Firefly vs The Expanse
Let's go!
Now there's a favorite character and actor, for me. She's always entertaining to watch both for portrayal and screen presence.
@@Marinealver Firefly only got one very short season but showed great promise during that short season. I wish it had gone on far longer.
The glue that kept the Rocinante family together. It won’t be the same without him.
It was a lame death and no one cared for such a small crew.
I hated they killed him off like that
@@christiangarvin7351 Blame Cas being a creep I guess.
@@christiangarvin7351 ...

Character in The Expanse: *uses a plate*
Generation Films: The Best Plate from Science Fiction | Plates in The Expanse
Have you seen the Roci's dishware though? It's super sleek.
Screw the dishware. Have you seen that cofee machine???
If the plate is magnetized to not float while subject to high g, you can bet.
There is plenty of plates who flow away for every reason on science fiction...
@@23AlexandreJ Agree, we need a full 1hr video about the Roci's coffee machine
@@Padtedesco I don't think the plates would be out on the table during high G maneuvers and would probably be put away
What a beautiful homage to a character without delving into the concerns of the actor who played him. Well done, and huzzah. Such a wonderful tribute to a truly great character. Thank you for giving Alex his due.
It really was. While we all may have our opinions on Cas Avnar we can separate the actor from the character. I may not care for the man but his character is timeless and the show handled his exit with the dignity that the character earned.
From one Navy guy to another, both of us messed up with family, but we both stumbled ass backwards into one anyway. Fly on, space cowboy. Fly on.
Aside from the rl why he was killed off I think what erks me most about his death is it wasn't while piloting the Roci. He should've died where he was most free and alive.
At least he died in the literal fastest ship in the Sol System. It's not the Roci, but it's no small thing for a pilot like him.
For me, it's the lack of warning. I kept thinking about the other moments in the series where people were stressing their bodies towards a deadly stroke like when the Roci crew chased Eros, Bobby fled with Chrisjen in the Razorback, or Solomon Epstein's accidental drive experiment. Those were tense moments because the characters seemed like they might die and in one case did, but then Alex just... dies with the only warning being a line from Bobby.
However they were going to kill him, it needed the same tension and care given to it. This felt like they just slot it in last minute.
@@LostDarkCloud it was decided in the last minute. The actor was fired because of sexual harassment accusations.
@@23AlexandreJ OH THAT IS FUCKING PAINFUL! MY FAVORITE SPACE COWBOY SHOULDN’T BE GETTING HIT LIKE THIS!
@@captainsinclair7954 yea I agree :( I 100% support the showrunner's decision, but damn. The character didn't deserve it.
Thank you for giving us this tribute to Alex. I wish more love would have been given to him in his last episode, rather than just a few sad looks. The crew never acknowledged what a horrendous loss it was going to be for the Rocinante Family. He was the heart of the crew. Rest in Peace, Alex
As well as the most under acknowledged Expanse Character
He's up there with Amos (my and most people's favorites). Now we're left with Holden and Naomi's forced romance :'[ blah
And my favorite.
@@HavanaSyndrome69 Amos is the best. You are correct. Alex is a close second. Miller third. Then I guess Holden. He's the hero but sometimes the hero is specifically left bland and blank for "relatability" reasons.
Unfortunately, Alex died due to real life issues, but...stroking out had long been a suggested issue with juicing, yet it never happened. Certainly, the most unexpected loss, but it was "realistic, " an unexpected moment where that artery burst or clogs. It's not always the red shirtai think it was well dealt with.
They actually gave him the Fred Johnson ending from the books. There Fred died from a highG stroke, and it was a gutting loss. In the series, since Fred got shot - they gave that ending to Alex.
Alex is my favourite character in The Expanse. His no nonsense attitude makes him cool AF
Character Good 👍
Actor Bad 👎
Gutted he was a pest outside of the show it cost him but I only read she kept meeting him so im confused why keep going back
@@christiangarvin7351 yeah right the 40 case of sexual harassment were all at fault. blaming the victims is awful you POS
@@ExplizitDuester im not blaming g the victim i worded it wrong i do not agree with any form of abuse i only read up she was meeting him on many occasions anyway I will re phrase that my apologies
@@christiangarvin7351 Please read the summary of complaints against Anvar at r/The Expanse on Reddit. He harassed more than one person.
It was indeed one hell of a ride...
His death took me by surprise. It was a real bummer. One of my favorite characters and that's saying something considering how cool some of those characters are. RIP Alex Kamal
It feeds into Corey's "space will kill you" motif, for sure. Deaths happen at weird times.
The character in the books didn't die, and Alex's death was unnecessary but the show runners fired the actor after allegations against him in his personal life.
@@riogrande5761 there were leaked photos where Alex was alive and having a party on Luna along with the Roci crew and Bobbie and Avasarala
@@zeffmalchazeen3429 Would like to see them. Still a shame the wrote him off, apparently to punish him for his behavior, sort of like Kevin Spacey was written off of House of Cards.
Jesus GenFilms, I wasn't planning on crying tonight. That was beautiful.
This is your best Ode yet. Well done.
Just your intro for Alex made me cry 😭😭 I can't believe it still.
It makes me so sad we had to lose this amazing character because of the.... Things... The actor is said to have done.
Damn it Cas....
Initially as I clicked this video after reading the title I thought "fine I'll do this". Fifty seconds in I know you have done justice to Alex!
An awesome tribute to one the best characters in all of sci-fi. I actually got a little choked up. Rest in peace flyboy. Great job as always guys. Love the channel.
One thing that stood out to me about Alex Kamal was that, while he was risk-averse (he rarely, if ever, went "looking for trouble," and was the Only Sane Man/Voice of Reason) once Trouble arrived, he didn't back down or flinch.
Alex was a dreamer and an independent spirit whose first love was the stars....and also one hell of a pilot (and ship's cook) he will be missed. RIP Alex Kamal
This was a fine tribute, Ben. I know we fans will always have a place in our hearts for that lanky Martian with slick hair, a thick Texas drawl and mad pilot skills. Here's to Alex Kamal. The best darn pilot in the Sol System. We're gonna miss you Hoss.
And he makes a great lasagna... LOL. Btw this video is one of your most beautifully written scripts.
American Ben, I rest in the fact that your intelligent and mature audience can separate the character from the actor. I really enjoyed your ode of Alex Kamal. Btw Your intro was great. Alex, regularly would project his failures at love and family onto others by reprimanding/preaching/coaching others for not doing the very same thing. So true about Alex’s pain and attempts at healing. Alex was quite socially & emotionally awkward.
Thx Phil, as always!
@@GenerationFilms You’re welcome.
Well said, most of us can recognize ourselves in Alex. Your narrative art is much appreciated and helped me with closure on a complex well acted character who served as a special ingredient in the Roci family recipe. Demonstrates the long term consequences of following our hearts and acknowledging our weaknesses. RIP!
oh please...
Hmm preaching🤔 who ever does that? Hint hint “yOuR iNtElLigEnT aNd mAtUrE aUdIeNcE”💀💀 I gotta ask how many people have you driven away with your narcissistic ego driven bullshit?
His sudden and quiet death was an untold story how hard he was willing to burn to save his adopted family
And like a true blue lone starian, he rides his steed (ship) to the sunset.....
RIP, Alex. We'll miss you, and your awesome space lasagna.
For me I think this is the best homage anyone could have done for Alex. He was my favorite character and I will always love him. Thanks for making this episode.
Remember Alex Kamal 😢😢😢
The Martian Honky-tonk man. One of the moral compasses of our Rocinante.
It's just too bad that the actor who played him was a POS.
Alex Kamal was a great man.
It's a shame he shares a face with that turd Cas Anvar.
That is really not a high standard if we exclude saintman Holden. Alimony evader, family (son) deserter.
@@TomatoFettuccini how?
@@mtf-alpha-1 Look up what Cas Anvar was up to in his spare time off-set.
@@mtf-alpha-1 there is no evidence to prove any of it so dont bother looking
Absolutely well spoken!! That Space Cowboy will truly be missed!
I can't believe this has so few views. It deserves so more. Good job American Ben!
This was a great great sendoff and a great encapsulation Ben! I mean this was top notch, you hit all the points well. I think he was really served quite well by the ending they gave him.
I kind there had been more reminiscences and a short ceremony on the Roci, but they did the best they could at the last moment.
That was a death that caught me off guard as it wasn't initially made clear that that's what happened to Alex. Before Holden said anything, I just thought Alex was reading a message that left him speechless or in a state of shock or something like that. It was just so abrupt and confusing at first. After a little dialogue, my reaction was "Wait, what? He died?" I guess that makes it all the more tragic. At that time, I thought there was more for him to do. One last reunion with his crew and going out at the controls of the Rocinante, at least.
Another great video, this channel has some of the best Bens in the multiverse good job American Ben.
😁✌️
I can understand why they did not recast the character. All things being said Cas created a subtle and nuanced performance and he had real chemistry with the caste. This just goes to prove good art can be produced seperately from from a deeply flawed person. No one is completely evil, I guess we were fortunate to see the parts of himself he could share that were not toxic or destructive.
recasting a main character is usually a terrible idea too
that would have been worse then the ending we got
Well said
Because you know him personally... from UA-cam
I'm terribly sorry if my statement inferred a since of familiarity. It is simply based on the observations I have made regarding his acting performance and his behavior in public settings as portrayed by the media. I will reserve my judgement about his personal conduct after all facts have been stated and all parties have spoken. What I wanted to convey was art stands independent of its creator and due to circumstances as a fan of the show it has been divested of his participation and that in itself is sad.
Man. I'm never going to forgive Cas Anvar for depriving me of Alex Kamal
I'll wait until I know what actually happened before blaming anyone.
@@namenloss730 I'm old enough to know allegations of violence or abuse are women's most exploitable weapons against men. Look at Amber Heard, for example. I've been in the same shoes as Johnny Depp. If evidence comes out against Anvar, sure, justified. Until then, sus.
As far as I know Cas just tried really hard to convince a girl of legal age to have sex with him, he did not do anything illegal but there was no way the show runners could keep him on in today's political environment.
@Mae ! Lol, that's not likely, No one in film industry said anything about Disney when they were thanking the government of Xingiang China, no one warned any women of Weinstein and all of Hollywood was joined hands to save Polanski.
What matters in Hollywood is who signs the next multi-million dollar paycheck. You will end up like Mei Meng, if you don't grow up.
@Mae ! Yeah, its about the scandal costing them, they don't care for the well being of some girl was abused.
I don't care for the actor, he is worth 65 million dollars at-least, he will be fine even if he never has a job again and I think the character was written off the show perfectly
The way he died was so out of the blue for me that took me a couple hours for me to finally accept the fact.
He was the emotional support, moral compass and a hell of a good pilot.
I really hope the accusations are false.
Character =/= Actor
But to be fair you can't just replace the Actor and expect to have the same Character.
The accusations were confirmed by a third party investigation. I have no sympathy for the actor. I am disappointed that his actions mean the loss of a good character in the show. But i think they liked the character off as respectfully to the character as they could with it being a last minute rewrite.
@@FLOABName To be fair, we don't know what the 3rd party was investigating, at least to my knowledge. Worst case, they could've investigated what would cost Amazon more money; keeping Cas on or firing him, instead of the validity of the claims of the accusers.
@@FLOABName what are the accusations please?
In the 21st century, I'm amazed that there are people alive in the world who think women have nothing better to do than band together with strangers to get men fired from their jobs. Cas Anvar initially got to keep his job in a large part because fans started a campaign to save the show. He decided to repay those efforts by being a dangerous creep. He jeopardized the jobs of everyone on the show with his actions. I hope he never works as an actor again.
Thank you for this video on Alex. He was my favorite character on The Expanse, and I was really bummed about his exit from the show.
American Ben, these Expanse videos are just so f#
“Yeah, he got a little creepy sometimes...”
Apparently, he did in real life too.
Which is a damn shame, really gonna miss the character in Season 6.
unfounded accusations
Laughs in *wash* (I am a leaf on the wind)
Literally what I was thinking about when he died.
Yeah, the expanse is my favorite sci-fi show of all time, but Wash will forever be the best space-pilot.
Its easy to be good pilot if in-ship inertia is magicly (almost) non existent
nah, it's fine. I wasn't using my heart. Go ahead and rip it out.
I want a video pitting the crew of the Serenity vs the crew of the Rochinanti.
Captian: Malcom vs James

Mate as always your content is phenomenally well thought out. I wasn’t sure how you were going to thread the needle with this one, but you did it perfectly. Thank you for the hard work.
Thanks Niko, really appreciate the kind words.
Next round at Los Compadres is on me. RIP Alex
Rest in peace cowboy. It was a hell of a ride. The expanse wont be the same from now on.
You die twice. Once when the breath leaves your body, and again when you're name is forgotten.
Now I’m depressed. I honestly thought we lived forever if we’re remembered. My great great grandfather is a name I jotted on a family tree once. I hope some kid does that for me 150 years from now

@@fubar12345 wow... mind blown. Thanks 😊
Deep. There was this girl murdered while working a drive through. She was saving up money for a prom dress. That story broke my heart as a father of a girl. I did my best to remember her name, when it hit me I no longer remembered her, I was greatly saddened...
Loved this fitting epitaph. The sub-text is likely unintentional, and I'm probably being obtuse, but I couldn't help seeing parallels between Alex and Cas Anvar. If Cas succumbed to his own demons and paid the price for the distress he caused, he has this for his own consolation: he brought to life one of the best characters in the show. I'm really going to miss Alex, but I'm glad the writers had the guts and guile to give him the ending he deserved.
He is the Fast and Furious character of space. Can't pull him off the road (space), and he really values his crew like family
Beautiful. Amazing piece about an amazing man. I also will miss him greatly.

One hell of a pilot...and he’s gone to see the stars
This was a beautiful tribute. Thank you for making it. I'll sure miss Alex.

Welcome! And thank you for watching. 😊
even tho these in depth vids are not as popular in terms of views, I thank you guys so much for the efforts because they are amazing
Thanks Tom, your appreciation makes these videos worth it!
It was really sad to see him go. I mean I completely understand why and I actually think his death makes things a bit more real in the fact that NO ONE is safe, but I will miss him nonetheless. I related to Alex a lot. I found myself always being the middle man between friends and always being the glue of my close friend group. I also found that in other ways I was like him. Now obviously there are plenty of differences between me and Alex, but seeing a character I saw parts of myself in die was heart breaking, even if I saw it coming. Live on Cowboy. May your heart be as love filled and warm as your lasagna.
Thank you for this. We needed it.
Great character and Cas Anvar truly bought Alex to life.
A really wonderful summary of Alex's character. Just perfect...
The fallen shall forever be remembered as The Emperors finest.

I AM BUT A HUMBLE SERVANT
That intro to Alex from 0:48 to 2:21 is just beautiful. I can't decide if it is the writing or the narration, but it reminds me of one of my favorite movies, "The assassination of Jesse James..". Your choice of words seem to have that old ring to it as well and fits this tribute perfectly. Probably why I subscribed 3 minutes into a 32 minute video on I channel I'd never been to before :)
Camina drummer was the only one to complement his flying that I remember.
And if ever a ship did ship it would be Bobbie Draper and Alex
He did the impossible, and that makes him mighty. RIP Alex Kamal.
Wow, thanks for this awesome tribute to my favorite Expanse character. Godspeed Alex Kamal!
BTW the lasagna pan they use is real. It's for making every piece be an end piece. It works awesome for brownies and meatloaf.
You outdid yourself with this episode!
Here’s for all of us to have a little bit more of Alex in each of us.
Knowing the real world issues that made the production kill Alex, I feel like it was a correct way to let both him and the actor go. Alex’s departure was heartfelt and appropriate, and in turn, letting Cas Anvar, go sort of quietly, was appropriate for him and for the audience.
Cas elevated Alex far above the character we have in the books. Too bad Cas ended up murdering Alex by aggressively inserting himself as an abusive boyfriend to convention girls.
He stained his own artwork.
Courage isn't the absence of fear. it is pushing forward in spite of it.
This is cathartic. Thank you.
That was absolutely beautiful. Well done good bard.
Why did you make a video about cutting onions?! They was such a good eulogy for such an under appreciated character. Thank you for the good work ... tell unshaven American Ben, he's losing to his younger counterpart Shaven American Ben.
😂Will do. Thx.
I must admit, whenever I saw Alex interacting with people and trying to bond with someone out of the main-ish characters I was sure he was about to f up something (and once or twice he did). But everytime he was flying, damn I knew he would manage to save the day
You're right about the Amun Ra fight at Thoth station... but the competitor to that for best fight of Roci's life was Bull defeating the Koto and Serrio Mal. Drummer took out the OPA ships but it was Bull and Holden who went 1v2 in a Martian gunship fight. Sure Alex was saving Naomi's life at the time, but he missed maybe the most epic battle of Rocinante's existence. And that's what makes his departure doubly sad.
Courage is not the lack of fear, but the abilility to act while facing it.
This was a brave and clever video.
We all read between Ben’s lines, so in respect to that will not expand or extrapolate other thoughts that I’m sure we’re all thinking.
Really great, intelligent and powerful video that deserves a rewatch- especially the last 10 minutes
(Let’s see how he stretched Holden and his relationship with coffee for an hour)
Thx for the comment Abbas
Definitely going to miss him. It's a shame that the actor abused his position but the character was well-loved

Excellent video partner. Here’s to Alex. Cheers.
This was your best written piece.
I find Alex is usually the most happy enthusiastic person in the room at least most times .he’s surrounded by the suspense and seriousness of the show and the crew. What I like is how he adapts to that seriousness and like the video mentioned how he’s ready to act in the heat of the moment
Man you are good…great review on Alex 👍🏿
His wife and kid treated him like shit, his friends would often start fights with him when he was just looking out for them. He was very unappreciated by the other characters until after he died.
I mean he both left them to go haul ice and also let them thing he was dead after the Canterbury so they have all the rights in the world to hate him
His kid sent a love vid saying he understood and still loved him, and his wife waited until Alex sent a Dear Jane video after letting her think he was dead. What else did you want her to do? Alex made the choice, not her.
@@midniteoyl8913 Alex was presumed dead from the Canterbury and didn't wanna tell them he was alive to only die again for real from the mission he was on. He was being considerate for her feelings so she wouldn't have to be more distraught than needed and knew full well the risk of actual death was extremely likely. The man helped save over 1/3 of humanity from an alien technology, if not all mankind. The man was sacrificing his own personal happiness for the greater good of mankind but the man couldn't even get an "I love you" from his family. Then she has the audacity to only care for him once he is dead as a martyr by handling the funeral.
This is because she didn't leave him because he made her think he was dead. She left because the public opinion of Alex Kamal was that of a traitor to Mars and didn't want to be associated with him. This is evident by the fact his only friend on the entire planet of Mars is also viewed as a traitor. Once he was dead the Martian peoples skewed view of sacrifice and service was now inline with what they believed because he had paid the ultimate sacrifice, and could now be accepted as a true Martian.
@@8888stealth - None of that is really true though. He left her to be in space, where his *true* happiness resided. He said as much in he video to her.
She also didn't leave 'cause he was a 'traitor'. If that was true and she was so vain, she would have taken him back when he returned to Mars a hero. She left 'cause he left her and his kid and THEN left a video saying he wasn't happy with them and would rather be in space. And he sent this 'I'm not happy being married' video after having left them already and after having let both her and his kid think he was dead.
To be honest here, you sound like you are a little bitter yourself and doing some projecting. None of what you claim her motives are is shown in the show. At all.
@@midniteoyl8913 Now your attacking me over a show? Calling me bitter doesn't support your argument, because you don't know the first thing about me. Nor am I gonna pretend to know anything about you, because the truth is I don't. If anything the emotion I'm conveying is love and appreciation for the show because I think what The Expanse team made is some of the best science fiction ever. Feel free to attack my argument, but going after me doesn't support it in the slightest. It is a logical fallacy called Ad hominem.
Back on topic. Although you are correct about what is said in the show by Kamal. It doesn't mean we can't read between the lines and find truths that hinted at in the show, but aren't explicitly stated. Such as for example Amos being a moral sociopath. It is never said he is a sociopath, but the writers very clearly hint that he is one. Evident in the fact that he can kill people without remorse and has not felt fear since he was a child. Due to the childhood trauma he had endured. Also no I'm not projecting I just happen to know a couple things about sociopaths and how they come to be from a college class.
In the case of Kamal it is very clearly hinted that Martians hate his guts or at the least do not want to be associated with him. We see in how the captured Martian crew treat him, how the Admiral treated him, how anyone who is Martian except Bobby treated him. You mentioned how his ex-wife should have gone to him again because he was a hero. You misread what I said as well, I said he wasn't a hero until after he was dead. This is again because the Martian society is that of sacrifice and service to Mars. Once he had paid the ultimate sacrifice in his mission only then could other Martians appreciate him for his contributions to humanity, even if not specifically for Mars.
Lastly the argument of her leaving him because he loved space does make sense on the surface, but if you consider the social impacts she would have had to face for being associated with someone who is considered a traitor would have had on her by a war like culture like the Martians would have been immense. In the show she states how she lost her job, we don't know when exactly if it was before or after the ring gates opened when the Martian society began to dwindle. It could have been she lost her job because she was the wife to a traitor and was angry at him for this fact. It could have been because her son had the risk of being kicked out of school if she had not distanced herself from him. The son when talking to his dad at the bar doesn't say I love you when near other people at his field trip with others. Even though he did in private on a previous episode when he was outside on the surface.
While yes it is not clearly stated this is the reason she left, with these examples in mind I can find no other true alternative. If she had not she probably could have never found a job, and her son probably couldn't have attended school. She did so at pure self preservation and was furious at him for what that caused her. With this in mind I see no other way why she would have truly left, because she had loved him for god knows how long out in space hauling ice. Martian society is also built upon long space voyages and tours and tours of time in mandatory service. She would have been no stranger to being lonely for months or even years on end. So you see, she is not mad for him abandoning her, she is mad because of what his actions aboard the Rocinante, indirectly had on the family.
Has everyone forgotten Starbuck who reversed engineered an Cylon space ship to fly back to her fleet?! Not to mention the missions she has organized and countless dog fights she won. She is easily one of the top Space pilots in Science fiction.
So grabbing random bits of sinew and hauling on them until they do what you want is reverse engineering now?
@@josephharte HAHA well maybe it was more like jury-rigging on her part, but you cannot deny her pilot skills as being one of the top Science fiction dog fighting pilots. Surprised BSG didn't come up in the comments.
It's been said before, but it easily applies here, "Thanks for the memories"!
Damn I hate the actor so much for being fired. The irony is, he acted the opposite of Alex regarding women. I'd really have loved if the showrunners had simply recast the character. It would be weird, but it would hurt less than watching a beloved character die because of an asshole.
Well he's an actor, that is what they do. They portray people that they are not.
Hows the investigation of his case going does the accuser's have an actual evidence to show the jury or it's just the screenshot message
There’s an Amazon interview with the cast and they all coincided that Cas Anvar was the one who was more like his character... who knows 🤷🏽♂️
@Zphyrum Gran there has not been any police involvement. A third party was hired by the production company to research the allegations and found they were valid so he was fired.
Trying to get someone arrested and tried for sexual assault is a different monster entirely. Even if the older victims who have spoken out filed charges it would be very hard to get it to trial because it happened in the US and Canada as well as at several conventions. Even more victims were minors at the time. One can hope he ‘has his day in court’ but that probably won’t happen.
And there it is. Can we try to separate the actor from the character please?
Loved your tribute except for the part where you try to link Alex's flirtatious behaviour with how kind he was with Naomi and Bobby. He was just being a good friend to Naomi. Sure he was upset with her but he didn't want her to feel casted out. Same case with Bobby - he went in there to talk to her as a friend. I never thought there was any other intent behind that.
PS, he didn't seek all that attension. He was actually the normal one. In the vastness of space, where you're on a ship with 3 other people, you can't expect him to sit on his pilot seat all day. He was the only one who genuinely formed connections and tried to bond with people. So yes, he had his flaws but there is no need to add extra nitpicked flaws. But otherwise, it's a perfect tribute to an underrated jewel of a character. Thank you.
Kicking Cas Anvar off this show is a fucking travesty. I don't care what he's done, it's not Alcon Ent's job to punish him. That's on the justice system. If you disagree, I don't give a fuck about your opinion. Full stop.
(also, yes. I get it. PR. I still don't care. I'm willing to bet they lost more fans from losing Alex than from unproven allegations outside the show)
So very well done American Ben! Thank you so much! Good bye Alex Kamal! You will be missed but never forgotten! To the best damn pilot in space!!!
Thanks for some much-needed closer. I can sleep better. Wise words about art and stuff. That's how ill play it in my head from now on.
Man as a new watcher who just reached the end of Season 5 I feel so odd knowing he wont be in season 6. Such a shame he was foolish in real life. His character really was special in the show. I loved all his scenes
and I was disappointed they didn't give him a blaze of glory at least. A stroke with minimal scenes gave a void to his death - I didn't even realise it the first time. I understand it was because there were a lack of scenes but at least give us the perspective of the ship flying and let him do something glorious if you have to kill him off.
My man.. last few minutes of this video made me cry so bad...
The begining somehow remints me of the Reasons why i love riding my motorcycles so much
