Mr. Khan, I simply adore the work that you do and deeply appreciate the time that you put into making these videos. You are simply awesome. Please, keep doing what you are doing, exactly the way that you are doing it. UA-cam loves you. :)
I wish you could do something like (Futures Introduction p1), it would be easier for me and a lot more people to follow! Thanks for the great work, as always!
I'd be interested on your opinion on the question if the trading of big financial institutes in the future market of basic food is responsible for a drastic rise of these prices
hi nimrod, what does your comment have to do with Black farmers being shut out of trading on the open market and being shut out of bring their product to the market? how did you get on a computer? do they have electricity where you live, or did you go to a neighboring village to get on someone else's computer?
@liebstandarteadolf He's speaking to a wide audience, attempting to appeal to as many as possible. If he went any faster, he'd eliminate an audience. If he went any slower, he'd eliminate a different audience. He's moving at a pretty sensible pace.
@lkjkhfggd Dude has 3 degrees one from MIT and the other two from equally amazing institutions. Also, you could learn as much with a 1$ library subscription or enough reading time on the internets.
@freddyfury Salman Khan holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology: a BS in mathematics, a BS in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MS in electrical engineering and computer science. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. (got that from Wiki) smart dude. lol
so Khan question: the Black farmer was shut out from bringing his product to market by white farmers and corporations, i.e. distribution was restricted. The Black farmer has all but disappeared. Could I then go to say, Atlanta, and create an exchange for very tiny contracts, or micro-contracts, to save the Black farmer? And, how hard would that be? P.S.: I do not need a supply / demand lesson. Racism trumps any sterile definition of supply and demand.
@smurfieboo But unlike Bryan, he's not a religion bashing hatchet -faced nutmeg dealer with no idea how much he fails. Sorry I just really don't like Bryan. btw he sounds more like Mark Crilley
I saw this on 60 minutes & wow i have been looking for something like this, thank you Kahn for the hard work.

Sir your channel helped me get my Masters :P
Finance is his specialty. As to other subjects, he often reads about them before he makes a video.
In addtion to the MBA from Harvard, he also has master degrees in math, computer science, and engineering. He is a superman.
I wish you could do something like (Futures Introduction p1), it would be easier for me and a lot more people to follow!

So does the guy taking on all of the counter-party risk get any compensation for doing so?
So if they cannot fulfill the contract and they sell it to someone else, thats called offsetting?
Thumbs up if you ever tried to scroll up on Sal's screen using your own mouse.
