Garry assisted us buying our dream home in Florida back in 2015, his knowledge and help was invaluable.
That was very interesting. I am the other ‘Gary’ who mentioned about moving here last year. As mentioned we bought in St Cloud near Kissimmee. He is right, this area is changing so fast. Around 1000 people a day move to Orlando apparently from everywhere else. We like living here so far. There is pros and cons of course but the pros far outweigh the cons! We have a 7yr old and 12 yr old who are doing fine. I am a Nurse so we are fortunate to have green cards because of that and live here but I have to say that if you don’t make money with any business here there is something wrong as long as you do your research as he says. London had 50 million visitors last year, New York and Paris the same but Orlando actually had 78 million! The only negative I have heard is that dealing with property management companies can be a headache. Remember they are cleaning and updating your house for most of the year and there is a cost. What an interesting guy. Was a really enjoyable watch.
The only buying advice I can give is buy five years ago! I suspect anyone like this guy has seen huge increases in home value. Good info. He’s got an interesting blended accent. Like Las Vegas, the Orlando quieter periods actually have nicer weather.

Very interesting vlog! I’m a real estate consultant here in Marbella, Spain and go to Orlando every year renting in ChampionsGate. Hopefully some day I’ll be able to buy something but I wouldn’t rent it out.

Stories of alligators in the swimming pool, pythons, fire ants, etc would put me off Florida. Hurricanes would also put me off.
