When I tried to order the heavy bag from Amazon, in reviews I saw that they are not heavy actually they swing alot with one jab. And the one which is in the gym that I go to is also a crappy one. Which one do you have? Where should I buy and what brand?
One I have is usi... i think 5ft.. approx 20 kg... not very heavy ... but I like it like that...

Regarding tall opponents...there's no magic pill ...I know this is hard to hear ....but you'll have to simply be a better fighter than them...which is not easy

I sometimes do tug of war on a tree...just rope it around and pull as hard as o can...it really does tires me out quickly than high intensity workouts...it also builds up pulling power...
