Hi summer! This was so nice to listen to, it felt well thought out but in a very relaxed way, not a cold calculated way. It was also really refreshing to see this “serious” side of you (but your fun personality still shines through) and it was heartwarming to listen and get an idea of how much time and work you’ve put into yourself to get to know, learn, trust, love and support yourself! I know social media can tend to just be about interesting content and trends or trying to have enough of your humor shine through or etc. and sometimes I think it makes it difficult for viewers to remember content creators are experiencing life the same way we are (not in terms of job or daily life or income or hobbies or etc etc) but experiencing it the same in the way that it is everyone’s first time (that we remember/know of) living and experiencing things as they come! I’m not sure if I’m explaining that well, but it was nice to see and hear your wisdom and the growth you’ve put into understanding yourself and your brain and your body, and I think it is also great that you and so many other content creators who show the more “vulnerable” parts of themselves can remind viewers that content creators are more than their video titles and are just as much of a real person going through their life for the first time as the rest of us are. Hope you’re doing well! (-:

i've been struggling a lot cause my health and certain medications have caused me to gain weight and so much of it is out of my control so i can only do so much to try to fix it. i try to tell myself that all bodies are beautiful and remind myself that mine does so much for me but i can't stop focusing on the parts i don't like. do you have any advice? i can't seem to find anything that works, even just focusing on the good and what i feel good in :/
