The easiest way to beat your competition is to not have any at all.
Rather than tap into a saturated space, why not create your own space & be the king of the castle?

I was literally just thinking of this, retention is a big issue, i heard hormozi say this the other day, the top 1 percent of the gym keep their clients for 33 months and the rest for 12, getting members have costs(marketing, paying the agency etc etc) but mainting the current ones doesnt. Could be a good one.
exactly what I was thinking, the problems and solutions are great but I can't see where retention will come into play.

In this video he specifically says he’s not trying to give you ideas, he’s trying to show you how you can get creative on your own and think of something for yourself. At least spend 5 minutes genuinely trying first before you just hope that someone on UA-cam has made a video telling you exactly what to do, so you don’t have to think for yourself.

Hi Charlie, what a timing for this video i've been trying to think of a unique agency non stop for the past week. Last night i came up with this smma model and i hope you can give your opinion on it:
UA-cam Comment Marketing, offering youtubers who sell courses/ebooks/coaching in the description of their videos to reply to all their comments to start conversations in which i speak positively about their product so that people will go from the comment section to the links in their desc to buy it.

@@user-kh8vr2ny9q But saturation is different than competition, there are several chrio agencies. Enough to saturate the niche, although the competition is the same as any other niche. You only need to slightly be better to stand out, and you can manage that in a numeral of ways.
All the niches that content creators preach are simply bloated by sub-par agencies, learn to not be sub-par and you'll be fine.

I mean, you just gotta fuck the trends. I don't do SAAS and I'm not going to(I can tell why if you r interested). I don't do medspas, I don't do e-commerce.

I believe niches are beyond difficult to get "over-done", the top agencies who get 7-figures only have like less than 400 active clients. I have done research, and I never stop because the market is always evolving. For example Concrete Contractors in the state of Florida for the year 2023 has 5.68 Billion dollars invested in that ONE market, so let's say you own a Concrete Contractor Agency and own 1% of the entire market, that would end you with around 57,000,000 Million Dollars. That's insane!!! And again that's not the entire United States, It's only one state which is Florida. Imagine other niches(markets) the money is endless and It's everywhere.
And yes I do agree with saying "fuck to the trends", E-commerce niche is horrible and SAAS isn't fully versatile at the moment. I'm doing heavy research on the Home Service niche, those are Niches nobody talks about, Plumbing, Electric Wiring, Home Renovation/Remodeling, Landscaping. Basically the super uninteresting niches, but they hold endless market sizes. Roofing is the only popular Home Service niche.
So in summary the niche's saturation, competition, popularity or whatever has no value. A good niche is one that's easy to deliver the service, scalable, and high ticket/high LTV.
Med-Spas are highly popular by media, highly saturated and starting to get competitive, but that doesn't matter because money will always be available, you just need to show your worth.
