I groom my amstaff daily, and he loves it, he wants to play or meet everyone like in dog parks. he is intact. we finally found a playmate (staffy) . Being a traumatized rescue, she was very shy. But that all changed her energy is more intense than my dog but he makes up for it in size they love wrestling in grass. need a camera to record the sessions truly amazing chemistry
No disrespect, but isn't that advice just common sense? Love, respect, understanding and forgiveness with fundamental rules, regulations and consistency are an integral part of bonding with any living thing. If your Staffie knows in their heart that they can trust YOU 100%, you won't have to try hard to train them, they will learn just to please you. You are the centre of your Staffies universe, taking time alone a couple of times a week with your Staffie and giving all of your attention to them will make your bond unique and unbreakable. As long as your Staffie knows that you love them, you are doing a good job.
I’d say It’s only common sense for someone who’s had a dog AND has raised it well. This video is great for people who’ve never had a dog, let alone a staffy.
Brilliant as usual staffy dog, And very true, all dogs need structure and routine.
If you really want to know how to become a leader, put your energy into becoming someone who is worthy of being followed.
Well said.

@tererai7936 I may have been a bit complacent in my reply. I have had dogs all of my life. I am on Staffie number three.
A staffy is not a pit bull.
This video is applicable to any dog breed , staffs and pits though separate breeds have very simular behavioural traits
Just give it food
