Here is an interesting and motivating incident narrated by my grandfather. During 1947, we migrated to India from Jeoniki in Pakistan. There was no food to eat and all family members were hungry. My great grandfather and his brothers went out to find some work so that they could get something to eat. They saw a person who was distributing chapatis to the immigrants. People were taking chapatis from him. My great grandfather and his brothers didn’t had courage to take the food without work. He noticed them and understood the dilemma. He went to them and handed them food. They refused to take food without work. Then he gave his address and offered them the work. They worked for him for few months. We have now generational relationship with that family. Now I am a Software Engineer working with Microsoft. And I always want to act and react like my great grandfather did that day. 😊

To the person who got H1B visa and job in NY. The salary being offered is just the start. Work hard and it will go up over time. Also your employer can start the green card process as soon as you start your job. Not easy to switch jobs on H1B. Employer based green card process also restarts if you switch jobs.
No it is not hard to transfer H1 to another employer and switch jobs .Also most employers do not process green cards in first year of joining,but only if they think the employee is an asset and don’t want to lose him
I would say both of the above comments are partially true. Switching jobs could be easy or difficult based on the industry. For example in tech its fairly easy since a good majority in that industry are/were on H1Bs vs in finance or tradition engineering where its rally difficult to find H1B employers. As far as Greencard sponsorship is concerned, it all depends on the company you are with and their policies. For example all these big techs generally start green card process on day one but many small companies and consultancies drang starting greencard process almost till the fifth year of H1B before the end of H1B limit with is 6 years.

He never takes questions on himself. 2. Straight away blocks anyone who raises criticisms against his points rather than giving counter argument. 3. Never listens to any sort of counter argument and immediately labels the person as an "Andhbhakt" but then hates it when receives the same treatment. Last but not the least, he's been exposed many at times with his earlier connections with AAP (as a media editor) which he cleverly not just denies but has deleted every other info which can point to this thing. I'd like to add an important detail which would hopefully provide context to your viewers with regards to the question about Dhruv Rathee and educational content in Pakistan: When a society enters the internet world, it goes thru a period of evolution. This evolution of consumption of content is consistent across cultures. This evolution goes from searching curious things (because no we could search up things our parents told us were off limits), to funny content (like how UA-cam had a reputation for having funny cat videos back in the day) and then eventually to more educational content which requires brain power on part of the viewer. In India, 3G was launched in 2008 and 4G was launched in 2012. In Pakistan, there was no 3G until 2014 when both 3G and 4G were launched simultaneously. Launch of 3G meant a broader internet penetration because the price a common man had to pay to access internet was reduced. This means that India is approximately 6 years ahead of Pakistan in terms of society's evolution with respect to the internet. If we are seeing rise of educational channels like Dhruv Rathee in India right now, then people in Pakistan should take this as a moment of opportunity because Pakistani society will be thirsty for educational content in the next 6-7 years. And when the Pakistani society reaches that point in the internet evolution, somebody HAS to fill the gap. Somebody HAS to cater to the demand. The person who begins creating educational content today will be reaping the rewards 6 years later even tho he may not be getting millions of views right now. But when the time comes, this person will succeed as he is able to explain ideas in Urdu in a Pakistani context. This also means an opportunity for multilingual youtube channels to rise across Pakistan. But for that to happen, the PEOPLE of the country have to be willing to take the initiative. EG: creating history content in Pashto or travel vlogging in Punjabi. I'm open to discussions. Keep in mind, I'm still learning. Theres always a chance I can be wrong.

The Udaipur incident was a heinous crime, and it's hard to imagine anyone defending it. As for the Reasi incident, it's not widely known among Pakistanis, and those who are aware might attribute it to India blaming Pakistan without evidence. This strategy might benefit India as it reinforces certain narratives, and people tend to believe it. A video popped up to my feed recently from pakistan it was about ind vs pak vlog, The vlogger showed his friend, neighbor and his area which came to my surprise that each and every one of his friend and neighbor are daily vloggers. He literally lives in that society where everyone is a daily vlogger and they all live and talk to each other with their phone held up high taking videos. LOL
One thing which I would like to point out about your educational and sports channel is that you didn't them market them enough, heck those channels didn't even show up on your homepage. My opinion is that you should absolutely move to the US.Your expense estimate are quite correct but only for the first year. You would take 12 months to figure out cheaper residential areas. You would also be able to figure out your vehicle, maybe a second hand one but great quality. Public transport is quite cheap; you would be able to figure out what kind of public transport to take that would be cheap( motnhly passes). As your family increases, unlike other countries, social payments for your kids would kick in. Neighborhood public schools are virtually free and some of them provide world class education. There is no point in wasting your H1B. The H1B to Green Card pathway for Pakistanis is under category Rest of the World(unlike India and China), therefore it would come within 3-4 years at present rates of USCIS.

The method in which you convey the faults of society matters. To the guy getting his H1B, its absolutely worth coming to US on H1B. H1B holder can apply green card, if his/her employer sponsors it. Then after living on GC for 5 years you will be eligible for US citizenship if you want to, or continue living on GC forever. Specially for Pakistan, the wait time for GC is not much. Another thing is that if your current employer do not want to sponsor your GC, you can switch your employer easily to someone else who would sponsor your GC. For living expenses, why are you considering living in a hotel? you will be living in NY on long term basis, so find a place to rent nearby, or if you are single get a room in a shared space. You don't have to live next to your office. Also having a car in NY is not a must since it has very good public transport system, which will be cheaper as compare to owning a car. Even cab/uber is not required for your daily commute. Its a no brainer coming to USA vs living in UAE/PAK.

I live in USA and i agree with the Dubai's guy analysis, the cost of living is very high and Newyork it is pretty much the worse. He will also include mandatory health insurance and 401k deduction so his 95k will be even tighter but if you don't mind driving a little far from the city , you can find affordable house to rent and can have car(again expense but well worth it). it will be an hour to two hour of driving per day but again you might end up with a little bit saving or else as you said pay check to pay check is what it will be. sorry to say but this is the reality.

My great grandfather and his brothers went out to find some work so that they could get something to eat. They saw a person who was distributing chapatis to the immigrants. People were taking chapatis from him. My great grandfather and his brothers didn’t had courage to take the food without work. He noticed them and understood the dilemma. He went to them and handed them food. They refused to take food without work. Then he gave his address and offered them the work. They worked for him for few months. We have now generational relationship with that family. Now I am a Software Engineer working with Microsoft. And I always want to act and react like my great grandfather did that day. 😊

To the person who got H1B visa and job in NY. The salary being offered is just the start. Work hard and it will go up over time. Also your employer can start the green card process as soon as you start your job. Not easy to switch jobs on H1B. Employer based green card process also restarts if you switch jobs.
No it is not hard to transfer H1 to another employer and switch jobs .Also most employers do not process green cards in first year of joining,but only if they think the employee is an asset and don’t want to lose him
I would say both of the above comments are partially true.
Switching jobs could be easy or difficult based on the industry. For example in tech its fairly easy since a good majority in that industry are/were on H1Bs vs in finance or tradition engineering where its rally difficult to find H1B employers.
As far as Greencard sponsorship is concerned, it all depends on the company you are with and their policies. For example all these big techs generally start green card process on day one but many small companies and consultancies drang starting greencard process almost till the fifth year of H1B before the end of H1B limit with is 6 years.

Agar education me Dhruv Rathee ko dekh rahe ho fir toh ho gya tumhara kaam🤣. That guy may raise some valid points at times (like every other channel) but the truth is :-
1. He never takes questions on himself.
2. Straight away blocks anyone who raises criticisms against his points rather than giving counter argument.
3. Never listens to any sort of counter argument and immediately labels the person as an "Andhbhakt" but then hates it when receives the same treatment.
Last but not the least, he's been exposed many at times with his earlier connections with AAP (as a media editor) which he cleverly not just denies but has deleted every other info which can point to this thing. I'd like to add an important detail which would hopefully provide context to your viewers with regards to the question about Dhruv Rathee and educational content in Pakistan:
When a society enters the internet world, it goes thru a period of evolution. This evolution of consumption of content is consistent across cultures. This evolution goes from searching curious things (because no we could search up things our parents told us were off limits), to funny content (like how UA-cam had a reputation for having funny cat videos back in the day) and then eventually to more educational content which requires brain power on part of the viewer.
In India, 3G was launched in 2008 and 4G was launched in 2012. In Pakistan, there was no 3G until 2014 when both 3G and 4G were launched simultaneously. Launch of 3G meant a broader internet penetration because the price a common man had to pay to access internet was reduced.
This means that India is approximately 6 years ahead of Pakistan in terms of society's evolution with respect to the internet. If we are seeing rise of educational channels like Dhruv Rathee in India right now, then people in Pakistan should take this as a moment of opportunity because Pakistani society will be thirsty for educational content in the next 6-7 years. And when the Pakistani society reaches that point in the internet evolution, somebody HAS to fill the gap. Somebody HAS to cater to the demand. The person who begins creating educational content today will be reaping the rewards 6 years later even tho he may not be getting millions of views right now. But when the time comes, this person will succeed as he is able to explain ideas in Urdu in a Pakistani context.
This also means an opportunity for multilingual youtube channels to rise across Pakistan. But for that to happen, the PEOPLE of the country have to be willing to take the initiative. EG: creating history content in Pashto or travel vlogging in Punjabi.
I'm open to discussions. Keep in mind, I'm still learning. Theres always a chance I can be wrong.

I missed all these conversations. Thank you Junaid ji. To the gentleman who had a question regarding moving to the US on H1B, I became a US citizen 2 years back. I am of Indian origin. My opinion is that you should absolutely move to the US.Your expense estimate are quite correct but only for the first year. You would take 12 months to figure out cheaper residential areas. You would also be able to figure out your vehicle, maybe a second hand one but great quality. Public transport is quite cheap; you would be able to figure out what kind of public transport to take that would be cheap( motnhly passes). As your family increases, unlike other countries, social payments for your kids would kick in. Neighborhood public schools are virtually free and some of them provide world class education. There is no point in wasting your H1B. The H1B to Green Card pathway for Pakistanis is under category Rest of the World(unlike India and China), therefore it would come within 3-4 years at present rates of USCIS.
We, the people from the subcontinent need to introspect big time.

To the guy getting his H1B, its absolutely worth coming to US on H1B. H1B holder can apply green card, if his/her employer sponsors it. Then after living on GC for 5 years you will be eligible for US citizenship if you want to, or continue living on GC forever. Specially for Pakistan, the wait time for GC is not much. Another thing is that if your current employer do not want to sponsor your GC, you can switch your employer easily to someone else who would sponsor your GC.
For living expenses, why are you considering living in a hotel? you will be living in NY on long term basis, so find a place to rent nearby, or if you are single get a room in a shared space. You don't have to live next to your office. Also having a car in NY is not a must since it has very good public transport system, which will be cheaper as compare to owning a car. Even cab/uber is not required for your daily commute. Its a no brainer coming to USA vs living in UAE/PAK.

I live in USA and i agree with the Dubai's guy analysis, the cost of living is very high and Newyork it is pretty much the worse. He will also include mandatory health insurance and 401k deduction so his 95k will be even tighter but if you don't mind driving a little far from the city , you can find affordable house to rent and can have car(again expense but well worth it).
it will be an hour to two hour of driving per day but again you might end up with a little bit saving or else as you said pay check to pay check is what it will be. sorry to say but this is the reality.
Per the USA immigration rules H-1B visa holders must first obtain their Permanent Resident or "green" Card and then can apply for U.S. citizenship after 5 years, assuming they have no serious criminal convictions.

First of all Dhruv rathee makes educational and informative videos but many times his facts have been proven wrong and biased . He is not neutral content creator , but he has acted like an opposition and raised many issues in his videos like unemployment, jobs , inflation and many things . He has criticised Hindu extremists and Hindu fanaticism but at the same time he was silent on Islamic terrorism and extremism on NUPUR Sharma controversy, REASI terrorist attack on Hindu pilgrims etc etc , which shows his biases and fear of Islam . I like to watch his Videos because it’s necessary to hear all voices and that’s why the freedom of speech is in constitution .
