Yes, FIRST UNION PACIFIC LOCOMOTIVE!!!!!
K&L=Greatest Payware Trainz Models!
I wonder if a N&W Class J Unstreamlined will be a good model to make.
yes
Someone would have to commission them first. I wish I could because it would indeed be interesting.
What's the procedure for that meow meow?
Katerina Kittycat No idea. I think something with Email?... or just wait
They should make UP 844 and SP 4449 those would be great models
That whistle is the one 4466 wore at Steam Expo 86
I am a sucker for any type of mikado, I'm thrilled about getting this locomotive!
I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO C&O L-1
Looking this up I did find that one UP MK-Spl does survive: #2537 survives in Walla Walla, Washington
Thanks Steve for another great model!
First UP product. Great as always.
Gorgeous job fellas!
Great work like always
I Knew that this would come! Great job on this as usual!
I just hope one of them are still around today
Looks amazing! :D
I LOVE UR PRODUCTS I CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE
I have made a reskin of the MKspl before this was even thought of!
Great job!
Awesome work
Wow very pleasant surprise I love it!
Great model locomotive, good video
Looks good.
And Cristian is Foaming
I hope K&L Trainz will make the 844 will be released sometime in the future!
this was unexpecting
but looks great!
Good promo
Wow! Cool!
Nice
I hope you do the SP GS4
I want you to know, Mr. Lerro, that I am looking forward to your 844 model.
Yeah!
That was canceled
Ah so this was the engine everyone was excited for. Very interesting.
Actually know you're wrong it's 6325
@@kadenrobinson7067 I am referring to the unknown Union Pacific engine that K&L announced about a while ago which either is this or something else. Yeah everyone is excited for 6325, but other people have been excited for this
The UP locomotive everyone's excited for is #844. (It's been on the projects page for a while.) This locomotive is a surprise more than anything.
yes
I wonder if OHCR 1551 would be an awesome model to make.
Anyone know where Caboose comes from and if so a link to the download?
I never knew the union pacific had mikados
I was too focused on the challengers, FEF's and Boy Boy's
K&l Train so when are you going to make the Steam Town Baldwin No.26. Im just curious.
I wonder if in the future we could get a model of Great Western #5972 A.K.A the Hogwarts Express.
kyle keltner Seeing as Steve mainly makes North American Locos I see OLTON HALL as unlikely, although I suppose if someone were to specifically commission it I supposed you could see GWR 5972 or BR 5972, however Hogwarts Railways Crimson would be a major licensing issue.
Bout time you made something that has UP. Sadly I won’t be able to get this model
Is the UP 844 going to be a mega pack?
Where on earth did you get that 3 dome tanker?
Can You do the New York central mohawk #3124
awesome job on it K&L Trainz!
also I wonder if SP 786 could be a good model to make it's a different MK-5 locomotive with a different design on it.
SP 745 Productions already made 745 and it’s able to be renumbered.
Please oh please, can you make the Sierra Railroad roster I’d be so grateful.
Try commissioning it on their site
Thank you for the suggestion, I might give it a try.
Trainz Forge has some models already
Can I ask why Dovetail didn't hire you, move you and your family all expenses payed to the UK and pay you what your worth. I have a fair amount of your content on my hard drive with no place to use them as I have given up on Trainz. Money well spent even if. You are genius at what you do.
K&L I have two questions
1 I’m about to buy my first train from you how to I get it onto my game after I’ve purchased it
2 when is the c&o streamlined Hudson supposed to be released
Penny McKnight I’ll help you out with that
1. When you open the trainz browser there’s a selection you can make called “manage content” on the startup window. Click that.
When you buy a train, it shows up in your downloads on the k&l website. You have to create an account to see and purchase engines.
Once the engine is downloaded, click “view on folder”, then drop the file into the manage content tab, and wait.
There you go, you’ve got your engine!
2. K&L trainz makes locomotives in spare time. There really isn’t a set time when anything is done, so when it’s done, it’s done.
One thing though. The “projects” tab locomotives tend to be bigger projects with actual sets of passenger or freight cars to go along with the locomotive that k&l will document the process of modeling, and that particular locomotive may have several paint schemes or modifications. Not all the locomotives commissioned show up on the actual projects tab, such as the UP locomotive here, or a few of the previous locomotives. The next locomotive to be released is the GTW U-3b, with variations of the engine in service, as well as 6325 in Ohio central colors. This set may include other things like a few freight cars and a caboose, or the Ohio central passenger car set. But we won’t know until it’s done almost with this set. Judging by other sets and projects, I’d assume the C&O streamlined Hudson will show up on his website for sale by October or so, maybe a bit earlier.
K&L just yeeted another surprise--but what happened to this whistle?
I hope your make the Texas and Pacific 2-10-4 #610 in the near future................
When will work begin on the 844? There still isn’t a good version of the FEF class (aside from the ANL FEF’s, but those still have their issues)
Look at it's place on the projects list, whichever locomotives are planned before it will need to be finished and released before he starts.
As for the FEFs, personally I think ANL's fill the void perfectly fine, sure the textures are a bit basic, but they hold up remarkably well for when they were made.
There was also the FEF and Challenger from NARM a few months ago, they've been taken down to be "updated", but they matched, and in some ways surpassed ANL's models.
My only gripe was that the drivers weren't counter-weighted, so the running gear on both sides of the were in line, rather than offset to balance their weight.
The Arctic Gamer :also, the mars light is always on, which isn’t prototypical
Who commissioned this model?
Can you do Up Big boy because 4014 is running
They don’t take suggestions only commission
And I thought 844 was to be the first K&L Union Pacific locomotive
Hmmm a smaller UP freight engine that doesn't have an vandy tender....
*interesting*
Can you do the southern streamlined ps4 pacific
USRA 2-8-2?
Isn’t this K&Ls first Union Pacific locomotive ?
Orion TheGamingRaptor mhm
Hey Steve my son is just wondering what is you next planed release?
GTW U3B 4-8-4 #6325
Onion Specific
lol
thatonetraindoge heh
Funion Pathetic
When will the GTW 4-8-4 be released
Joseph Chavez when it’s finished
MPT 1225 only reason I ask is because I've seen some pictures of it nearly finished or in the testing phase.
Joseph Chavez Steve always has more things to do with the models and he is making multiple versions.
It’ll be released when it’s finished. It looks about done but there’s way more work to do.
Who wants to bet that Mr. Lerro will release his GTW 6325 by the time the K&L Trainz official youtube channel gets 5000 subscribers.
Whistle could use improvement, sounds nothing like the real one.
You have that big of a problem with small inacurracies?
@@parkerpresley5800 yes I do, if you are going to do something do it right
Then you go spend tons of your hours and money creating something for months on end before you complain about the model.
@@jolietrails I have before and I lost hundreds of dollars
Devin Schroeder just make your own whistle and put it on if it bothers you that much
that whistle kinda sounds like the boiler is foaming
@@VT29steamtrain DONT YOU EVER DISRESPECT HIM LIKE THAT AGAIN HE'S DOING THE BEST HE CAN! 1225 is in my top 5 favorites, alongside 611, 2156, TVRM 610 and GSMR 1702 (4014 is #6).
@@VT29steamtrain 1225 has the better sounding whistle, 765 has a really good one too. What I mean is that there's this sound when the whistle plays that sounds like one of those old whistles with a pea in it. The only way I can describe it is that sound when you walk through really tall grass.
@@CoalChrome dude, he's made far better whistles. So don't play the "he's doing the best he can" card, and it's not disrespect. It's called criticism, learn the difference
@@Michael-eg3rs I was making that joke about the PM 1225, not Steve.
Nice
