cho cho and saltfish was a dish granny always made and I was always first in line for a taste.
Here's what you will need:
med cho cho
3 pegs garlic, minced
1/2 med onion
escallion
thyme
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
garlic butter (optional)
cooking oil
saltfish
dumplings (flour, cornmeal, salt)
Cho cho need to cook ms
I never had cho-cho and saltfish but Whitney I watched drooling and wishing I could help you eat the entire pot.

One pound of flour and half vup of cornmeal and two pinch of salt and knead it with water until it becomes a dough if you spoil it add more flour
Salt fish and chocho is OK, but if the fish is not soak out properly and its too salty, it can raise one blood pressure
