brimheaven is one old time agility course game. It is very friendly for low level to get good experience. i think i remember i start it at level 30 on my toon over a decade ago. There is many different paths to complete a round if you are low level just that the path is a little longer.
If you are wearing an untrimmed agility cape and graceful, it will not trim when you get another 99. It is different because of the "graceful" replacement affect it has. Of course you should still drop trick some capes, but its a nice tip to know.
You should do a video about all the collection logs you can fill on the way to 99 for each skill. e.g. for agility you'll want the pirate hook, the monkey backpacks, sepulchre uniques, and so on, for mining you'll want the prospector outfit, mining gloves, the broken dragon pick, and so on.
@@WildMudkipthe combination of these things is how I've been playing my ironman. I didn't "grind" a lot of early skills, I "farmed" for a collection log item and got a bunch of extra XP so I don't have to do X method later. Just remember to keep raising those kittens 😂
I'm a returning player (played as a kid) and did this method from 20-60 on the advice of a friend before switching to Seer's to start working on graceful. No regrets; tagging+turnins+spamming obstacles was >40k/hr at level 20, scaling up to close to 60k at 60. Knocked it out in a few hours one evening after work.
9:52 I think the main reason why the wiki is slow to update right now is that there are a LOT of updates to various parts of the game recently, so editors are spread thin across various aspects of the game. That, plus most editors are drawn to things that interest them, or things they are actively doing/testing in the game. I added the section on xp rates in 2022 while I was doing 85-90 agi there on the uim while fletching, and there wasn't even detailed info on xp rates (just said max 67k). 13:14 thank you for giving info like this, as it makes it super easy to just import this data to the wiki via a table. I will probably go back there soon and do some testing, as I consider it better than pollnivneach/rellekka for irons (since the rooftop updates are not live yet). Appreciate all the recent update videos! ♥
excellent video. im doing Rellekka roofs while in the office and now I have every incentive to get that brim haven recolor graceful set before 99 agilly
if you dont mind the pker every few hours, you can do wilderness course for a ton of xp/hr, originally i thought you had to pay the 150k to get the tickets but after trying it out i realized you can go there for free, just turn in the tickets every 11 laps and you get a solid 60k+ xp/hr
i absolutely love thst the item rewards and xp are completely seperate now. i hated the idea of sacrificing hundrets of thousands of agility xp to get the hook or recolour. now that you get both, I greenlogged the arena essentially right away
the arrows disappearing randomly is because of conflicting runelite plugins. I wasn't able to figure out exactly which ones cause it (allegedly it's from plugins that can draw an arrow on your client), but you can fix the issue by playing on mobile, the jagex client, or making a new runelite plugin profile with most plugins beside the agility one turned off :)
For me it was the Stealing Artefacts plugin, once I turned it off I didn't have any issues. Some people have also said the clue plugins caused it if you have an active scroll.
Been loving this update almost at the recolor and then I fell in love with the wilderness agility course just been printing on my iron pure even with the deaths
@@xtornbeast peak times I don't bother but later in the evening its pretty nice - usually 1/hr in my bracket but if you're 70+ the 115+ crowd is decently active - though from my experience it isn't too difficult to get away and the long term profit makes up for any trips that get cut short
i got blue graceful and as soon as i hit 90 im camping ardy oldschool style (im 85 agility rn) and that is the most efficient thing for me to do because i will actually do it like i did with redwoods instead of forestry teaks >:3
On rs2 I got 75 agility here. It was essentially bank standing. The community was strong and we'd just socialize while all going to the same target and taking different routes. Also to clear up the tiered ticket system where you get more exp from 1000 exchanged tickets. This can technically still occur but only with any old agility arena tickets you have lying around. The old tickets are discontinued and a new ticket is now given out which has the flat xp exchange rate. You can tell the difference between the two by examining them. The old ticket says it can be exchanged for items or xp. The new one just says xp. Another fun fact the agility ticket has the same model as the castle wars ticket lol.
instead of the efficient fletching plugin, you can try the "Action Progress" plugin which gives a loading bar and timer in seconds of when an inventory of processing will finish, this way you won't be limited to just fletching.
Great guide. I have 62 agility and with the collection log banners coming out, I like the multiple benefits of the recolour, the xp, and fun mechanics for a few hours. Maybe 70+ ag level when I complete the log? Seems fair.
Hey, I did a good portion of the wiki editing after the original update. For the page you were looking at 8:57 you were looking at the old shop, which still exists in game for those who have the old tickets, hence why it looks like it's out of date. You can see that in 9:28 where it says the Brimhaven Agility Arena Ticket Exchange is the "former rewards shop" and in the next paragraph, a link to the current shop called the "Agility Arena Store". So rewards and shop stuff were already updated dw :)
When I was little I thought this was the ONLY way to train agility. So from level 1 on I grinded this place and holy shit was it brutal doing it at such a low level. I could hardly ever reach the tickets and eventually at around 50 something agil I gave up because of how burnt out I was. Seeing other players matrix and hop past rock falls was really my driving force for awhile. Needing lobbies for food etc this took ages
There's a nice plugin called 'action progress' that tracks the process of most things and can notify you when they're done, so I recommend it over that fletching one.
So just based on the xp/hr tracker, if you spam spinning blades, falling rocks, or floor spikes between tickets, you can get around 28kxp per hour at level 45 ability.
This is one of the few minigames that I’ve have been able to play and enjoy in Runescape. Most of time, I play RS casually; but this unfortunately means that some of the more fun parts of the game are out of my reach due to my low (compared to others) combat level (with even less options available for me in Old School than in 3). I am so glad this minigame got an update. I finally achieved 40 Agility after trying this minigame out post-update (although I didn’t know an update happened until after I got the level-up and was initially confused as to why I now had 3 stacks of Arena tickets, lol.)
I spammed the axes in between pilars, at lvl 50ish max efficiency i was doing 42-45k agi hour with out the tickest, its by far the fastest at these levels
Being trapped in Brimhaven until 99 agility from level 1 I can comfortably say you can do this anytime, two trips in and I’ve got 65 agility. Thanks for the video, you’re a big inspiration brother
Minus the pkers who get some type of notification the second the wilderness agility gates open or a player is in the wilderness agility arena. I feel like the update to it made training agility a little quicker & better. Can't tell you how many pkers killed me for 9k lol man I miss my previous clan
Did this when I wanted a fairly easy, graceful recolor. I still want to green log the agility course eventually but that pirate hook requires a lot of tickets.
So if you try to world hope while in the agility course it kicks you out and you have to wait a minute before going back in. Would be nice if that didn't happen.
I made a video about how people were completing the collection log and getting insane xp rates when the update dropped before jagex hotfixed it. If you wanna check out how broken it was ua-cam.com/video/83Bg9lf9dHo/v-deo.htmlsi=O731Qa5_r4F_X5Kk&t=289

Pressure pad (39k/hr nonstop spam clicking), floor spikes (36k/hr), Spinning blades (33.6k/hr) are all the best obstacles to do during downtime. This place can get to over 70k/hr. I find the spam clicking super high effort compared to just running ardy though.
Honestly. Did 42-56 yesterday in a few hours. If you spam the jump pillars in middle instead of the blades at lower level. Its a bit less xp but dont use food and still good xp.
Idk how to do that to where everything is standardized and whatnot and I'm sure I'd get many things wrong trying to learn and explain things as a new learner, compared to people that have been doing it for years If an admin or someone reputable that works on the wiki makes a video explaining it, I will talk about it and link that video in the description of every video of mine that mentions missing info on the wiki. That way people would be properly informed on courteous practices, what's expected, etc.
XP is way of here. At 55 Agility I'm getting 30k/hour doing swing rope or floor spikes while waiting. It goes up to 45k/hour when turning in tickets and this is without the gloves.
I was getting just over 50k agility exp/hr on a 1 def pure WITHOUT karamja gloves while spamming the pressure plates or floor spikes because they're 4t over the 5t spinning blades. Was getting this ~45 agility, and this rate is including the agility tickets exp. Brimhaven is 1000% the best agility exp/hr all the way to ardy rooftop tbh so basically it's BiS since lvl 20 (or rush brimhaven right after tourist trap for immediate ~lvl 30)
I picked Brimhaven because its 64k exp an hour and you make 500k profit an hour from the pirate hook and you can high alch alot, I craft dhides for crafting exp then alch them for an extra 200k profit
I saw a video recently where this guy figured out how to 100% afk one of the pressure pad spots by clicking the same pixel. With an autoclicker you can get 35k exp an hour here
Multiple comments today said that doing obstacles between tickets added on ~20k xp/hr. So when adding that onto the graphic at 14:32, that puts brimhaven better than rooftops until level 80. But still 443k gp/hr at brimhaven compared to 142k gp/hr at rellekka. Compared to wildy, brimhaven and wildy cap out around 65k xp/hr at peak rates. But that's pretending that you never get pked, bank, or hop worlds. In reality, brimhaven will be more xp/hr while wildy is more gp/hr. But if your goal is collection log slots, then wildy won't help you get the brimhaven log done
@WildMudkip all very valid points :) I play UIM (thanks to your guide) so collection log are definitely not my first priority haha! But that does make sense :)
Wow pirate hooks have really tanked in value (obviously since way more are coming into the game since people dont have to choose between gp and xp anymore) but wow nonetheless.
This is cool and all but wilderness agility is just better, join friends chat “agility fc” and head to wildy where 30+ people are running the course with people ready to anti pk anyone who is not in the fc. I got 1.6m in alchs in about 1h on my low lvl iron (and 3 agil lvls)
That's why I made the distinction at 14:28 of what the "average" player would do. Wildy max rate ends up being about the same xp/hr as brimhaven doing obstacles in between tickets (~65k). And that's going by the assumption you don't get pked, hop, or bank, so generally brimhaven would be more xp/hr and less intensive "Better" is subjective because if your goal is collection log slots, how is wildy better for getting the brimhaven collection log done? If you get pked even once during all your time there, that makes it less xp/hr than brimhaven instead of being the same xp. It's a variable that's out of your control, like you said, it happens sometimes. So the xp is worse than brimhaven on average Gp is considered 0 time, so gp is irrelevant when comparing. This is a good advert that I will never use the brimhaven agility course
