THANK YOU!!! You saved my life! I tried warm compresses, hot baths, nursing, hand expressing. Nothing was working until I followed your advice. First I took some ibuprofen to help with the inflammation, then I soaked my nipple twice, applied the olive oil, then nursed. BAM! Blep was GONE! You’re an angel! Thank you!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏

You’re a life saver! After 2 miserable days of pain and trying everything I could find about clogged milk duct, I decided to try this thinking it’s possible I have a clogged nipple pore. Only 2 tries, the pain subdued, my breast finally got soften in the affected area after my son nursed. I can’t thank you enough! Thank you!!

Thank you so much for the tips! The blister was really hurting me even when I was not nursing or pumping. Tried the both saline & the olive oil twice last night, the blister is gone now. And it wasn’t hurting me last night either. Appreciate it!

Swathi Raj after suffering a couple week of blister pain because i didn’t know it was blister, then I found this video, I remember I did with the saline first and then also used the olive oil after baby down for the night. And the pain was released. and the blister seemed gone. I only did it the first night.
The blister came back after a month, this time took longer. I mainly just used saline. I was doing it whenever I feel the pain. Usually morning and the evening. It took less than a week. It was gone and I never had blister again.
I would recommend keep doing the saline with really warm water but not too hot to get your burned. add more salt if necessary. Can do it whenever you feel the pain. Even it might not take away the blister right away, it would help the ease the pain.
Also if you can, nurse the baby after you use the saline, obviously, clean it with water first.
Best of luck, the blister pain was really horrible.

    THANK YOU!!!
I've had this growth on my nipple for a while now and I didn't realize it was a milk bleb! It was huge, like my nipple growing a nipple! It was almost a quarter inch long! Now that I'm pumping it was just getting bigger and bigger! After salt water > olive oil treatments it finally popped in less than 12 hours!!! Thank you again, so much! I don't dread pumping now!! ❤

This worked for me..Thank you so much! I started feeling severe pain when my baby would feed and thought it was just soreness, until i saw the bleb. I didnt even know what a bleb is, till I googled what I was seeing and feeling. I could physically feel the clog in my breast and it was extremely painful. I still had some milk oozing out though.
Tried pumping but it still couldnt get rid of the clog lump and pain (as you mentioned at the beginning of the video).
Came across this video and tried the salt water in a shot glass method. I used pink himalayan salt.
After wiping myself dry, I started pumping and got about 2.5-3 oz within 10 minutes. I could also feel the painful clogged lump softening...Since the pain was less, I let my baby nurse and it isnt as painful as it was anymore. I did apply some nipple cream before he nursed.
Though i can still see the bleb as it was, im going to assume there's a tiny burst in it, considering the clogged hard lump is now soft, and the pain it caused has gone.
    Thank you!!!

Thank you soooo much!!! This video was a life saver!!! The area where I had my clogged duct was so hard, stretching from the far right side of my boob all the way to my nipple, I also had a few small clogged ducts around the area. I tried hot compression, hand expressed milk, massages, hot shower, and warm wet compression on my bleb and got nothing. I did this method twice where I did it before going to bed (my son wouldn’t wake up to feed) leaving the wet olive oil cotton ball on the nipple and three hours later I did the method again but using a warm heating pad on top of a cotton pad that’s dipped in oil. I woke my son up and he sucked all of it out! Thank you again!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Had a very bad clogged duct on one side and a small one on other, tried this out over night and next morning within the hr I was able to get the worse part over with. Every step helped relieve the ugly pain I had and understanding what a bleb is.
I did the olive oil with a warm compress ,slept and next morning I repeated. Checked breast and tried squeezing (was painful) and was doing this on and off for an hr (my bleb was very bad) and it came off 75% that day. I continued to breastfeed and pumped but I also started to take lecithin to help because since I didn’t know what I had I left it untreated and just was dealing with the pain so it got bad. Two weeks later it’s finally gone. Taking the supplements daily, putting the olive oil over night with heat compressions here and there helped me get rid of it. It was a process but hopefully I can maintain taking care of myself to prevent this from happening again.
This video helped out tremendously. I was about to just Stab myself to try to get my clog as fast as possible but this route was safer and not painful as what my alternative was going to be.
Thank you for sharing this information and hope someone gives this a try !

    Very helpful
Just warm it nipple area and apply coconut oil , nipple cream or olive oil . The the bleb will be gone within days .
The most easy way out . Thank you ❤
Basically ur nipple area gets hardened and heating and applying oil makes it soft so that the clogged pore can go away

I wish I had seen this a long time ago, but I am glad I saw this now cause about a month ago I started getting these milk blisters. My milk would bulge and pool creating a big spot on the left sideish of my nipple. Painful! I saw that it was closed skin. And after figuring the only way I would get relief was to pop it, I sterilized a needle in the house and poped it. It was so full I had to poke two holes, I think I poked the blockage first and it only partially opened it the first poke. Anyway, milk came gushing out & I got out over an ounce without much massage and pressing. It was glorious relief! Crap hurt so much before! Now I will do this video suggestion cause I got others, but thankfully milk still comes out and is not such a pain. When a clog comes out on it's own, it pops out and it is water works all over. Aren't breasts grand!

    • @luckylittlelady7820
      @luckylittlelady7820 7 років тому +1

No I did not bleed because I did. It go straight down with he needle. I go across the skin to ensure I only hit the pocket of milk. It is a little too easy to poke yourself. You have to make sure you have a good pocket. Only milk came out with me. But the skin did eventually dry and fall off. You have to keep lanolin on your nipples to keep them moist and use nipple pads. The dryer is not the better. Plus you should massage massage massage the breast to get to the root of the blockage. I've learned that what you see may only be the tip of the iceberg. However, if it is stuck at the top and dries, it is hard to get out, but as long as you work at the boob to keep them clear then the rest that may be clotting will come out easier. I also had to stop eating fast and fat saturated foods. Then my boobs cleared right up from all the clogs.

Hi..... Thanks a lot for uploading this video. I'm a first time mom and baby wasn't latching. So i end up quitting breastfeeding and started exclusively pump. But then got a milk blister and i was pushed to think that why am i getting milk. If this milk stops coming it would be better. I know that was the grossest thought i ever had and there are many moms who prays for having milk supply. But getting milk blister is the worst thing.
Finally wanted to say, ur video helped me a lottttttt.... Your way of treating milk blister really helped me to treat my blister and pain right in the first time. Really thank you... Thanks a tonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn........................

I don't have olive oil, can I use canola? Could my reoccurring blister be related to bubs teething his top two teeth? He's 8 months old. I did see my gp and he insists there's no such thing as a bleb and prescribed antibiotics, Bub got it out shortly after I saw my doc but I continued taking the medication as doc insisted it was an infection. It came back 2 days later. And I've been getting them every few days for three weeks now. I stopped the antibiotics because Bub started refusing to nurse. I'm so engorged at the moment and every time Bub latches I flinch from the pain :( and he gets worried and then only nurses for 2 minutes.

I had a question about the process. Is your nipple supposed to feel sore/tingling feeling when you do either the saline or oil solution? I’m attempting this as I’m not sure what is wrong with my left nipple but nursing hurts in that side alone. I’ve had clogged ducts before and I know it’s not that.. so I thought maybe a bleb.. we will see.. done 2 saline and now onto the oil soaked pad.

Will this method work if you have had a blister (or more) for years but didn’t realize what they were? I’m assuming the skin over them is probably tougher. This could explain why I get constant clogs and mastitis.
