With the ‘mains’ water fill, Titanium might be able to do a click on adapter that blocks off that entry point when not in use - just finishes it off and will stop debris, spiders etc from eventually blocking things up. Man what a van🤘

We love the bike storage, flashings, is what we were looking for for our bikes, love the rear bumper and spoiler. Also love the water filling, flat floor, power set up. I feel you really summed it up at the end with the word pizzazz! Having worked for the opposition with a very stark, monochromatic, masculine colour scheme the Titanium is a true feast for the senses. Who wants their travelling home to look like an operating theatre inside? Beautifully designed, packed full of features and so practical. Titanium really seems to put their customers first with a focus on providing the best experience in the industry.

Gutted I did not see this video before we were pulled up at Toowoon Bay Caravan Park a few weeks ago. We tend to keep to ourself and leave people alone. I would have said hi and taken a bit of a sneaky peak at your van. We were set up a few doors down in the Lotus Trooper with the blue Ram with the roof platform rack on the canopy. Your van got my attention then.
We’ve been in our van full time for the past year and a half and are considering an upgrade. Main thing is, upgrade the power to run AC off grid and get away from towns and go bush, add a dishwasher (for me, as I do all the dishes), plus a few other options maybe that awesome bike shed for my giant, for the life of me cannot get anyone to make a canvas cover for the bike. So, it sits in our storage unit and I don’t get to ride.
We’ve been talking to trades for over 12 months to upgrade our power and batteries, plus adding solar. By the time we add all the upgrades we want. With all the power upgrades it will be about the same total cost as going for a new build.
I might take a run over to the sales office and see if I can’t get some ideas to get us close to life 100% off grid.
Definitely give Jules a call at the Titanium Dealership in Melbourne - she’s incredible with new builds! And such a bummer we didn’t get to meet in person. Let’s hope we cross paths again on the road sometime!

Brilliant guys ... well documented and presented without repetitive facts and irrelevant fluff!! The feature I most like is that your manufacturer is/has been prepared to work with you in satisfying your ever increasing requirements. As full time tourers making a crust on the road I can clearly see you could not ask for more in a van. For me as one who tours on occasion it is far too much like home with all those creature comforts and gadgets so close to hand. I would be interested to know where is the water pump, is it quiet in operation and how easy is it to access? My modest van like many has a really noisy pump that is underslung below and hard to access when it faults... which is often ..haha. Look forward to enjoying the great places you explore with the upgraded model. 😊

Hi guys loved watching this walk through of your titanium van. I am very pleased to have picked up a few pointers. I met you guys at Hagley on your last Tassie visit and was telling Miriam I was on the lookout for a new van. As I am on my own I have been researching caravans around the 16/17 foot and the titanium 16'6 unbound I keep coming back to because of its quality. As I am wanting to go gasless I liked the point you made about the diesel hot water system. What model do you use and are you happy with it.? I will only be having 400ah of battery storage and 800w of solar so I think if going diesel hot water will really save my power for other use. Also I love Miriams great idea of having the induction cooktop portable. This will really free up my little kitchen bench and like you say take it outside to cook if you wish. I have been talking to Jules in Melbourne and she said the inverter was 2600w but Im sure Im like miriam and would love a bigger inverter to run a bit more stuff. So yes just love watching your videos and getting your world of knowledge so keep up the great work.☺⭐
Hey!! Yes, we love our system. I wouldn’t advise going gasless in a small van though - you won’t get enough solar panels on the roof. We have 900ah with 1.72kw solar and 5600w (twin) inverters. When we had our first van we had 720w solar and we still had gas. Chat with Jules - she knows all about that! 😁

Very impressive. Only thing I don't like is the dark colours outside which would absorb more heat. Gorgeous inside. So much storage.

I'm glad yours is better built than my parents van. It's a Sunseeker desert storm built by titanium and has spent more time being repaired than being used. Not minor repairs either full exterior wall replacements is one item. The warranty by sunseeker is atrocious, pushing out times saying they can't get repairers then saying it's gone beyond the warranty period. It's just lucky they paid for extended warranty then arguing the fine print to what's excluded. This van was not cheap and has been nothing but heartache for them to the point of selling it once they finally get it back after countless months in repair.

looks awesome well done, the only thing I would change is the storage locker left of the door, as it goes the width of the van I would have asked if they could have made it into a sliding drawer with a lid, that way you could still have storage and also a place to put the induction cooker outside if need be. Just a thought..
Thanks mate…titanium does have a drawer and slide out kitchen options for that. We use this area for surfboard and anti flap kit storage

With all the additions is the caravan getting up near the weight limits of hitch?
There must be point in your power system we’re 24Vdc makes more sense and Enerdrive would be working on 24V or 48V system.
Any reason you didn’t go for water desalination/purifier system then you can reduce tanks and grab water from ocean or creek so your nearly full sustaining?
There more water systems coming on market. You could filter the grey water and run through purifier to gain water back ie shower water could be recycle back to shower again.
Thanks. Yes, it’s a heavy van but not too heavy! Just over 3600 tare. And we didn’t feel the need to add a desal as we have nearly 700 litres of water when we count what we have in the truck. We love our 12v system and it works perfectly. We don’t need any step downs and anyone can work on the system if we need to which is important when you go to remote areas like we do. 😁

What a kick ass van. Problem 1 if you have a pacemaker induction is out as it creates a magnetic field when on. How long is your van? Love the idea of a corner shower more efficient use of space. They have copied allot of ideas from other manufacturers 😊😊😊

Tires, I run mud tires after traveling down a steep muddy hill and raining like crazy as I braked a wheel locked and proceeded to slide sideways and drag the trailer off the road. Quite scary when you don’t know at what point everything is going to stop moving and sliding off a steep incline.

Great build guys, love the extra inverter idea. Wanted to put 5000w in our van but had to settle for 3000w. How good is Corian we have it on our benches & table in our @OffroadgritRv so good.

Yep, all good while you are 30 and fit as hell. It is why other campers have swing down spare wheel holders.
It’s a pitty about the sinks and tap ware , we loved the look of them and tried to order stuff from ABI aswell and got told no you have to pick from the 3 upgrades from Reece , bloody nice van ours is same size and we ordered the unleashed suspension too

My wife and I bought our Titanium van after watching your videos. We have been living full-time off grid in it ever since. We both just watched this and said to each other it might be time to upgrade! We've only had ours for 18 months, and it still feels like a new van. Love it, and congrats very nice indeed ❤

Really quick question about the new chassis. If the ADS stipulates the hitch must be a max of 460 mm from the ground how does van comply. I ask because mine does not !
Great question. I think you’ll find that the 350mm to 460mm rule only applies to 50mm ball hitches. Other hitches don’t have these height restrictions
50mm ball wont comply anyway at over 3.5t atm. And yeah, neither my current van, nor my Holden ute complied with the 50mm hitch limits, seems to be a thing that is greatly ignored across the entire industry. My ute has a Holden fitted tow bar and tow bar tongue, 650mm to the centre of the ball, with no suspension lift kit. Hmmmmmm
