I would make sure that your oil comes to 380 degrees, and fry for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Please feel free to ask any other questions. I would make sure that your oil comes to 380 degrees, and fry for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Please feel free to ask any other questions.
