Thank you so much for sharing the above exercise. In my case, my left leg is very weak , ( I am doing the exercise as advised, however my left leg just slides on the bed ( not able to control) . Also , while walking, initiate movement from the hip muscles ( circumduction) . Not able to flex my left leg one bit .
