Michael, I adore you and you are hands down the BEST teacher out there for us with anything Cricut. However, the sound effects are annoying and gots to go. Big nope! Lol
Really liking the sound effects! Gotta try this at some point👩🔬. Michel, you're looking good in your science gear! My baby grand-daughter is sick, 102° temp...her mommy has taken her to the Children's Hospital ER.
Awesome! I am going on a group vacation to an all inclusive resort. Every piece of advice says to bring tumbler to get bigger drinks. I am making them for our group and want to buy 10 different colored tumblers. I would rather do this than something with vinyl adhesive. So excited to try it!
Loved the turn out! Super clean looking 🤩 not really a fan of the sound effects or all the extra zoom ins but like you say, whatever floats your boat or tickles your pickle ☺️ as long as you like it 🥰 Thanks for the tutorial 🤩
You should never heat citristrip. Even if it's wrapped. I'm an A&E nurse and we see painters & decorators come in to the ER with breathing difficulty. Even at low temperatures citristriip when heated gives off noxious fumes including the chemicals from the paint/material it is stripping. We find traces of metals and plastics in their blood samples. Do the project by all means but please do not apply heat to citristrip.
I love the video and sound effects HOWEVER I cannot get this to work for me. ALL of the powder coating comes off.I have used two differently created stencils, one with Ikonart and the other a Cricut and neither worked. I used the tumbler suggested. HELP!!!
Luv the video!!! I do have a question...do I need to seal the citristrip etched tumbler afterwards? I have done this method (no powder coated but basic spray pint and a coated shiny surface tumbler) after watching your videos and few other tubers, but I have yet to see anyone seal or coat the exposed stainless steel afterwards. By not doing so wouldn't that allow moisture to seep under the unexposed powder coat or spraypaint since has not been laser etched??? Hoping you will be able to help with my questions.
Everything about your tutorials is perfect and well done except the gratuitous sound effects. I'm sorry to say they annoyed me so much I had to turn off the video. If you continue making videos, I'd be happy to watch them if you cut down on the annoying noises

You are talented and a great teacher.
Loved the editing and sound effects!!!!! 😂
I can’t wait to try this new technique 😄
Thank you. Awesome process. 🎉
I'm definitely trying this... Thanks Boo 'Halloween pun intended🤭🤭'
Come back, Michael! Going through MCP withdrawal and rrwatching older videos. Lol 😆
If you add a box and slice the design out it will add that room margin and you don’t have to move it on the cutting mat and it gives you room

Fabulous tutorial!!
I L💖VE the sound effects!! Totally made my night!! Thank you for everything you do for us!!
🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤
I wanted to try this for the first time but I don’t have a heat gun. Hope to learn another easy method.
great project, Love the sound effects.
Thank you for all of your videos! you are amazing and really make things so easy to follow :)
Loved the turn out! Super clean looking 🤩 not really a fan of the sound effects or all the extra zoom ins but like you say, whatever floats your boat or tickles your pickle ☺️ as long as you like it 🥰 Thanks for the tutorial 🤩
I agree... Not a fan of the sound effects. Save yourself the trouble and don't add them, maybe not so many. Otherwise Michael, amazing as usual.
👏👏 I love this and seriously can't wait to try it! And those sound effects were great!! 😂🧡
Those sound effects are so distracting. Love the content of the tutorial
You help a lot of people thanks will be subscribe
Super cool 😎
Love that stuff works fast
Hi Michael! I don't mind a few sound effects, but there was too much in my mind. Maybe a few next time but not so many?
I love the sound effects - was that Morgan's idea? LOL
Once the coating is removed, it's just bare metal. Do you need to seal?? No concern with rust??
Love this video! I’ve made several the old way. Now to try the foil and heat method! (And someone went a little heavy on the sound effects)
That was nice
Thank you. You are amazing
This is awesome! 😍
Love this!! I’ll definitely have to try this!!🤗
Freakin Awesome!!
Love it very cute. 🙂
Thanks so much Samantha!

Hahaha...the sound effects 😂
What kind of vinyl did u use for the stencil?
Oh, "Booz". I read it differently at first. I want to try this out on my tumbler.
Awesome. Wonder if it works on glass. Have to try it.
Sorry I missed the live version. Love the sound effects! Is the purpose of the foil and heat gun to speed up the process?
Excuse me, but where is your backwards hat?! I was like why does he look different 🤔😂
I have to try this ❤️❤️
Great video! I would love to see this done in a actual Yeti cup
I have done 2 yeti cups of mine already and they turned out great!
Do you need to use a heat gun? And is it best to use permanent vinyl or would removable be fine to use?
I love the video and sound effects HOWEVER I cannot get this to work for me. ALL of the powder coating comes off.I have used two differently created stencils, one with Ikonart and the other a Cricut and neither worked. I used the tumbler suggested. HELP!!!

You use permanent vinyl for your stencil?
How long to be heated?
What kind of vinyl do you use for the stencil?
So can I use citristrip spray as well?
Can you etch a tumbler that’s been sublimated?
What if you don’t have a heat gun?
Can you use a color on that
Do you seal it at all afterwards?
Nope :)
Is the Citrus Strip the same as Armour etch cream? I lover this!
No. Armour etch is for glass and citrus strip is to remove paint.
Great tutorial… but the sound effects were the best part… lol
Sound effects are terrible.
So terrible they're 👍
I take back my comment, the sound effects made this absolutely unwatchable. Fire your editor.
I'm so happy I wasn't the only one that hated them!!
Don't care for the sound effects.
Laaaame! I think they're funny...😁
The sound effects are so annoying. Makes it hard to watch.
Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry for any annoyance. I will pass this along to the team
