thats what happens when you get older, even for a band like rammstein that doesn't interact with the audience that much, they sure have been semi interacting more and more on this tour than i've ever seen. i'll never forget my dad telling me how he'd seen david bowie 10 times in the eighties and he was very much about it being theatre no interacting, but when he saw in him the late 2000s when he was older, he would stop and interact with the audience in between every single song.
I always and forever remember the first time I saw Rammstein live in Finland. In Hartwall Arena (hockey arena), I were a bench area, little left of the stage, perfect view. At one point I were there shirtless with my friend (both male, mind you), doing "worshipping bows", hands raised straight, bowing deep in rhythm of my friend next to me. I saw Lindemann spot us, he walks to a technician, speaks to him and points us. Spotlight illuminates me and my mate. *Felt good man.*

So you just had to signal or put your hand out and someone, anyone, would simply hand you a cold, fresh can of beer from a fucking forklift within reach practically from inside. Then Richard came along, went behind the DJ set and took over, playing 90's and early 2000's classics of Crossover, Metal and New Metal. I can't exactly recall much of what happened thereafter. Next thing I know is waking up in my hotel room and sitting at the breakfast table with sunglasses on to ease the pain from the mother of all hangovers. To this day, I have no idea how I even got back there.
I was there a couple of years ago frontline in Prague and by far the oldest visitor. My advice; whatever it takes.....go to one of their concerts, so you can tell your grandchildren you saw the only and by far best Industrial Metal band in the world. My age you dare to ask? 67 years young.

We were living our best life, nobody was trying to push us, and we ended up with a sunburn on our faces from all the fire onstage x) Saw them a couple of times and going to see them again next month, I just can't wait (we've been holding onto our tickets since Jan. 2020, it's about time it finally happens haha!) Whatever they do, it's always epic and memorable!

My first Rammstein concert was at the very beginning of their career, in 1995 or 1996 in a tent in Vienna in front of maybe 1,500 people. We were in the first row and Till maybe 7m in front of me. At that time there was no bombastic stage show and Till still breathed fire like in a circus, but even then he had an incredible stage presence and charisma. At the age of 54, I've certainly been to hundreds of concerts, but the 2022 Rammstein concert was the greatest concert of my life and I also saw Pink Floyd on their Pulse Tour in 1994. Rammstein concerts are a unique experience.
Indeed, I haven't seen nearly as many concerts as I'd like, but I saw Rammstein back in 2012 when they made their comeback to the states live performance wise and it's one of the most incredible things I've ever been a part of. I tell anyone that if you get a chance to see a Rammstein concert live, do it.

This band is so epic. I don't speak a word of German, but don't think I need to in order to vibe their flow. I had bought their Völkerball DVD and shared it with my senior mom.. she really enjoyed it! I was a bit disturbed by some of the involuntary noises she made at the sight of Till, but hey, she's human lol.. she's been gone now over a decade, and I want to thank them for having that memory.

I don't know which show is nearest you, but it is worth trying, sometimes extra tickets become available last minute, like when people have to cancel, and more likely if it is just one ticket, if you can go on your own you're probably more likely to drop on than trying to get 2+, and it'd be pot luck if you get a great seat or be in restricted view, but honestly it'd still be worth it!! And let us know if you do manage to get there!

Seen these guys play at the LA Colleseum last year. Accidentally pre-purchased the tickets a year in advance. Waited a long time for a priceless night.
I bought tickets for their show in February 2020 in San Antonio... Fucking finally played last year in September.
This band is so epic. I don't speak a word of German, but don't think I need to in order to vibe their flow. I had bought their Völkerball DVD and shared it with my senior mom.. she really enjoyed it! I was a bit disturbed by some of the involuntary noises she made at the sight of Till, but hey, she's human lol.. she's been gone now over a decade, and I want to thank them for having that memory.

@@EloquentiaSerpentis try contacting the ticket providers/venue or however it's done where you are in the week or two before the concert when they are doing the US leg of the N America tour this summer. I don't know which show is nearest you, but it is worth trying, sometimes extra tickets become available last minute, like when people have to cancel, and more likely if it is just one ticket, if you can go on your own you're probably more likely to drop on than trying to get 2+, and it'd be pot luck if you get a great seat or be in restricted view, but honestly it'd still be worth it!!
And let us know if you do manage to get there!
