    Hi, great recipe. However, you have missed mentioning urad dal in the ingredients listed for the recipe in your recipe link. You have missed it while mentioning the ingredients of the coarse powder we have to make with coriander, red chilli etc. please correct it. Thank you. 😊

    Hello ma'am! Could you kindly tell the difference between sambar and rasavangi ?

      Not much difference to be honest. Usually for arachuvita sambar we don't fry grated coconut but for rasavangi we fry the coconut.

    Yummy. Tamarind lemon sizeuku water 2 cups add panalama?or 1and half cup?

      1 and half cup should be enough. If required later we can add more water

    This seems similar to a sambar. Can you please explain the difference between a Sambar and Rasavangi?

    I think rasavangi requires little less amount toor dal than Sambar .1:2ratio.
