@@naveedwantt2846 I'll take a shot....
Have two tables.
One table has 22 columns - Call#, Agent#, Call_Parameter 1-20.
Second table has 3 columns. Agent#, TL_Name, Mgr_Name.
Relate the two tables using PowerPivot. Connect them using Agent# fields.
Then, do a pivot table on the combined tables in PowerPivot to show you whatever you wish!
@@robdc4829 we kinda think alike.
These are such great tips I never knew! Thank you, Kevin!

@@naveedwantt2846 do your 20 columns include the Agent Name and Team? If not I’m include columns for those in your data and then you can filter in a pivot table by team or by Agent. And then add a pivot chart per team or per of per manager to a dashboard page
Great. Your tips help me a lot when working with a lot of tables. Now I learned a lot.
13:34 - Kevin’s video is so amazing that even if I were a vindictively strict English teacher grading an exam for Kevin, I would happily give him a full score for replacing subtotal with subtitle 😊

Kevin just got a promotion from me!!! He’s my executive educator!! THANK YOU!!!
Thanks for the tips Kevin, I did find that the Analyze Data tool does have limitations. I downloaded a spreadsheet with 313,000 rows and clicked Analyze Data but it told me there was too much data. Normally the spreadsheets I need pivot tables for are much smaller at around 31,000 rows and the Analyze Data tool works fine for that. My one question is how much data is too much for the Analyze Data tool to work,
Love it! Tks
V V Nice. Brilliant. Thanks Kevin
