- I go grocery shopping around once per week as a raw vegan. Here is an example of what I buy and how much I spend. (:

thank you for making this! so helpful for me im beginning my raw food diet (i’ve been fully vegan for 4 yrs and now i’m attempting raw vegan)
That is so awesome!! Thank you for watching! Good luck and let me know if you have any questions or need any guidance. I'm easiest to get ahold of on IG
“Cute little surprise bursts of flavor” I couldn’t have said it better myself 🤣. I too add them to my salads for that particular reason 😁
Wow beautiful food haul!
Wow! My Sprouts near me closed.
Lots of great tips. Thanks!
Thanks for watching!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING :)!!!
so helpful!!!
Thanks for sharing 🙂
Shopping in New England for produce is ridiculous in price. 1 or 2 big bags of fruits and veg could cost $ 50+ dollars and that’s not even organic. When we go to our house in Italy I can get 4 bags of organic produce harvested within 1/2 mile for €17. And there’s tons of flavor !
I'm starting mostly with a fruit fast there's still a bunch of food in the house I need to get rid of
Great haul!! Just subscribed!!!
Thanks! :)
I just went off it for a few and it did NOT feel good, so this helps lol
Please make FDOE!😘
I subscribed. I want to try to become raw vegan too. Love the video.
Don’t the bananas go bad rather quickly how can you eat that many bananas 🍌 in a few days?
I wait for them to ripen then freeze them
I spend only 20 euros weekly as raw vegan: 1 iceberg lettuce, .5 kg of carrots, 1 kg apples, 1 kg kiwis or strawberrys, 2 kgs of bananas and cucumbers and red bell peppers!
I drink 16 ounces of fresh orange juice every morning, then bananas and other fruits as noonmeals, and salades at night!!! I don't buy MANGOES!!!
15 euros for oranges, iceberg 1 euro, carrots .50 cent, 1 euro for apples,1.20 for the kiwis,2.50 for the bananas .99 cucumber, red bell pepper 1 euro!!! = 23.19 euro
cage-free eggs at 8:28? Eggs in raw vegan diet?
I share the fridge with my non vegan cousin

*monsanto* ?
"manzano" like manzana, or apple bananas in english :)
I get 5 items from Whole Foods and spend 50$..not sure how raw vegans afford all this 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Whole foods can be crazy expensive. If you have a sprouts or trader Joe's near you they tend to be a lot cheaper!
Some FULLY RAW VEGANS like to brag about their mangoes, but are bank broke! Well, not meh!!
That is so expensive!!! I don't how am I going to make lifestyle happen but Im sure Gd will help me. 🙏
If it's your path, God will surely help you through :) It can definitely be expensive, but there are ways to save for sure. Bananas are super cheap so you can base your fruit meals off those. See if there are any local fruit trees in your area where you can score free fruit. Try using the fallingfruit.org website, and if you have time and space grow your own salad stuff... that saves so much! It's also better to buy conventionally grown produce and eat more of it if thats your only option. I've heard people buy produce in bulk from wholesale suppliers, but I have yet to have luck finding a solid place in any of the places I've lived. Let me know if I can help you in any way :)
Another option to consider: see if there is a food co-op in your area. You may be able to get organic produce for lower prices compared to chain grocery stores.
I wish I wasn't allergic to papaya 😭
Such a bummer!
Did I see eggs?
maybe, I was sharing the fridge with my cousin
@@nicolecornejo108 of course I would point out the eggs!!!😂😂😂😂never mind the delicious produce and vegan instructions 😂😂😂😂 I’m a new follower now😂😂😂
