There is a whole a lot more to explore when you hop on a train to see Bray Head, Portmanock Beach, Harbor Howth...I cant even recall how many hours a day would walk in Dublin. Now i am in Calgary and scenery here is not even comparable. Thank you for such a warm video about this beautiful city.
Great example of making great content without the expensive gear! I like how you kept the 25 chapters short, it gave me a quick idea of all the stuf to prepare for a nice weekend in Dublin. Thank you!
Thanks for highlighting some of the things to do in my city, Dublin has many good things and you guys have done a good job promoting that. Thanks again glad you enjoyed your trip.
Great Video Guys. We just moved in here. Some areas down south of Dublin City Centre such as Dun Laoghaire are worth a visit too. They offer great views and walks along the promenade and is absolutely gorgeous in the summers. Dalkey is another place where all celebrities live and has some amazing Irish houses if one wants to see.
It`s my favorite country...i like nature so much..i like the view..Dublin=the city of love,Dublin like an heaven,it`s the paradise :Oi don`t have money to visit the Dublin and i am so sad :(
The Brazen Head may be the oldest pub in Dublin, but Sean's Bar in Athlone is the oldest documented pub in Ireland (and possibly the world) by a long shot--dating back to the 10th century. There's only documentation of a pub on the site of the Brazen Head going back to the 17th century or so.
One of the most fun things we have ever done on a trip was to ring the bells in Christ Church. Getting there won’t be for some...up a circular stairway then across the roof with a 2 foot fence keeping you from falling, then another climb to the room below the bells. Great history, great story, great experience.
One tip from a local - if Templebar is a bit too busy or traditional for your tastes when you want a night out, start at South Great George's street and walk south until you reach Camden Street. The walk is about a kilometre long, and there's something for everyone along the way - dance clubs, dive bars, craft beer bars, a gay bar, cocktail bars, and a couple of less busy traditional pubs as well. That area is the main party street for Irish college students and young professionals (along with the Harcourt area).
Thx for posting the video about Dublin . I'm now convinced to visit the city someday because of you guys . Keep up the good work . :) . Glad to know the nightlife is fun there as you say . And lots of drinks(whiskey and beer) haha
This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
one place that was missed that I enjoyed (and maybe it's further down in the comments idk) is the little museum of Dublin! it's near st stephen's green and has a lot of history of the pop culture of Dublin for the 19th and 20th century.
As an australian... I could pick straight away that you were canadian... You should hear my aussie drawl... Nice video by the way. I watched your video of Macau before I went and it helped checking out sites to go and visit. Cheers.
Another great video. I like how you perceive and present everything with a lens of goodness and optimism. As far as I notice you seem you to like everything you eat or drink. There is a minimum critical evaluation. Rather I think there is almost no criticism. For promotion of tourism that is very good but travels can use a little bit of your insight about what to avoid or what felt short of expectations. If you are really such positive couple. Keep it up. If you are intentionally keeping things bright, that's cool too.
Depends what cities you're going to. If you're travelling to some of the major ones there should be easy connections, or at least ones with only a transfer involved.
Awesome video. 8 days condensed into 15 min. That was FAST! Dublin is wonderful, but don't spend all of your time there. Don't go to Los Angeles and assume all of America is like that. Outside of Dublin is a totally different slower relaxing experience. Rent a car, but don't ever expect to park anywhere in Dublin.
And I was particularly pleased with your editing that when you fade between scenes you also fade in the audio rather than blast different levels. Listening with earphones is pleasant. Thank you.
Hey guys :) What a great video! That reminded me the wonderful experience I had few months ago .... I'm so nostalgic I want to go back there and visit the places I didn't had time enough to see :p
Just want to thank you guys for your awesome videos! Planning my first trip to the UK alone, and yours are my favorite! Did you guys prefer Edinburgh or Dublin?
I was in Ireland and Northern Ireland 8 days. 3 total in Dublin. Drove around the countryside mainly checking out ruins. I tried my hand at sheering a sheep. I saw Ashford Castle. The people in Ireland are so nice. I'd go back for sure.
I'm from leitrim in the north west of Ireland if your ever back come down this way of the country its more country/farm kind of scenes but it's beautiful. There's places like Eagles Rock and mizen head in Donegal at the top of Ireland highly recommend it
P.S. Make sure your first day to get a map of Dublin since the bus may drop you off end of day and not the exact location where you caught bus in morning. You may have to walk 10 minutes back to where you were picked up in AM to start your travels They may do final drop off at popular area where restaurants are located.EVERYONE WALKS AROUND.
Greetings from Ontario. I like your videos. Watched quite a few. Am going to spend 3 days in Dublin and 6 days on tour in a bus from Dublin to other parts of Ireland. I found your video interesting as I am trying to cram a lot in just 3 days for Dublin and your video has given me a headup. Just wondering if the hop-on bus is worth it or just a waste of money due to traffic. Thanks for the video.
Thank you! Where in Ontario do you live? If you enjoy walking you could cover everything in the guide for sure in 3 days but the hop on hop off tour might be more comfortable. Even though Dublin is a city it has much more of a town feel compared to big cities in Canada.
I live in Mississauga in the GTA. Have been travelling in Europe lately and watched some of your videos before I go as I do Rick Steven and a few others. Great work. Keep travelling and doing these wonderful videos. It gives the rest of us a headsup.
The Brazen Head - probably THE most touristy pub in the whole of the city (The area of Temple Bar too.) To get some real genuine Irish pub atmosphere and meet Irish, these places are to be avoided, The Irish for sure don't go there and besides the "Temple Bar" in Temple Bar - on rip-off of a place, where two pints of beer and two packets of crisps cost 20 quid...
I hear what you're saying! Our best pub experience in Dublin was at a place called John Kavanagh (Gravediggers) which was nearby the botanical gardens. Lots of friendly locals and they even bought us both a pint!
hey guys great video, I just booked my trip to Dublin for next year. I had a question, can you drink the water in Ireland, I love beer but I do need to drink lots of water and that was a concern of mine. thank you.
Can someone tell me if I am planning right. I am renting a vaction home in Dublin with my daughter in law. We will take bus tours every other day and then tour things in Dublin on the off days. Should we be staying at a vacation rental more central? It is so far on these bus tours to Galway and County Cork, Belfast, etc. I felt like we should have stayed more central, but then we couldn't spend that much time in Dublin. Please help with suggestions. I can still change my plans.
Not really there's not really any cities in the middle of the country you're better staying in Dublin. Honestly though Ireland isn't that big so your furthest trip will be to Cork and about 3 hours while if you stayed in the middle of the country that would be the same amount of time pretty much.
You're also looking at 2.5 hours to Galway and Belfast from Dublin which isn't bad so I'd stay in Dublin it'll be a lot better for when you aren't traveling somewhere
Thanks, yes. We got a VRBO in Dublin and booked tours to Giants Causeway (Belfast) and Galway and Cliffs, also Limerick. The days off will be city stuff (Guiness tour, Book of Kells, parks, drinking, and more drinking. ) Thanks for your reply.
It looks like dublin is not central on the map.but in reality all roads lead to dublin in ireland .A fifth of the population of ireland lives in dublin and our next biggest city in the republic is cork which is only ten per cent of dublins
Oh guys that's not Grafton st and also they are not "Botanical" Gardens they are Botanic Gardens, reason being they have tropical plants. Gardens without Tropical plants are Botanical apart from that you videos are great I love them. all the best,
Hi guys! congrats on your videos. If possible, could you please tell me about those online jobs? I would like to travel a lot but I can't afford not working. Thanks!!

Cool to hear!
Samuel looks totally Irish if it wasn't for the Canadian accent he could blend in as a local.
+MrBubblescookie LOL, I just have to work on changing my accent ;)
He kinda looks like a viking too. Fellow Canadian here who's been to Dublin a number of times to visit friends. Love Dublin.
Only 9% of irish are read heads.Don't know what the % is but the scots are much higher in terms of redheadness
Thanks for highlighting some of the things to do in my city, Dublin has many good things and you guys have done a good job promoting that. Thanks again glad you enjoyed your trip.

Great video guys! I'm going to Ireland this spring so thanks for all the tips.
+Varekai0723 Thank you! How exciting! I hope the weather is nice for you.
Number 4 is Henry street ! You got it mixed up , but that is also a good place for shopping
+Rian McGrattan Oh, our mistake! Thanks for pointing that out.
Rian McGrattan you should re-edit the video so that you don't confuse people to what Grafton street is
I'm off work sick and going through all your videos, thanks so much.
Thank you! Hope you feel better soon!
Great Video Guys. We just moved in here. Some areas down south of Dublin City Centre such as Dun Laoghaire are worth a visit too. Loved this!!

+earnieshavers Thanks! I think that is something we can definitely improve upon in the New Year.
The Brazen Head is not the oldest pub in the country, Sean's bar in Athlone is the oldest pub in the world from 900A.D.
Ah, thanks for letting us know.
How far away is that?
Ye. But Athlone is not on this planet.
Great photography!
Thank you very much!
I'm going to Ireland at the end of July :) I checked your video out for ideas and I think you guys gave me some good ones!
That is really cool! Hope you have a great time :)
+Samuel & Audrey is it possible to get entirely from city to city by train and bus? (no driving or renting a car?)
Depends what cities you're going to. If you're travelling to some of the major ones there should be easy connections, or at least ones with only a transfer involved.
+Samuel & Audrey okay thanks :)
I'll be there in eight days! *o*
Best quote in this video “ha-ha... idk about that” when ask if he could share his food lol

Excellent video! I'm visiting Dublin in August, so now I know what to do! What a lovely couple you are btw! :-)
Thank you very much! What a great time to visit. Hope you really enjoy your trip :)
me too lol
I would like to go live there, I'm in love with Dublin
Cool to hear! Highly recommend it. Such a fun city to visit.
Awesome video. 8 days condensed into 15 min. That was FAST! Dublin is wonderful, but don't spend all of your time there. Don't go to Los Angeles and assume all of America is like that. Thanks! That is true - exploring more of Ireland is a great idea.
great video
Thank you!
I'm really pleased you came to ireland try cork and wexford and waterford
Finally, a video that you guys don't show a stupid wall with graffiti as a place to visit
Go to comedy at the International bar, it's on 7 nights a week. It's the home of Irish comedy for over 30 years.
Thanks for that suggestion!
You don't add anything extra like intros and outros. That's what makes you so unique and keep it that way! :)
+Broken Nose Thanks! We try to keep it simple in that regard.
Thank you very much! We really would love to return again soon as well.
Do you remember the name of the place where you got those Irish coffees?
Awesome!!! I wanna go. Never been.
Hope you can soon!

The deer move around the park during the day.
there are hundreds.
good video.
Thank you! Wow! Didn't realize so many were at the park. That is cool to hear.
I just got back from Dublin and Ireland. My favorite thing I did in Dublin was visiting the crypt under Christ Church. It was beautifully creepy.
That is cool to hear! How many days did you visit?
I was in Ireland and Northern Ireland 8 days. 3 total in Dublin. Drove around the countryside mainly checking out ruins. I tried my hand at sheering a sheep. I saw Ashford Castle. The people in Ireland are so nice. I'd go back for sure.
In Ireland and Northern Ireland for a total of 8 days including 3 days in Dublin.
Audrey is BEAUTIFUL !!! ♥
Except for that mole with the hair on it , eeeeewwwwwwww
I'm from leitrim in the north west of Ireland if your ever back come down this way of the country its more country/farm kind of scenes but it's beautiful. There's places like Eagles Rock and mizen head in Donegal at the top of Ireland highly recommend it

Ironically Sam is the most Irish looking man in Ireland
Hahah
I spent 7 years in Dublin back in the 70’s. I still didn’t see everything
"got a big gulp of cream" - that's what he said
+Rachel Dunning ;)
I was born n bred in Dublin and I've never been to most of those places.
Ah, cool and hope you can check them out someday. Where else do you recommend visiting in Ireland?
Greetings from Ontario. I like your videos. Watched quite a few. Am going to spend 3 days in Dublin and 6 days on tour in a bus from Dublin to other parts of Ireland. That would be awesome! I hope we can :)
The Phil Lynott statue should be nr 1 of course! The man that put Dublin on the map.
Thanks for the suggestion Noel.
hey do you have any dessert place suggestion in dublin?
The street called Grafton Street in this video is actually Henry Street.
Sorry for our mistake.

Martin Lanigan a
Next time go to St Michan's Church and do the crypt tour. So cool!
Thanks! Appreciate the tips.
Hey! What time of year did you go? I'm going in March and I'm wondering if it's gonna look shitty like March in Canada: bald trees, dead grass.
We were there in September so I'm not entirely sure to be honest.
Nope it's the complete opposite, green trees, flowers sprouting rains a fuck-ton though
The Brazen Head - probably THE most touristy pub in the whole of the city (The area of Temple Bar too.) hey guys great video, I just booked my trip to Dublin for next year. I had a question, can you drink the water in Ireland, I love beer but I do need to drink lots of water and that was a concern of mine. thank you.
Thanks! The water was just fine from the tap in Dublin. I hope you have a great trip.
thanks for the reply, that is great news.
Of course you can
I've had tap water all over the country. It's all clean.

Is Dublin handicap friendly as far as access to places and transportation?
A brewery and a cemetery... wow what a place. Paris eat your heart out.
We miss Dublin!
The Norseman is my favourite pub in Temple Bar! But it's not so good as the Cobblestone at Smithfield!
