One thing I haven't seen many people commenting on is the quality of the NPCs. The enemies looks badass, the panda hat guys looks cute and the little girl looks beyond adorable and totally looks like encore body type, glad the kids of the game don't have a massive difference between the playable ones and the npcs.

@@undeniablySomeGuyyeah and it makes a lot of difference since most missions in open world games are with NPCs and they can take several minutes to hours, definitely a point they nailed. along with the new ambiance and lighting it looks like it's going to be a very immersive world. Can't wait for it
Honestly, loved how they improved her voice acting regarding her battle voice lines.
It's more the direction that has changed I would say since her story has changed, before she had certain mental issues... Now she is someone who seeks justice with determination

Please Kuro, explore more mature and darker narratives. Just like in PGR. Removing such barrier will let you explore more profound philosophical ideas and stories. I'm done with the hold-your-hand colorful and happy epic fantasy adventure themes in gacha. We need something different. I don't want to find my sibling anymore kuro you people better gourmet the shit out of whatever you're cooking.

That's due to 2 reasons:
1. China is not censoring as much as they used to do before, like removing bikinis from HI3.
2. Developers don't need to censor for global servers, only Hoyo does it because they're too popular so they don't bother. For example Kuro only censored 2B on CN server and nowhere else.

These 3D models are COOKING. At 0:28 I genuinely thought this was 2d from the thumbnail, and was absolutely flabbergasted when I realized it was in 3D.

Wish the game was actually this vibrant, the colors are really popping out in this one.
They fixed some areas to make them brighter and more alive because many complained about that, the game does not try to look like Genshin tries to look like a dead and dejected world, they want the post-apocalyptic environment to be more noticeable, but it's the fault of Those who complained had to change the lighting more 😒
@@patodrogado9822 The problem before was that it looked way too monochromatic. You couldn't feel the depth and the character and environment were blending together way too much.

The characters almost blend with the background, and it's really hard to find the difference between the characters, the boss/enemies, and the background/scenes
This one looks better because we can see more what they're doing, what kind of attack they did, how they moved, their designs, expression etc

I never thought Genshin's character trailers could be topped - even with Star Rail's - and Kuro is truly upping the game. Aalto's will remain my favorite, it sounds like his va had a lot of fun. But WW is truly becoming a work of art. So excited.

That's because they rarely do an Advertisement about their game, especially PGR, only when Bianca new S rank, they're started to do it, I mean, they claimed Bianca is their waifu so I guess that's why
And another reason probably because they're rarely, almost never giving players Codes to redeem, when they do, it's only a few materials and cogs
Another one is probably because of their storyline for the new players is kinda hard and complicated to understand what's going on, because they suddenly star with Lucia almost died because of Corrupted and suddenly she become strong, then Alpha come out of nowhere, nobody even explain what corrupted is until we reach further chapter/stages of the story
Another reason probably because how dark it look, not the theme, but the colour they used, probably that's another reason why the game is rarely catch new players that are stay in the game, some of them just play, then stop after that

I just hope they're more generous and explained the lore more, because many new players didn't understand it, so I hope they can explain what punishing Virus is, what they do, what happened, what is Ascnet, what is Ascendant, what's the major impact to the story they made etc
Because not all Commandant wanted to explained the new players about the lore of the game, because most of them just skipping the stories and has a major reading issues about the skill etc

I wish this not ended like Tof when it first release. I'm not saying this game should try to rival Genshin in term of popularity i just hope they find their own way and own style to become successful. Tbh i just don't want another Genshin 😂 . but the combat im in it. I want the thing that Genshin doesn't have. a real challenging combat gameplay with skills against elite and boss. While still have a good story plot to keep me entertained. Because even with good combat feeling but with terrible story it might affect the overall experience.
Even if they aren't popular, at least there'll be a lot of loyal players still playing the game even if it isn't as hype as the release
For example like PGR, there are still a loyal commandants still playing the game even a lot of people leave the game

Yes. The issue is whenever Genshin community sees the words 'open world' & 'gacha' in a game description, they start acting as if Genshin is the only game the world has! Wuthering Waves must be kept away from Genshin community.

I heard back then (idk about now) the game is lag a lot, people often get kicked out because of the servers are full, the changes make people hard to farm, especially when they're alone, its almost impossible to do it, the story isn't enough, it's sometimes doesn't make sense, we didn't get to talk / chatting with NPC about themselves, the place looks kinda dried (idk the right word to describe it) and many else
I don't know about now, probably it changed, probably it isn't, because a lot of people stop playing the game now and saying the game is dead, because not many people play the game
If its truly good, people won't sh on them, but every time people mention ToF, they'll get a laugh by a lot of people and saying its a hot garbage

I said what i said it's because, Genshin community admitted to hack game devs & damage ToF players' accounts & even theft. After the damage is done, it's impossible for ToF to rise quick. ToF will keep falling & will be gone forever no matter how much they try to improve. Damage done to ToF is permanent.
WW & every single games that will ever arrive in future will not survive. Because Genshin community will make sure of it.

Man... The hype for this game keeps getting better and better. I am really excited for this game and despite knowing TOF and HSR, I feel like there's lacking with them. Maybe the storyline of this game and the mechanics could change that.
Now really hoping that the storyline will actually be a lot interesting. I am invested to wait for how this game would go. Hope this will be available on mobile too.

@bakutie I don't know anything regarding the developers, but I'd like to see it with my own eyes. In any case, it wouldn't hurt to show them some support. It's not like all of the popular games started as "great" at the beginning, either. I've seen some of the videos for their gameplay, and I like that they have a clean interface compared to TOF while it's an open world game like Genshin or BOTW. Whether they know how to tell a tale in 3D, we can just see it once they launched the game. For now, showing some support from devs who are trying their best to launch this game isn't bad.

@@EpisodeAnon27 yeah I'll show them support cuz I love kuro from everything they do with Punishing Gray Raven but I'm not gonna expect a lot in terms of how the story is presented because I already saw that it has the same issues as Genshin which mihoyo hasn't done ANYTHING about in 3 years.
I see the same issues in Arknights Endfield too so at this point I'm just not gonna expect anything on on that end from chinese gachas lol
I guess I'm just really annoyed these devs are doing 3D games without knowing what to do in the dialogue scenes when they could just do 2D games and tell the story the way they already excel at, or heck just have the dialogue scenes be like a visual novel and the rest of the game 3D.
