I refer back to this simple system so much. I’ve got it written everywhere’s. First off, it’s the color set of the Walmart gel highlighters that I use. BUT....it’s simple enough, but yet it has detail. I’ve used it for over a year now and I really do like it.

Cat woods I’m going to put a new Bible into use and I plan to have my system together. I’m rewatching your videos trying to decide which one I want to use. I’ve been blessed to be able to pick up a few of your recommendations. However, I have a bad case of analysis paralysis and am not sure which is best for this phase of my growth.
Love this. It’s similar to my system. I just came up with an updated color code when I got my Schuyler WM. I wanted to reduce the number of colors I was using. Thanks for sharing :)

Thank you for sharing your color code chart. This was 2 years ago, are you still using basically the same? I did Precept Studies for so many years, my color code chart is on an 8 1/2 x 11 page divided into columns and rows with over 100 coding for different words, etc. Most of it is still in grained in my brain, and I would like to go to a more simplified/personalized system like yours. I appreciate you developing all of these tips/tricks for us! 🐱

Cat, where/how do I get the wonderful library card you have in the pocket in the front of your Bible?? Loving it!!!
I got a very similar library card in a pack of mixed journaling/scrapbooking pack of cards - two different sizes with something completely different on the pack.
If you can't find your own, then you could search for a free printable online and make your own, or get a pack of those index/study cards and cut one down to size. You can always donate the rest to charity, or using them in RAKs or similar.
I've been struggling with reading and understanding the bible so I'm finally deciding to get the new living translation I hope it's as close as the original text as kjv.
Josie Uch no I'm sorry sis the NLT is on the other side of the Spectrum when it comes to translations such as KJV... I use and love NKJV this reads just like the KJV but is easier to understand.
Cat woods I do have the nkjv bible but I would prefer an easier to read translation. I came across someone saying that other translations might misinterpret the real bible scripts
Josie Uch i then would choose CSB... It's sounds like u already know what u want hun... Just remember the NLT is a thought for thought... And it's not word or word. On the chart u will find KJV NKJV and then CSB and then NIV etc 😊 good luck sis i use them all for different reason... I don't use only one translation

That's my tablet with the waves rolling in this is how I worship the Lord it's important for me to hear calming nature sounds when I am filming it helps me stay clam and not nervous when making these videos
