Hey Mamas, I hope you try and enjoy this 5 minute meditation! I know it's hard to find a quiet few minutes with work, family life and everything in between. WHEN ARE THE QUIETEST 5 MINUTES OF YOUR DAY? Mine are at 6 am before any one is awake! Comment yours below!!
Sometime Between 9-9:30pm in the bath normally (tonight’s an exception, taking a bath later than usual), or at 6am after hubby leaves for work, but I already have my mornings well planned out to take advantage of that quiet 😏😄
Currently 35 weeks and a state of overwhelm really hit me yesterday. This meditation reminded me that I don't have to have it all figured out at once and that my body will know what to do when the time comes. 💕🥰
I Gave birth to my daughter last year on my birthday and she passed away after 3 hours , after that I was told I have pcos and it’s gonna be hard to get pregnant again since I’m not ovulating. Well I found out I was pregnant a couple days ago !! I made a whole lifestyle change & it worked! I’m so grateful that god has giving me another baby. I’ve been changing my mindset only accepting positive things , I refuse to have any doubts this time. This video made me cry ... happy tears 🦋 thank you for this
I do this almost every day now... With a hope to be positive and spread positivity around me. In my first trimester and have been worried all the while if everyyhing will be ok... Although there is no reason for me to worry! Guess jus been an Overthinker always! This is really helpful!!! Thanks a lot! Love and prayers for all the moms out there and a bigg hug. I'm 30 weeks pregnant after multiple miscarriages, and yesterday, I was diagnosed with mild preeclampsia and was terrified. I found this meditation, and this helped bring me peace. Thank you. Five minutes was as effective since I really can't seem to finish the other longer UA-cam videos. Love and light, Marie-France
Thank you, with the current state of the world I really needed this. Day 1 of isolation at home and I’m 33 weeks pregnant. Trying to keep my balance and calm. I will do this every day to keep my head clear and calm. Thank you

Suffering major anxiety , in my first pregnancy and I’m 20 weeks 4 days pregnant and a friend just told me her daughter lost her baby at 21 weeks and it’s terrified me . But you’ve really calmed me down , I will listen to you daily . Thank you x

I gave birth at a Kaiser hospital too! If you're going in prepared and with a supportive team, I truly believe you can have a special birth even if you don't know every little detail, which I know can be tough. How are you feeling about labor and birth?
39 weeks today and the stress I’m feeling mentally really shows up in my body. This meditation helped to quiet my mind and release physical tension, and my baby immediately started moving around. I’m going to do this every day until the birth - thank you!!

Thank you, I've had crippling anxiety since the start of pregnancy and can't sleep a full night since. First it was fear of miscarriage, then fear of foetal disabilities, then financial worries, stress form work.. There's always a reason. Trying to change focus to have a relaxing pregnancy before baby arrives

Thank you so much for this, so happy I found this. I have struggled mentally through this first pregnancy with my body changing and feeling I am “weak or fragile”. I just tested positive with Covid and am so nervous that it will affect my little one adversely. This helped me so much to calm and remind myself how truly strong this body of mine is, and how much it can do. This baby is going to be okay. I will be using this meditation on the daily. This actually made me cry quite a bit and was a very emotional meditation.
I enjoy your meditations if I could ask that you pace yourself. As I'm almost done repeating your affirmation, you're on to the next one and it would just be great to breathe and really absorb the affirmation but I do love them

I am always watching UA-cam videos while I relax in the bath at the end of a long day. This was so so helpful to include into my routine this evening! Having an option for just 5 minutes is perfect for when I am feeling rushed for time. I am constantly reminding myself to spend “just five minutes” on anything in my life that needs to get done! This helps me so that I cannot make excuses! I wish I had seen this video during my last pregnancy as I was in the early stages of labor, actively dilating SLOWLY for a week! I was SO uncomfortable. I will definitely be saving this video to include in my epsom salt bath routines! 😜🥰😇🙌🏼💕

Hi Bridget! 👋🏻 Fortunately, I am blessed to have a doula and she makes me feel so secure and safe! I’m so lucky to have her! So many variables could happen here as I’m supposedly going to be induced in the next week here ( and I really don’t want it) and I’m aiming for the most natural birth possible, but I have to say, you doulas make us feel sooo much more in control with our births!!! It was very relaxing and nice but I miss a better ending that is more relaxing. Suddenly it just ended, it should have been a more relaxing and but the video was good! Short and you can do it whenever.

I couldn’t do the deep breathing because I just kept crying, this was really beautiful!

You can adjust the speed of the video to .75speed by hitting the settings option on the video. That way, it will be slower and give you more time
