Maybe he means "level" as in the wheel more within arch? Nice chop! Seems the perfect height, can have head head room (even if it's 1") & not be driving 10 degrees to the right! I was more into 2 windows and rag-tops (no tops? LOL) but the "5 widows" are growing on me. It looks like the thing to do with 5-windows is chop it & move the front seats back that they're virtually where the back seat is! Also, LOVE the flathead, its the original "rodding" engine" Kills me to see a SBC in a Ford!
i love old fords, and this one does not dissapoint. great to have something this cool and drive it, much better than something shiny you drag to a car show and stare at.
Wow! That thing is so low you could drive under a semi trailer! There's a video idea...get on the highway and change across 4 lanes of traffic, with one lane being occupied by a semi and go right under his trailer to get to the other side! I dare ya! Very sweet ride, Nate
To each his own...beauty is in the eye of the beholder, etc, I meant to say nice having a bit of head rood. Too much of a chop may look nice on the outside, but having your body leaning 10 degrees +/- to the side to fit in it / drive it is sort of stupid! Looks like you can actually drive (cruise?) comfortably. Hope to have 1/build one someday...& with a Ford V8, blown flathead would be nice! Sleepers are sort of my thing. Imagine a blown Hemi in a '49 Dodge! Just my $0.02, good luck!
Build what you want Pigeonfarmboy. Coolest Model A on the Tube. And it's not a rat rod. It's more a traditional hot rod. Too many potholes where I live. I'd have to put on a "lift" kit to drive around town!
Yep, those old flatheads are good for cruising around at 20mph like you're driving miss daisy, and when you're within walking distance of any garage... =P
Sorry I don't know much about cars, but this car looks super low. One question, do you ever have problems going off speed bump and the bumb hitting the bottom of the body of the car? Please reply, thank you ^^
@pigeonfarmboy. Nice model A coupe. I see that you have a steel roof insert on yours. I also have a model A coupe, and I also have a steel roof insert to put in it (or on top i guess I should say), and I was wondering what you used for support for your steel roof? Did you use custom metal or wood? And how long did it take to weld it on there? And what was your grand total for the whole roof set up after completion? Thank you for your time.
cool man glad to see it running. looks soo cool on the road.! kinda scary looking also looks tough to see out the front. and thats soo crazy seing your arm hand out the window like that I saw a cop was he eye ballin you?
I like that you kept the flathead. Flathead V8s are the coolest looking engines ever built. I'd love a car like yours.
The stance on this car is amazing. I love everything about it. Awesome ride.

Love the car bro!! I have a 28 and there is nothing like a rat rod! Haters gona hate!
KOOL ROD MAN!U ACTUALLY MADE IT LOOK LIKE A KEITH WEEZNER PAINTING WITH THE STANCE AND THE CHOP GOOD JOB!
looks badass, well freaken done
My dream car. Great job on the build.
I love rat rods. Congrats on the build. Nice job.
I love how it looks driving on the road, my favorite part.
Watch out for potholes, wow that’s low! Very cool!
Now that is a sinister, bad to the bone, no screwing around, hot rod.
You know a car is epic when you stick your arm out the back window to steer the car in the front window, 1.40. :)
I love how it looks so out of place on the road. Wish I could afford to build one
love the way you have to have your arm out the back window ;) awesome ride!
Sinister. Nice job.
I wonder how much you can see from inside...
i like the louvers on one side, pretty cool. looks like a fun ride
Awesome, glad to see you got going!
Thank you for keeping it ford and not doing a 350 like everyone else
Thanks for the compliment. I've got some ideas I've been wanting to shoot for the video myself.
Nice ride man looks awsome!
Love a tuned flathead!
That is one beautiful beast. Death cab!
It sucks being 6'4", I would absolutely love to have a rig like this, but I don't think my back would appreciate it as much as me haha
That's what I call low riding. In my opinion, larger rear wheels would fit perfectly. But it's beautiful!!
WOW! you have some really great stuff. God I'd not go to work with a gararge like yours lol
Sinister rod!!! The only thing I would change is exhaust, it needs zoomies!!! Knarly though, love it!
Awesome job. Nobody here knows what they're looking at.
more chop than i would do but still an awesome ride,it looks right with the same size wheels
Luv it!!! Clean..And well done..
BAD to the BONE ! AWESOME ! God bless , michael
One of the big positives to living in a small town
Now this is done right love this car
Beautiful car, perfect in my book.
I'd love to know what you'd take for this ride. It's bad ass.
That thing sounds beast
it looks so pissed off all blacked out like that. love seeing it rolling in front of that giant Explorer, too. hahaa
For sale? the hottest ratrod hotrod i have seen, love it!
love the matte black!
ok, but what about like a curb at the end of the driveway or a tiny hill. Wouldn't you be scard if hitting the bottom of the car?
it looks like a tank! awesome!
Sounds beautiful
this is art.
When you say "level" you mean the trunk?
I was afraid it was going to punch me in the face.. It looks that evil... Nice!!!!
I like the color combination.
To each his own...beauty is in the eye of the beholder, etc,

That is the coolest car ive seen. holy shit!
What if you have a big curve at the end of the driveway? Can't exactly avoid that bump
Dont care much for most rat rods but this car is just plain too cool lookin'..bad ass paint scheme, it works.
Great job dude, great job.
That would be a pretty nice Bat-Mobile!
That looks fun to drive
Since it's home made what did you have to do to make it legally street legal? And What about insurance?
Yep, those old flatheads are good for cruising around at 20mph like you're driving miss daisy, and when you're within walking distance of any garage... =P
love ur ride very very nice
Lovin the Mad Max vibe.
any specifications about the engine?? great rod!
dude sounds awesome
Wtf !!! What a machine !
Awesome car.

Thanx for the video..Great job.If i see you around ill say whats up!
@pigeonfarmboy i gacha. how did u go about this build... i want to do this but i dont know how to get started..
I can see well enough to drive. Traffic lights turning green on the other hand when I'm on the line is another story.
Is the timing off or is that just the way it sounds.
Alright, thank you very much. This is very helpful, thanks again.
classic customized!! i love this things!1
Does it have one of those chrome skull stick shifts with glowing red eyes ?
No, I have a thing called dignity haha.
what happens when you encounter a speed bump?
Outrageous - but for short drivers only.
@canammx1 I don't think there is one anywhere around here. Depending how big it is, it might not make it.
Nice ride!!
@UnmuffledRyan Thanks!
what roof panel did you use to fill the top?
Can you make a video on the whole set up of this coupe.
WOW how close is it to the ground????
How much did u pay for it , did u pay for the labor only or what
Great car!
Very cool Rod! Coupezilla
Been meaning to. I'll try to put something together before it gets too cold!
Very cool man you gonna keep it black ?
Salam
How can you see anything when you drive it? It looks like it would be really hard to see, driving down the road. Nice car though.
"More videos to come".....WHEN?
I want to see more of this.....are there any pictures uploaded anywhere in the net?
wont you get stuck in a puddle or bump?
what is that, an original flat-head?
This is the most badass vehicle in history. How do you even see out of that windshield? its like 6 inches tall
...cool...flathead with an automatic...is that a Flat-O-Matic C4 ? ...
That's quite a chop ...
