I still can't understand why they've made a competitive game out of Settlers.
While I understand the nostalgia, they've already got many The Settlers titles with less competetive approach in their library. It's only natural for any product to evolve with time and for many the evolution is welcomed. I have played them all and this one is my favorite by far. Also, if you are a true The Settlers fan you should recognize that in almost every single release they've been trying a bit different approach than before. - Daranix
That's true Daranix. I am just a bit anxious that the single player is too short? I am not so much in multiplayer.
@@pitape1822 It is shorter, yea, the game is more focused on the multiplayer side of thing, but you can enjoy skirmishes or hardoce challenges against AI. :)
It was always pretty competitive. Have you ever tried playing settlers 3 online? People are still tryharding there. However all versions after 4th were very bad and casual so i welcome the change.
I still stick to settlers 2 😂

Boring game, they destroyed a success game.... The game foundation is much better,it's still in production but much better than this garbage

@@felixmustermann790 Yeah, well, PoP has it's own issues and the game has quite a bit lower player base than TS:NA due to it not feeling competitive enough. I feel like people just can't be pleased by anything sometimes. - Daranix
@@thehonestsettler yeah, and still pioneers of pagonia is just in early-access while ubisofts settlers is basically dead in the water already since when ppl want to play Age of Empires they play Age of Empires
and not every game has to be competitive... thats a fuckin disease in modern game development, that thank fuckin god, has been proven to not make games good or bad by the simple example of Helldivers or other building games where you basically create your own town (Cities Skylines)
