Wow interesting! I use this pillow for almost 2 years ( sometimes I also take it to hotels with me) and it is still same. It is pity to hear about this case.

Hi Monica, thanks for watching! Yes, I've been using it every day since December 2020. I also took it several times with me while travelling. As I use in addition a protective case it looks like new, it has the same shape. I ordered it at the official Blackroll website. I love this pillow :) I'm not sure in which country you live, but most probably the company should provide the same returning policy & trial period, so you have nothing to loose.

I see, then try to find returning policy. I ordered once a pillow (another one) through Amazon Prime and I could return it without any problem. I hope you find the way and you'll be able to try it :) I just want to warn you that it might happen that 1st or 2nd night it might feel a bit unusual, but then you feel how comfortable it is. P.S. Once I saw that a football player Robert Lewandowski uses Blackroll pillow while travelling :) He did not mention the brand but I know how it looks like. Hi! I also wanted to ask if the pillow has lost its shape since you bought it? And … I am concerned that the height might be too much since I am a quite small (1,59m)… do you have the feeling that it’s too big and your neck is not comfortable?
