Same! I haven’t put the power beats pro on since I’ve gotten the buds…I also have the air pod pros…but the beats bud feel better in my ears than either of the two.
I own both. The Beats Studios sometimes will fall out my ear, mostly in the left ear. However they still feel more snug than the Apple AirPods Pro. I had to all always put aftermarket ear hooks on the Apple AirPods Pro’s . Therefore I sold them and got the Powerbeats Pros. I like them but sometimes my ear hurts from the hooks. For working out purposes, the Powerbeats Pros work best. For like going to the store or just for casual, the Beats Studios work best. Plus that Beats Studios case is smaller LOL. Sound quality on both are very satisfying!!! At least for me.

The fact they are 100.00 cheaper certainly helped. I did have a issue with them falling out, but changing the silicone "plugs" from medium to large resolved that issue.

Brother, LOVE this video and comparison. For me, as a marathoner and someone who loves lifting weights in the gym and I have both the Power Beats and the Studio Buds, for any run less than 10 miles and for most gym workouts, I love the Studio Beats, but for any long runs and hard weight lifting sessions, I prefer the Powerbeats….mainly as someone who shaves his head, I sweat A LOT, so the ear hooks are a MUST for me. PLUS the volume controls in the ear buds are a plus on long runs so I don’t have to mess with either my watch or phone to adjust volume while running. But again, those are just my preferences, not an expert opinion. I am curious to hear your opinion on the Studio Buds after a few workouts to hear your comparison opinion as well. Much love 🙏🏾
Your opinion is what convinced me to buy the beats pro today. I was at bestbuy watching this video and made my decision off this review. Sure, I could use the extra $50 but the security of it staying in my ears during vigorous training was worth the extra $.

Just got some PBP's last week and I enjoy them alot cause I work out and work on the ramp at the airport, wanted some earphones that were extra secure. Been watching videos on UA-cam and reading reviews as well and I'm glad I have the PBP's over the studio buds. If you have the money and want something that has swag and quality I say get the PBP's. Haven't tested out the studio buds for myself though so my opinion is kind of bias.
With my Power Beats Pro I can leave one in my ear my entire shift. I use the phone a lot with Beats Studio Buds I find myself having to switch from one bud to the other to get through my shift. And I also make sure to turn off transparency on buds to make last longer. I would say I have the same issue with my AirPods Pro with it having to be charged more frequently. But I get better microphone quality out of the Beats Studio Buds and AirPods Pro.
Im going to test that out for a day and see for myself too but the powerbeats pros are definitely beasts i had them in my ears for a long time without them dying too
I 2nd that for the power beats pro. The battery life is crazy good , I use 1 as well and definitely get through an entire work shift before the battery gives. I haven’t tried the buds yet.
just bought a pair of powerbeats pro for the gym because my apple airpods pros slip once I start to sweat bad, I think the Beats Studio buds would probably do the same.
I can confirm, I'm a gym rat and the beats buds dont slip out but that suction isn't quite there when you do get sweaty. The seal to create that bass is lossed. They are not the best for the gym.
I have both, I like to go on a lot of runs within the gym/outside. I’d recommend you don’t go with studios if you’re in the gym a lot or play a sport. Currently don’t even use my studios’s anymore, Powerbeats are far better. Don’t get me wrong the studios are nice. But the powerbeats are more convenient

The studios fall out of my ear so easily, maybe others will say differently. The powerbeats are comfortable and reliable for fitting
Just bought the studio buds. And I am disappointed with the bass quality. Had the 1st gen airpod for a very long time and didn't buy the new ones because I didn't see the need besides the noise cancellation. If it’s a serious issue just put the battery widget on your screen somewhere
I own both and for me the price for the studio buds had dropped for the holidays down to 99 bucks so I jumped on that deal and with a little gift card help 56 dollars was deal on buds originally cost 150 . i was getting ready to buy the airpods pro for sure but when I saw that beats work with both ios and android that had to be an deal for the holidays. now I got the power beats pro back in 2020 mostly for style I didn't like how the air pods looked and they seemed to work better on apple things then android and I only have an iPod touch . any how I can feel the ear fatigue on my ears from the pro ear hooks so maybe I can listen to them for an hour before I pull them off. Since I had the money at the time I figured why not .
The call quality is “ok”. I was on the phone with one person and they said they could hear me clearly. However another said i sounded way better on my AirPods pro which are my main headphones for calls as id expect. Yeah fitting is definitely subjective to the shape of your ears. Its always annoying when you like a pair of earbuds but the fit just wont stay. I got lucky and these actually fit
To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.
Mines must not fit right or something but I don’t get the big bass sound, they honestly sound like a nice pair headphones 🎧 nothing like the $250 price tag I was expecting more, was planning to return them and just get a $60 pair but because of the iPhone features I’ll keep um plus every pair of budget headphones I had always break and $15-$30 here and there adds up so hopefully these last me a few yrs

The Buds are trash. I took them back after two days. I’ll keep my Powerbeats. 👌🏾👌🏾 The noise cancellation option is a joke. You can’t use Siri, which is annoying. The only true noise canceling headphones are made by Bose. Overall… Powerbeats.

I bought the Beats studio for 60$ on Amazon… Nos the comparisons on price is totally different my guy…
250$ or 60$I bought the Beats studio for 60$ on Amazon…
You are aware that the volume control can be one of the Buds or both if you want.
The studio beats I have all you have to do is open the case and it shows me the battery of the pods and the case every time.
How’s the call quality?
The call quality is “ok”. I was on the phone with one person and they said they could hear me clearly. However another said i sounded way better on my AirPods pro which are my main headphones for calls as id expect. I would talk on the phone on these but they wouldn’t be my go to’s if that makes sense. So it you primarily need a headset for phone calls these are ok for the price point bur wouldn’t be my go tos for that.
can someone play basketball witht eh studio buds and let me know if they fall out. Liek play agame with your friends. Also try witht rhe powerbeats. Hopefully someone accepts my request and tries this out since I have both, but I dont know on whcich ones to keep
The studio buds bang on Apple Music you will be deaf with anything more.
Are they loud?
@@neverfeartruth6460 hell yeah💯💯💯
The buds doesn't stay in🤦🏿♂️I use the small ear tips, & they still doesn't fit in my ears they does sound good tho..

Sadly buds not available yet in my country but even if they are Amazon sell the Powerbeats cheaper.
What country are you in ?
UAE 🇦🇪
Mines must not fit right or something but I don’t get the big bass sound, they honestly sound like a nice pair headphones 🎧 nothing like the $250 price tag I was expecting more, was planning to return them and just get a $60 pair but because of the iPhone features I’ll keep um plus every pair of budget headphones I had always break and $15-$30 here and there adds up so hopefully these last me a few yrs
Truthfully which has better sound ? Which is a better buy ?
Sound is definitely subjective but in my opinion i like the sound of the beats studio buds. It could also be that i get a better seal with those as well. I think for what the beats studio buds offer at there price point its the better buy
Cool well my wireless beats just died on me lol it’s been about two years since I bought them excellent device
Idk man, I like features they got but, one thing is the earbud tips (the wired ones) they always falls out my ears maybe because I have small ear holes idk 🤷🏽♂️ I hope these beats studio changes my mind. rn I have the powerbeats 3 and the sounds ok but I've never experienced noise canceling earbuds (only in gaming headset)
Which r louder?
Studios for me
Me waiting for someone else to sub so I can be 69th
😜😜😜😜
For the love of God. If your using music streaming apps to listen to music then buy anything as far as headphones.
No way studio buds have more base I have both
Yeah i was listening to them more your definitely right.
👍I agree
I need my bass from the hook power beats but the studios do calm you down from all that bass & that’s why studios last longer.
Does anyone PBP read out text messages?
Good information !!!
The Buds are trash. I took them back after two days. I’ll keep my Powerbeats. 👌🏾👌🏾 The noise cancellation option is a joke. You can’t use Siri, which is annoying. The only true noise canceling headphones are made by Bose. Overall… Powerbeats.
I could see why you feel that way. I personally dont use siri at all. The noise cancellation isn’t top notch but I don’t think its horrible. And word bose does make some good noise cancellation. But sony is king of noise cancellation to me
@@jpstech-talk4936 The 12 Pro Max is my first iPhone. I’ve gotten into the habit of using Siri often. Which Sony headphones would you refer for complete noise cancellation?
What's annoying is you have an iPhone and you're complaining about features🤣 news flash.... Iphone sucks
Beats pro are better
Audio on this video is very low
Thanks was just learning how to use final cut pro future videos the volume has been raised
It is always better to have the volume set louder and let the viewers turn the volume down on their devices.
There is one channel I watch regularly and the volume is always so low that even when streaming to my truck, with the phone all the way up and my truck all the way up I can barely hear it.
Let me know if the newere videos sound low as well . Thanks for the feedback. I’ve been turning the volume up since I noticed that.
do studio buds stay in ear while you re at the gym
I actually need to test that out i think they will because they are pretty snug . But I haven’t wore them in the gym yet. Although some people have said they work for them in the gym
Can you also try jogging in them when you get a chance. Thanks
@@TheThugNasty word everyones ears are different. Did you try all the ear tips ?
@@jpstech-talk4936 ok let us know because i have to choose between these two models, i m a Guy that goes to the gym daily
