    📌Recipe:
    young cabbage, finely chopped
    Salt the cabbage
    good handshake
    1 carrot, grated into long strips
    2 medium cucumbers
    cut into long pieces
    1 tomato
    chop coarsely
    large bunch of dill
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
    hot red pepper on the tip of a spoon
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    Vegetable oil 30 g, heat
    Pour hot oil over the spices to release their flavor.
