Nicely done! But I have seen some youtubers recommending to apply liquid metal on both CPU and heatsink contact area.
Can you share the benchmarks also? Before and after? Cinebench geek bench etc?

@@ShekharPachauri scores are the same if you were not throttling hower temp decrease significantly
before cpu used to throttle so 12k cinebench score now 14k min 15k max without throttling 90 degrees is hard to get. ( Its all about tdp i mentioned the graph in video)

@@TechnologicalRenegade When I bought this laptop in Oct last year, I also had scores of 12-13k in cinebench. But lately I started having this heating problem in the laptop with temps going 80° even when idle and power plugged in.... May be due to indian summers. So I called customer care and had my laptop repasted with their thermal paste. Now idle temps reduced to 70-75 but when I ran cinebench multi, it score 8.5k only. 😅
What are your idle temps power plugged in? What is the max temperature you cpu is hitting when running cinebench.... Mine was hitting 92° max today... But earlier it used to go 100° and stay there. Bios bios update might have caused aggressive thermal throttling just after hitting 92. Is it same with you?

@@TechnologicalRenegade And One more question... I saw processor and GPU under heatsink for the first time.... And it seemed that processor and GPU both are already protected.... Some sort of transparent plastic.... Why did you feel the need to put on Kupton tape?

@@ShekharPachauri there was no need(I think) but I didn't know it beforehand that it is already covered so since i got kapton tape i still covered it with kapton tape to provide some extra covering

@@TechnologicalRenegade You told somewhere that you need to replace liquid metal every 2 month? Why? Can you also answer the questions I asked before... The comment from 6 hours ago... Thanks for responding.

@@ashishjangra206 yupp you have to reapply it once more after 2 months clean the heatsink and die with isopropyl alcohol as much as you can then re apply liquid metal on die and done you temps will never go above 90 degree. You will have a silver mark on heatsink but don't stress it much. And make sure you cover the whole die this time other wise you will face high temps.
