I get that. I couldn't stand the growling metal genre at all. But after hating it for years, Spiritbox pulled me in. Courtney's singing feels more naturally integrated in their music, kinda like when a singer trips into a falsetto. It's a nice switch.
I still don't like most others-seems like they're growling to show off or cause me pain.
My man did the rewind at the one take end so I didn't have to. Even though I still did.
