- Ex-TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine testified that he received a tip about Amber Heard's bruise and that she would be outside of the LA County Courthouse. Tremaine stated the paparazzi did get the picture of Heard with bruises.

I really like this ex-TMZ guy. He seems Very Alert and Honest and knowing his job. He SAID A LOT!!!! Massive, KEY Witness!! I understand now WHY the AH team did NOT want him to be on the Witness stand. SO GLAD He was!!

Paparazzi are vilified for good reason but one of the dirty little secrets of Hollywood is that the celebrities, studios, talent agencies and publishers work far more in collaboration with paparazzi than they will ever admit to. It doesn't justify them crossing the lines they often do, but not every line they cross is uninvited either.

If you watched Ambers testimony, then you will understand how important this witness is. I read many comments that said he didn’t say anything important. But that’s completely untrue.
It’s very important as he said that Amber was going to “turn to show them the ‘bruise’” how would he have known that she was going to do that, if she hadn’t orchestrated this for publicity.

I agree with you. His testimony about the length of the video, editing or lack thereof and most importantly how long it takes for a video to be uploaded if it came from the owner of the copyright which was 15 minutes let’s the jury know that they received it from the owner of the copyright which is AH. Any other person would have taken more than 15 minutes because of Authentication. Therefore his testimony impeached AH.
We who watched atleast 90% of the trial know its important.
@@pingu3146 on top of that, the fact he could validate the copyright ownership quickly means it came from the original filmer. All those questions around timing were asked to imply she sent it, without asking for that question which would be “hearsay”. And considering that the video was clearly shot by miss Heard, one can logically conclude she sent it.
I cheered for Morgan Tremaine, when he defended himself from Elaine, claiming it was SHE who was looking for the 15 minutes of fame, for being a member of Amber's legal team!

@@lupita097 Heard's counsel were trying to object immediately and would've shut it down as 'hearsay' if Mr Tremaine had actually named Heard as the original source, before Mr Depp's counsel had a chance to prove the video came directly from Heard. This was a huge part of what they wanted from this witness. He also confirmed the courthouse paparazzi appeared because of a tip off from Heard.
If he gets sued I would personally contribute to his crowd funding. This man deserves it for his bravery

This is essentially damning. How can Amber put it on someone else when TMZ was literally alerted of her specific movements and times of arrival and the prompt to take the bruise photo. Only Amber knows where and when she will be somewhere

It was coordinated for sure and that’s really all you need to demonstrate to the jury. Everything about AH’s testimony has been shredded and the obvious common sense question she wasn’t able to answer like you took photos and videos of Depp asleep but couldn’t get a picture of all the “damage” she said happened? @@iasminp41 Agents or managers will do it secretly for exposure or a story but it’s unlikely anyone but AH or one of her “friend” witnesses sold the copyright. If anyone in an employment position did it, there would be extreme litigation taken against them. Highly unlikely it was someone of authority

If I understood correctly in another clip he was asked by AH's lawyer if he knew the source of the video and he sed no. So my guess is they prepped and they knew not to ask that question. Because that would hurt JD's case.

She couldn't outright ask if Amber sent the video because that would have been leading the witness. Recall the disastrous time that Ambers lawyers had at the hand of Camille, if she asked it the way you suggest, they could have done the same thing to her. So to prevent that she asked questions that couldn't be objected to. The damage was just as bad

I always wondered why Amber had her head up high and swinging her face around when she left the courtroom. Personally, if I had been assaulted and in a bad state, I'd be hiding my face and not want my pictures taken. lol now we know she was told to stop and turn her head for the cameras so they could take a shot of her bruise...

One thing to note here is that though the guy didn't mention the source, he mentioned that if the videos come from a direct source it takes only 15 minutes to upload it. When Camille asked him about how much time it took him to upload the video of Johnny banging the cabinets he said it was 15mins. So it definitely implies that it was a direct and verified source which can definitely be Amber or her team! I think the juries would note this.
That's right. The questions was sophisticatedly laid out in a way that exposes the tip was received directly from AH team without asking the question out right. Camille did it in a way that would protect the witness from potential lawsuit from his former employer.
Also they can't posted or clear if the original source sell it or consent to it .
It sounds good, but it is not something verified just by him stating it. He is giving his opinion and not providing any data or evidence for what he is saying. That is the reason he states things the way he did and you are right, he is implying it because it isn't somethinig that he could state as fact.

The idea intrigues me of how 'looks' or posture in a sense,
affects the way we judge / form opinions about someone -
especially after the whole mess that is Dr. David Spiegel.
This guy is handsome, charismatic and generally well put together,
somehow increases his credibility automatically (in my mind at least),
it's interesting how impactful first impressions is in these situations.
You actually can judge a book by its cover, sometimes.

The witness testimony was there were to photograph amber when she was leaving the courthouse. (Amber was supposed to turn her head back and to the right for them to photo it). How sick is amber that she informed t.m.z. How she would turn, look back and tilt head. I pray she loses this case. She is a horrible human being.

Amber is the one who wanted to bring their marriage issues into the public eye, planning out how she would destroy Depp’s life and knowing he’d have a disadvantage in court because he’s a man. In this context it’s certainly turning the courtroom into an arena and altering the civil process but the civil process needed change anyway. This will hopefully bring positive change in the justice system and spread the message that men can be victims and women can be abusers
this was a great witness. He opened a whole look into how she was able to leak to press. An excellent witness very composed.
Amazing work by Camille to get answers to questions about procedure, knowing he couldn’t divulge sources, and knowing if he said X gave me the file… it would be hearsay unless they had X there to testify. Knowing it would’ve all been objected to, Camille got him to speak on the general practices of how they get videos and the copyright process. Then by implication for the jury to hear that it HAD to have been Amber or someone else in her camp. Brilliant
