, a playmaker who can open teams up with a brilliant pass.
Arteta however put all his eggs into odegaard and when he isn't playing arsenal looks lost because arteta has no idea what to do
Problem no 1: Striker
Problem no 2: No creative player beside Odegaard
Arsenal were never going to challenge for the title three years in a row. Let's be honest. They're a flash in the pan club.
I can’t believe they didn’t go for Oshimen or Toney - both went to small clubs for not that much ££
YOU DIDN'T BUY THE TURKEY???!!!!
and that's the problem with Arsenal
I mean, that pretty much sums it up
Arsenal had a proper chance to sign Gyokeres, now I highly doubt thats gonna happen!
Victor Gyokeros was staring us in the face… what you mean there wasn’t anybody else we wanted?! Sesko was our only target.
Spurs fans knew we wanted Victor…
I love Arteta but my man is stuck to havertz, i really like him but he is not a striker, he can be a really good back up… but he is not our first choice striker
Everyone stop worrying about Arsenal. Just like last year when we were written out the title race at Christmas.
Liverpool are the same, first choice or nothing! Once injuries hit us, we'll regret not buying any players
Havertz has not been great for Arsenal. He’s been bad and good so basically he’s been about average although when you consider what it cost to sign him, Chelsea extremely got the better of that deal.
Lazy punditry. You have to be a basketball fan to think a striker solves arsenal problems right now. Even with the best striker in the world with the way they're playing will make no difference
We've been so flat this season. Hard to watch at times.
They just didn’t buy a striker which they needed so badly. But they sold the little they had in Eddy
Varsnal problem is arteta and the team thats going to be sold cause they wanna win titles 😂😂
Liverpool scored 4 against Leverkusen without a striker
Arsenal didn't win league for last 2 years when they came runups because of ONLY 1 reason. They lacked a good finisher, striker. The world has 8 billion human beings, we have better strikers than haaland, gykores, but no one scouting across the world to look for best, cheap midfielders, strikers. Arteta has a problem of ignoring views of 8b human beings. He can get best players from South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America but they don't have a talent searching manager to do that.
There’s no excuse for arsenal as to why they didn’t buy a striker
Havertz lowkey has the same effect as Nunes does at Liverpool, just looking at it with care and them being in different systems. (ofc Havertz scores more)
No
Waiting for the next season like my fav show on Netflix
Its Kai Havertz
The last two seasons arsenal scored 6 gaols less than Manchester city, so we DONT NEED STRIKER
Arsenal biggest problem is not having a back up to odegaard nd a striker
Goldbridge will always mention City 😅
