yeah they do give good info, but the truth about water conditioners is you can make 2litres of it yourself for approx $2........99% of water conditioners are simply sodium thiosulfate crystal's mixed with water.
i know im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a way to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
Great video, keep up the good work :) When you talk about water conditioners, I realize of course your videos are mainly aimed at American viewers. However, it might be noteworthy that in some parts of the world the quality of tap water is much better. For example, tap water in the Netherlands is of excellent quality. No chlorine is used in the water treatment process because it's just not necessary due to the extensive treatment process used. If there's any present at all, it's because of other reasons and luckily at far lower levels. (doesn't mean that I don't use conditioners, I use Seachem Prime) My water company even publishes their regular water quality tests. For my home town, there's barely even any nitrate (0.97 mg/l) and nitrite is below detection levels (< 0.01 mg/l).
1 tiger and 4 albino tigers......2 were supposed to be lemon and were shipped across state. Now I don't have room for the lemons I wanted. Oh well, I still like the fish but wish they were what I ordered. They did give me credit for the cost of the fish but that shipping.....

Stormfeather of ThunderClan i added the recommended dosage to my 55G tank. The bottle was sealed when I bought it so it hadnt been messed with. After adding the dosage I waited a couple of hours, tested for nitrites and nitrates and nothing showed up. Redosed it the next day and again nothing. My tanks ammonia was at 4ppm. (Added by fritz ammonia) I bought seachem stability and the nitrites and nitrites showed up after first dosage. Kept dosing it for a week per instructions and took like a month for everything to hit zero except the nitrates (water change)
Rudy Zamora do you have any fish in there or have you added ammonia or do you “feed” the tank? Is it a planted tank? Sorry for all the questions just trying to help and see what might’ve gone wrong 😊
Stormfeather of ThunderClan it was a new tank and I tried to do a fish less cycle. There was no plants. I added fritz ammonia to feed the nitrites, but no nitrites showed up on the master kit. (Or nitrates) but it did instantly with seachem stability

Hi John. 2 days have passed and I did a 50 percent wc. I noticed that my discus is eating but still hiding. As I changed the water, he began the erratic swimming again and went to the back of the tank to hide in the plants. I'm still at a loss. I hope whatever it is bothering him will go away soon

I wish I would have already seen this video before I ordered Seachem stability, it's going to arrive tomorrow for a new 10 gallon tank that I put 1 betta in with 2 small mickey mouse plates and 10 young neon tettra's. They have been in there for 3 days now. The whole learning about the nitrite cycle thing has freaked me out! I have had a couple betta's in 3.5 gallon tanks each which I do a 50% water change about every 2 weeks and have had no issues for a year now, They both look beautiful and energetic, I put a couple ghost shrimp in there also which they enjoy as well as 4 neon tettra's. I don't think those tanks ever went through a cycle. Anyways, I will keep doing what I have been doing with the very small tanks. The 10 gallon though I see that I should most definitely go through a cycle. Do you think Seachem stability will get me through or should I return it and order Fritz Zyme 7?
