I had bought a Thermaltake case as I was planning my build, but then saw this Corsair, so I sold the Thermaltake on eBay and got this one. Great review, it will be helpful when I go to assemble. You gave a great delivery. You would be a good Shakespean actor. I could hear you deliver McBeth's soliloquy
@@igm1571i'm going to do a build for christmas and corsair 3500x is currently 75$(without fans) while NZXT is H6 is currently 110$(cheapest) option. I'd rather have the H6, but money talks
@@carson6131 i think you should buy a case with pre installed fan, corsair and nzxt is just way too expensive while doesnt bring any major features from the case, you could take a look Montech and Deepcool, their case are very high quality and the price is also affordable too, and also come with pre installed fan.
The version without fans is definitely a good buy if you have fans already or wanna buy a different set like the RS series of fans (the cheapest new fan lineup from Corsair) only downside those aren’t ICUE link
Very beautiful case! I want to change mine up a bit. I have a Fractal Torrent and love it, but I get bored after a year and always want to change it out.
Fractal has a new case out that's getting good reviews. I personally like this and there's some cool things coming from others coming in October too (watch out for videos!)
I just built in the case and used the Titan 360 as well but I top mounted it. I do like it as well. I used the black version with only 6 rx120mm fans in at the moment but I have an RX 140mm for the bottom and a black rx120 for the rear if I need or want to add it later. So far I am happy with it.
Another great video, gonna upgrade my case soon and use this beauty. Not an RGB guy though, I'll just slap in the Lian Li P28s for that clean-white look. Only gripe would be that the "filter" on the side seems to be metal, metal "dust filters" have never done much since they aren't fine enough to grab small particles and are thick so they restrict airflow. Guess I'll make my own, haha
I'm torn on the case. Coming from a 4000d.... I love the look. I found it simple to build in but had poor thermal compared to before when I had all the same hardware other than the 3 additional fans with the case. Moved the 240mm around no help. As of this writing I'm installing a 360 in hopes of better results. Otherwise I'm going back to the 4000d.
can you vertically mount gpu using this case? i think it would be nice if considering you will use project stealth or project zero motherboards to stay on the theme of hidden cables.
I didn't understand why the icue software wasn't working for my fans, so it seems since they are connected to the motherboard then this software won't work... thanks!
Hi again this time not a question just a statement. I used the Corsair Titan 360 AIO in the 3500x case which has been great, so I did a pump head swap and used the screen head and my coolant temp and package temps are on my rig about 10 degrees cooler than the H150i on my build in the 6500x case. same 14700k CPU's and both in ASUS boards the Hero BTF for the 6500x and the Dark Hero for the 3500x. I'm debating if I should get a Titan RX360 for my main unit, the 6500x build.
u sure the radiator in/exit at the bot of the radiator is good? shouldnt it be higher than the cpu block itself? i always tought that was the way to go due to bubles in the system. but i might be wrong
@@jordanmarazzi I probably could get an aftermaket mount for the front where a fan is on but it looks like it only comes with the two mounts at the back by default. I need more than two drives 🤣
I had another dumb question regarding the new Corsair Titan 360 AIO. which is better to use the AIO pump header on the MB or the CPU fan header? I've used both and am not really sure if there is a definite difference? or does it really matter?
I want to assemble a pc.. components are i) MSI Mag z790 Tomahawk wifi motherboard ii) Intel i7 14700k iii) ADATA XPG (16×4) 6000 MT/S DDR5 RAM iv) Samsung 990 pro 2TB with heatsink SSD v) NVIDIA 4060 graphics card vi) Cooler master 360 pl 360 flux liquid cooler vii) 6 Corsair LL 120MM RGB LED Fan For these specifications which SMPS would have been better Corsair RM 1000e or 850e or 750e? I'm very confused. Please help me.
@@TheProvokedPrawn the AIO inlet needs to be higher than the pump, one of the builds where the inlet is at the bottom of the case when it's supposed to be at the top. The air gets trapped at the top of you do it that way, bro just looked at the first tutorial and was like yep that's good.. doing it that way will severely shorten the lifespan of the aio cooler
@@nhanstorm Incorrect. The two best methods are top mounting the radiator, or front/side mounting it with the hose at the BOTTOM. This allows for air to be trapped at the top of the radiator AWAY from the hoses, ensuring no way for the air to travel back to the pump. When you front/side mount with the hoses at the top, you run risk of air being carried back to the pump. This has been widely discussed and confirmed for a long time now. I would suggest in the future you take the time to verify claims and potential new information before questioning the credibility of another person. Makes you look childish.
@@nhanstorm What experts? I have never seen an "expert" place an AIO radiator vertically, with the hoses at the top. Corsair themselves state ideal placement is with hoses at the bottom, and I'd say they're the biggest experts on their own product.
This is such a great case. The case itself with no fans is only $90 is the U.S. great video sir as always!
Yeah it's good value. I should have talked about that. I'm building in another case now that's the same price and is nowhere near as good quality.
