I love your channel! I recently got into muay thai & started doing your workouts during the covid lockdown. It is such a massive help & a motivation! Thank you man! Much love & respect from Cape Town, South Africa.
Hey I ´ve been following your workouts for 6 weeks now and I can see my kicking, striking getting much better, also my coordination and body movement are getting better and I feel more confident with my combos. Right now training shadow boxing and heavy bag, can´t wait to try sparring after this quarantine :) Keep up the good work! Ps. my shins finally dont hurt so much :D :D
Lol Pavol you've taken everything out of my mouth I'm like 4 weeks into Seans video and I can relate to all of the above you mentioned and most of all my body is getting in the best shape it has ever been....
Much appreciated. Your content is extremely helpful. I have been doing a lot of the stuff you show in shadowboxing and bag training everyday and my kicking game has improved drastically.
Sweet workout Sean. I have been doing a similar one to get reps out for a few years and constantly look to your videos for new ideas and re visiting the all important fundamentals. Really appreciate your content in this time of uncertainty.
Hey Sean love your videos man, watching your techniques actually sold me into actually training MuayThai🤦🏽♂️. Was wondering if you could perhaps show us a Muay Thai HIIT workout for then heavy bag. 30min long🤟
thx for vid. Your roundhouse technique is Dekkers-esque. It's very good, so much torsion. The beard protects the throat right, maybe psychologically it does
Hey dude, been doing your routines for two weeks now and already see improvement! I was making so many gains in the gym before the quarentine, so, so thankful for all the hardcore routines to keep those gains! 🤙
I hope I take a answer from you 🙏now I make this exercise for one week every day and I think my technike is better in sparring I feel more safe now with my kicks. My question is this exercise great for technike and get better? Thank you champ ❤️💪

Hi. Do you alternate legs? Like if I do round house kicks with my right leg should I also do them with my left leg? Same with switch kick. Or does each leg.. dominant leg have its own kicks? Thanks… I'm new to this

Sean, on the rear roundhouse, are you bringing your leg more or less straight up and turning over your hip or bringing it more in an arc? And does the same apply to a leg kick? Thanks!
It depends on the situation, but most often times it’s straight up and a hip turn. Leg kicks are a bit different and varies depending on the style of kick you throw
I tried this the first 3 heavy bag workouts and man I did not know up until today how hard our bag is I don't even know what's inside it to since it's my dad's old heavy bag. Do you still recommend kicking the hard SOB? lol so effin painful. Cheers!!!!
I purchased both the medium ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes. Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
I'll give a suggestion if you don't mind Workout is perfect but don't talk like this motivate people during workout like by saying numbers 1,2,3,___ And motivating like saying that the round is coming to end or we are almost there And last make it long
