Her head goes perfect on the main line Baroness.
Ran into the same problem with a movie Scarlet and a Lynx Fortnite figure. I found the neck joints to be the same only flipped around. Some heat and a pair of needle nose pliers later, I had the Scarlet head on the Lynx body. You can also use sticky tack, hot glue and Vaseline for the smaller pegs, or carefully carve the inside of the head sculpt if it’s too small.
Yep, this is the first thing I did when I received my movie BARONESS. Swap heads lol. I just used an extra Classified SCARLETT neck peck that is larger and fits Marvel Legends. I really like your method, never heard of it.

I managed to get that Baroness figure for about £10 here in the UK. Only thing I didn't like was the length of the neck. I heated it up, shortened the base of the neck and drilled a little higher in the head. Looks much better.

Hey I didn't even know swapping neck pegs was a thing until I saw ur video. I just swapped the neck peg of Barron Zemos and quicksilver so I could have a custom peter parker body

I used the X-23 Maskless alternate headsculpt, because the skin tone on it blends in better with the neck. And the Ursula Corbero glasses fit on it just fine.

Maybe but I think Classified neck pegs might be too long to work with Legends heads. As it is on my figure, this is a bit like a giraffe version of Baroness 😅

Can you put Marvel Legends hands on GI JOE Classified figures? Storm Shadow would be perfect with ungloved hands but every JOE is wearing gloves
Hot glue, some random piece of plastic folded inside the head... anything goes, really. I prefer methods that dont ruin the figure in any way.
U can cut off the heat shrink too. Just do it the way u like it
