Basic bath. Open concept. Good size pantry/dining/living. Laundry small but appreciated and nice it’s by the good size primary. En-suite a little small. Dated. Love a door to backyards VS sliders. Covered enclosed lanai/pool/and fenced is the seller. I see water I think 🐊😂. 2nd home love the color/pavers/elevation. Unusual arch view on entry. Bed 1&2 and bath ok. Open concept with designated dining. Laundry 🧺. Primary ok. En-suite tight closet small. But shower not bad. Kitchen ok. Covered enclosed lanai. Wonderful having the bathroom right on the lanai. Love that. Great potential indeed. 3rd home nice elevation. 4 beds 3 1/2 baths 👍🏼. 2980 big home. Front formal living room. Nice floors. Funny I don’t mind popcorn ceilings 🤷🏻♀️. Oh no. Washer/dryer closet. The pantry is bigger than the laundry 🧺 room. Nice kitchen. Nice size rear family room. Covered and Enclosed lanai/pool. 1/2 bath 👍🏼. Oh. Nice size loft. Amazing size primary. @@maggieke4387 I think these two costs are being intentionally raised to push people out of their homes and into rentals. Once all the homes are owned by BlackRock and other corporations their mission of "you will own nothing and be happy" will be complete.

Taxes are outrageous. I'll bet once these home prices drop the county won't adjust down taxes accordingly.
