Honestly I never used the eraser marker. Isopropyl alcohol and a cotton bud works just as well. Also for the Tamiya Panel liner. Also NEVER use Tamiya accent color or those Gundam flow type markers on unprimed/non-topcoated ABS plastic (check the runner or booklet to see if it is ABS). It'll shatter if you use too much. Ruined a few models (my poor HMM Liger Zoid 😭for example) like that before I found out what caused it. You can glue it back together but it still sucks.
Is it alright to apply the pour type gundam markers directly to the kit with no top coat at all or what so ever? Like apply it directly to bare plastic?

You could, but Tamiya Panel Liner isn't very recommended on very thin crooks because it eats on the plastic and makes it brittle, so it could break the part of your Gundam. Top coating clear can protect the plastic before panel lining with Tamiya. Personally, I use Micron Sakura pens and Reaper MSP washes to panel line. I'm gonna buy and test the Gundam Marker pour type because it's easier and faster to panel line.
Gundam markers are trash they make Ur gunpla brittle and snap almost instantly if Ur gonna paint and top coat u might as well use something better then these anyway
Wrong. The flow type ones and Tamiya Accent color break ABS plastic if you haven't primed/topcoated it, but the normal fine liner ones work just fine on bare plastic.

i dont think those are real touch but rather pour type. real touch markers have white barrels and a marker tip on each end.

From what I understand the pour type markers are sace on PS (polystyrene) plastic, but not ABS.

I was under the impression that panel liner should be applied after a gloss coat as to not make the plastic brittle? Excluding the markers.
Thats for ABS plastic
Panel lining is useful if you want to ruin a perfectly good gundam.
