People this video is great and I suggest do whatever it takes to encourage a breech/transverse baby . I know doctors just want to rush c-sec but don’t let them be butchers ! Please just know babies aren’t dumb and by full term they have developed full working brain ! They will find their way to the birth canal unless there’s medical problem where they can’t . Other than that just know babies flip up until last min . Don’t lose hope . Just give your baby some time to turn rather than rushing . Back in the days women had less c-sec n not much breech cuz doctors didn’t rush for money . Please I’d say wait it out ur baby isn’t dumb

36 weeks with a breach baby, my question is how do I know when he is finally faced down? If I keep doing these exercises, do I risk turning him around again?
Hi Anja, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and the baby has always been in the same position. Is it ok for me to start doing some of this exercises? Thanks in advance.
I will keep my fingers crossed for you. It's all about creating space in your tummy for your baby to turn. Also check out the website spinningbabies.com. There are other things you can try at home. Is this your first baby? X
@@TheJimjam1989 hi darling! If you end up having an ECV please don't worry. They can be very effective. It may feel uncomfortable but it shouldn't feel painful. If you do calm slow breathing it will help you to relax. Do you live in the UK? X

Hi.. i am in my 31st week. Last week my baby position was absolutely fine. But in this week’s ultrasound, he was in breech position. What are the chances of turning back in head down position ?
Very likely. There is still space for your baby to turn head down. My baby was breech at 32 weeks so I made sure I was going for a walk every day and doing birth ball exercises. Stay positive. I'm sure your baby will turn head down ❤️👍
Hi Sarah, I was just wondering if you have been offered an ECV by your midwife/doctor yet? If not, please have a look at my other UA-cam video about how to turn a breech baby: ua-cam.com/video/WpPsuwdVvpM/v-deo.html This may help too xxx
I was doing hip rotations squatting just to try briefly and within a couple of minutes I could feel baby moving around ALOT really low (she’s breech and they said her bum is really wedged in my pelvis - especially for 31 weeks) so hoping that’s her shifting about maybe? 🤞🤞
I am 35 weeks pregnant with my first child and it's breech.. And my dr has suggested c section.. also she has given 10 more days so that it might happen that the baby will turn.. Would these exercises help?
Yes they can really help! Also make sure you go for a walk every day as that can encourage your baby to turn with the help of gravity. Make sure you do these exercises consistently for the next 10 days. Good luck honey x
Thanks so much for your question. The best exercise for you with a posterior baby is to be on all fours and slowly crawl on the floor (but look after your knees). This will help your back to back baby turn to the a occiput anterior position. ❤️👍

Hi! If you can, do your best to stay calm. Stress can actually keep a baby in a breech position. Doing these exercises will help your baby up to turn head down. How many weeks pregnant are you?
No, it's usually only slouching on your sofa and sitting down a lot that can turn a baby back to a breech position. Three exercises can help to keep your baby head down 💕😁
That should be okay. The exercises will help to keep your baby head down and help your baby to engage further down in the pelvis ready for birth. Do check with your doctor to be 100% sure though. 💓
I was told by the OB. My baby is slightly oblique at 34 weeks. Bum to the left, head slightly off center but in pelvis. Would this help center baby more vertical?
@@ashleighflood6262 yes! The weather is getting better finally! Walking and birth ball exercises will both help wriggle your baby down into the best head first position ready for labour. Enjoy your walks 🌞🚶♀️😍 xxx
Yes, it can work. With twins, sometimes one can be head down and one head up, this can be linked to space in the womb, the shape of your womb and which twin is larger or more dominant in the womb. However, it is perfectly possible to have two head down twins and the exercises can help with this 💓👍
