Famotidine 20-80mg tolerated very well for long periods during a histamine elimination protocol.

Xyzal was brilliant for me for about a year but it seemed to build up in my system and now causing total brain slow down! Headaches! So stopped and using DAO and choline ., H2 I could not take at all.. after working for a Dr that was totally against acid reflux meds as they cause further issues I’ve been very aware!

So dao and choline work as well an h1? What dosages of each? And what do you take in replace of h2? Thanks. Looking for more natural alternatives

What I'm confused about is when U say the mast cell are reacting when there is nothing wrong but then you say to find the root of what's setting then off. I know the situation is complex Is it one or both

    I react to even steroids.
What hope can I have if I can't treat my disease at all?

Thank you for your content 😊. My optometrist wants to do an eye exam that requires dilation, but neither of us can find a dilation solution that might be safe to use. I’m currently experiencing a MCAS flare and recently had anaphylaxis so it’s too risky to go through the scan just yet. Do you have any suggestions for eye dilators that have minimal mast cell activation properties once I can calm my system down?

If nothing else is working it is ok to stop the runaway train in many people. Still have to use it to buy time to fix all the underlying things.

Is there any stabilizers that are better suited for migraines caused by MCAS? In your opinion, if underlying factors are taken care of can MCAS go away and be healed?

It can be a constant back and forth with new triggers, but yes working and treating underlying factors should imporve MCAS symptoms. Check links in video description to find an integrative provider near you.
